Stayed here one night , Josh was outstanding in communication very helpful with Information at what was a stressful time for us as attending a funeral . The house was spacious and welcoming .

Stayed here for a long weekend during Pride and we had the best time. Property was immaculate, nice bedrooms and we loved sitting in the courtyard garden. Ben was super helpful and the best host - thank you. Will definitely cone back next year!

A very homely yet spacious place. Bright, clean, gorgeous decor - the best pillows ever. My daughter said the bed was like silk Thanks so much for accommodating at such short notice. Easy and quick walk to the beautiful beach. Nothing negative to say. 100% all the way

Jolie maison à 10 min à pied du littoral dans un beau quartier très calme avec 3 chambres confortables. Grande cuisine avec vue sur un beau petit jardin et de grands arbres. Un très bel endroit pour découvrir le sud de l’Angleterre et visiter Londres à 1h30 de train. Arrivée et départ autonome mais super accompagnement de l’agence avec beaucoup de réactivité pour répondre à toutes nos questions.

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

The house is amazing, so beautiful. At this time of year it was very peaceful too. The space was perfect for us and our young children. Within walking distance to the beach and a well stocked shop.

What a beautiful house - even better than the pictures. Everything was perfect for our girls weekend away. We had a bedroom each which was a luxury. Tracy met us at the property to let us in but left us to our own devices. She’d been very responsive so know that we would have been able to contact her if we’d needed to, but everything was as described so we had no issues whatsoever. We enjoyed the fires in both the lounge and dining room which had been set up by Mark and Tracy in advance. Comfy beds, lovely neutral uncluttered spaces. All in all just a fab place. 15 min walk into the heart of St Leonard’s which has some great shops and restaurants.

Jo was a fantastic host with a beautiful home! We had a really lovely stay and we'll definitely be back when we're down this way again :)

We stayed for a long weekend and had an amazing time at Caroline's place. Everything was as described. We especially enjoyed the gorgeous courtyard garden and the absolutely amazing location. So many places to get delicious food nearby and just over the road from Sea Lanes swimming pool - perfect for a sauna and sea swim. The house is full of really cool little details and we felt perfectly at home. Would definitely recommend

Fantastic apartment, incredible location, wonderful time away.

My elderly mother stayed in the apartment and was welcomed by the host, Caroline, and made to feel at home. Caroline made sure everything was perfect and provided contact details if any problems should arise. I would certainly recommend Caroline's apartments for anybody looking for a leisure break or business trip as Eastbourne Town centre is within walking distance, as is the beautiful seafront. Thank you Caroline for your hospitality and friendliness.

Very convenient location with lovely views of the sea from front of property. Easy to park on road - no restrictions. Property very well equipped and host left a range of edibles from fresh milk, orange juice, bread, butter, fruit etc for our use. Beds very comfortable with very clean linen/bedding. Garden area looked great. In the summer, I imagine, a great spot to relax. It was expensive to stay but this seems the norm now and 100x better than a hotel. Would return at a warmer time of the year next time to enjoy the garden and nearby Lido and beach.

A great stay; everything like the photos. Clean and the apartment had everything we needed for our weekend away.. Lovely to be able to walk and leave the car sometimes too! Lots of villages within a short drive as well. Very clear instructions to access the property.

This is our third year staying and it just feels like home from home for us now. It’s a beautiful flat in an amazing location. We had an issue (completely our own embarrassing fault) and Caroline was amazing responding super fast to help us get sorted. Looking forward to booking again!

We were most impressed with the beautiful furnishings and excellent kitchen and bathroom in the loft. Although it is compact, the loft is very well equipped and has been newly refurbished. The cotton bedsheets and fluffy towels were especially appreciated. Amanda had provided some shortbread on arrival and a fine selection of teas. When I message her to say I needed a magnifying mirror, she appeared with one, in the blink of an eye! The Jolly Sportsman is a short walk away but a torch is provided for your stroll back along the country lane. Thank you for a very comfortable and peaceful stay Amanda.

a perfect quite place to rest after a long day exploring. nicely tucked away with clean comfortable areas for cooking and resting. very responsive host who was able to answer questions quickly and accurately. highly recommend.

A great stay in St Leonard’s with gorgeous sea views and superb local sights, supported by a very knowledgeable and kind host in Debi.

A lovely little apartment within walking distance of lot’s of a Brighton’s highlights! We felt right at home. Will is a pro-active and friendly host. The door of the building was painted while we were there and he made sure to let us know so we didn’t get any wet paint on our clothes. The free parking space is also great, although the steep entrance might scratch the bottom of your car like it did with us. But overall a great place to stay in Brighton!

Anna’s flat was great. And it is so lovely to have a sea view. Sparkly clean and lots of character (surprisingly as the communal areas are quite basic!). And well located for all the great restaurants of St Leonards and the beach. We had a lovely time! ☺️

Philip’s apartment was the ideal location for exploring not only quirky Kemp Town but Brighton as well. Spotlessly clean with a beautifully equipped kitchen and a very thoughtful welcome pack, I’d highly recommend this wee gem. Rosie

We loved our stay at Katie’s beautiful apartment! It was a great place and the view of Brighton pier was a bonus, especially loved at sunset! The location makes it easy to walk to the beach or into town. Would definitely recommend and stay again x
