A very lovely place to stay, in beautiful surroundings. Everything is very well thought out. We had a great stay with our 2 year old son and felt very welcomed.

My parents stayed for the Christmas period and were very happy with their stay. They thought it was tidy, clean, warm and comfortable. Nice thoughtful touches like the twin hot water bottles, milk in fridge, tea, coffee, crumpets etc. They would definitely stay again! Thank you Lisa

Very nice and cozy house in a beautiful area, quiet and well equipped. Very friendly hosts. We enjoyed the garden, we enjoyed the peace and quiet at night and admired the stars. A lot to explore, we highly recommend this AirBnB and would love to come back in the future.

The host was very friendly and gave clear instructions and information about the property before our arrival. She had dairy free milk pods for tea and coffee which was a super thoughtful touch for those with allergies or dietary restrictions. The bed was massive and super comfy, we had a great nights sleep.

We had a wonderful stay here over Christmas. It is in a great location for the town centre and seafront. The apartment was beautiful and fully suited our needs (my husband has limited mobility) and was fully accessible, with lots of space and step free entrance, bedroom and shower. We will certainly be booking again.

We had a wonderful stay at Sarah’s house. Communication with Sarah was excellent from the start — even the directions to the property were clear and helpful. After a long drive, we were warmly welcomed with a friendly smile and freshly made brownies, which was such a lovely touch. Throughout our stay, Sarah went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The children especially loved spending time in the garden. The breakfast on our final day was wonderful and definitely set us up for the long journey home. We really enjoyed our short stay and only wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!

A great place to stay. Highly recommended. We were there over Christmas visiting family. Joanne our hostess had even decorated a Christmas tree in the sitting room for us. Our stay was very comfortable indeed. We would like to return.

Fabian is a very pleasant chap, welcoming and friendly. It was a lovely place to stay; the little garden room suited me "down to the ground". It is very handy for the outstanding Brighton and Hove bus services for the city centre and out to Lewes and beyond. I recommend Fabian's house for stays with no reservations. One of the best places I have used.

This was a great find - on a peaceful residential road but within easy walking distance of two stations, the seafront and some great restaurants. The studio had everything we needed and more - although we only stayed two nights the kitchen was so well equipped it would definitely be suitable for longer term stays. The bed was very comfortable.

The Annexe was small but perfectly formed, we loved it! It was cosy, had a lovely comfy bed and great shower room. Natalie had left us breakfast goodies which lasted for our four day stay……so bed and breakfast! Our sausage dogs loved the garden and despite their talent for finding escape routes……they couldn’t! We all relaxed and had a fabulous mini break!

This is one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed in over the years. Extremely clean, uncluttered and beautifully simple in its furnishings. The real plants added a perfect ambiance to this delightful place. Kristen went above and beyond in ensuring I had a wonderful and peaceful stay, and the weather even played its part with beautiful, sunny days! Highly recommended!

Absolutely brilliant stay at The Old Laundry. Brilliant communication from Sue before and on arrival. Some great personal touches made us feel very welcome. Great location - quick easy walk into old town Rye and surrounds easily accessible too. Highly recommend and very dog friendly as well!
