Spent a long weekend for family birthday. Captivating location. Beautiful property. Long walks very peaceful location. Despite 12 hour power cut we enjoyed marshmallows around the fire pit and playing cards surrounded by candle light. Can’t wait to return.

Spacious, second floor flat! Couldn't ask for more room! The living room with a view of the river was so cosy in the mornings. Attention to detail was paid throughout. Cotton buds/pads in the bathroom and home made shortcakes in the kitchen, along with some milk. There was also crabbing buckets and beach games available if we wanted them. Thank you for hosting us. highly recommend

Lovely homely cottage with some thoughtful touches such as hand-cream and pump soaps and the torches as it was dark at night. Dog friendly providing a space for them to sleep and a garden for them to play in. Very comfortable bed and sweet courtyard off the bedroom for eating breakfast in the sunshine. Excellent electronic guide and all information very useful. Comfortable and homely lounge, en-suite and another bathroom. Well equipped kitchen. Great for two people and would highly recommend. Very close to beach and village all walkable. A great airbnb!

Rob: Best host ever? Easily! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a personalised welcome card which – a touch that immediately set the tone for an exceptional stay. The directions to the property, the beach, and the woodland were so detailed, they were almost a mini-adventure in themselves! And on-tap filtered water? Pure genius! The property was clean and felt wonderfully homely. Rob’s communication was simply outstanding; he anticipated every need and answered every question before we even asked. He's like a host with superpowers. The private beach was the star of the show. The dramatic tides transformed the landscape twice daily, making it feel like we were experiencing two completely different beaches. It was truly magical. Plus, the friendly neighbours on the private estate added to the welcoming atmosphere. If you're looking for a relaxing escape with a host who goes above and beyond, this is it!

'...when can we come back' ...our daughters final comment as we locked the door after a wonderful few days in the sun A costal bolt hole with the character you wish for, understated, relaxed & considered. The small touches of crisps & biscuits on arrival, heating on and gentle music setting a calm atmosphere as you enter, make this a spot to return to another time. Located on a tidal creek, there is always something to see, an ever changing tide swamps the mud flats & lifts your spirits as it does the house , feet dangling into Solent seawater from the deck, an array of wildfowl to watch, its all good here. The highlight, if your a small person (our daughter is 6) is awakening to the sound of squelching feet trudging through the mud at low tide, up to the house for breakfast, 'swans daddy' their daily ritual of knowing where breakfast is best served, is a wonderful addition to the ambiance of this little spot on the sea. David was fast with his messaging & accommodating to our needs.

This was a perfect location and base for us to visit Butlins for 2 days as only 10 minutes away. The beach was almost on the doorstep so a bonus ! Myself and my 7 year old were very comfortable , had everything we needed, beautiful modern decor , peaceful and clean. Julie was on hand immediately on check in to help with the key safe so I would definately say she is responsive. The cookies , milk and other supplies were a lovely welcome too . I would highly recommend The Beach Pad.

Just back from a lovely weekend. The yurts are beautiful, really comfy and in the most relaxed surroundings. Easy walk into Emsworth which is stunning - like a little piece of Cornwall right on the Sussex Hampshire border. Lots of great places to eat and lovely walks. On Sunday we too the Oyster Boat ‘Terror’ out for a sail, right from the marina the yurts are in, and this was an incredible end to our wonderful weekend! We will be back!

We stayed with our family of 8 adults and 2 young kids at Katherine's place and we loved it. The house is perfect and has everything you need. We loved the way it was decorated and designed and made us feel very at home. Everything is closeby, communication went smooth and easy and restaurant tips were great. We would definitely come back!

Perfect place to stay, and excellent location. Setting was beautiful with pool and tennis court as added extra. Sara (housekeeper) was brilliant, knowledgeable, friendly and was great to communicate with. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful few days here. The view is addictive! We stayed up way too late tracking vessels coming in and out of Southampton. The chalet is spacious and beds very comfortable. It was a bonus to be able to park the camper van right behind the chalet and to bring two small dogs. Sadly weather was too poor to make use of the pool this time. Perhaps we missed the instructions but we had troubke finding no 77. Advise looking at the site plan as you enter the holiday park. All in all a very good stay.

Absolutely loved our long weekend in the chalet, very clean, brilliant location, 50 meter walk to the beach. Very easy to find with Linda’s directions, within a short drive of pubs, supermarkets and takeaways. Loved sitting on the sofa watching the boats come and go Thank you for letting us stay, would definitely return.

Absolutely spotless. We couldn’t fault it. Immaculately clean and smelled fresh and clean in every room/area too. The kitchen was fully equipped and there were added extras that we’d overlooked- for example trays of ice made up in the freezer - a great touch especially as we were staying at Christmas time. We loved the sea view and it was good being close to the restaurants/bars. Guessing this may be noisy for some in the high season, knowing how busy the park gets but for those wanting to be near the action and within walking distance of restaurants it is great… was perfect for us. We had lovely beach and site walks … again all made easy by the holiday home location. Would highly recommend. A thoughtful host sharing an excellent holiday home. Very well deserving of 5 stars… would give more!

Had a lovely stay with family. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the property and surrounds. The living area was inviting and convivial with a cosy log fire. The host was very friendly, helpful and responsive, going out of her way to accommodate and make our stay memorable. Definitely recommend.

Had a great week away and really enjoyed out stay at Rosie's caravan. Exactly as it was described and felt really homely with some lovely touches with the decor. Location is really good, with lots of stuff on site but also with in easy reach. Would highly recommend and I am sure we will be back here again. Nick, Katie and Isla

Perfect location , and was very clean premise

We had a wonderful family stay at a great location. We were lucky with the weather so it was a privilege to have the beach on our doorstep especially for our young children. The house was equipped with everything you could possibly require Philip was always quick to respond with any questions we had before and during our stay We hope to return next year. The kids are already missing their ‘holiday home’

James’s place was absolutely perfect for our mixed family holiday with 7 kids! The house was spacious, clean and with the most beautiful views over Seaview beach. The garden was a massive plus for us, stunningly beautiful with fun swings for the children. Direct access on to the beach was fabulous and we just had the best time. Thank you James for sharing your beautiful house with us.

An absolutely top-notch stay! From the off, Gary was super responsive and friendly whilst taking questions of mine about the stay. I arrived and was greeted in a very welcoming manner, even little extra touches such as some personalisation related to me, which was lovely to see! The property itself was incredibly clean all over, clearly well looked after. You could tell from entry to leaving, that these hosts really cared about offering a 10/10 stay which they definitely nailed! Thank you very much to Gary & Stacy for having us around, I could not recommend this stay highly enough!

Sophie place was perfect for our stay. The home was clean, tidy and great location to just switch off, relax with friends, with a nice local walk along the shoreline. Hot tub was a bonus.

Wow! A beautiful beach house with incredible views. The house itself was so cosy and quiet, with just the sound of the waves and seagulls, reminding you that the ocean was a stones throw from the house. The house was clean & comfortable, and the decor made the house feel so fresh and stylish! The communication was second to none, and we felt we had everything we needed. We loved every minute of it and will absolutely be back!

The apartment was absolutely wonderful and located in a beautifully quiet area with wonderful views. Sherryn was a wonderful host and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Communication was clear and Sherryn was very quick to respond to any messages. The kitchen was spotless and had everything that we needed. I can't recommend the apartment enough. We loved being so close to the beach and enjoyed exploring the rock pools. The perfect location for a weekend break!

Anna's place is small but cosy and perfect for exploring the coast. Great to have off street parking too!

This welcoming family house was perfect for our multigenerational family aged 2-73. It catered for everyone with good flexibility for sleeping requests. The garden was larger than expected and great for children’s activities and the adults to sit with a glass of wine. The living area was a huge bonus with so much space again for games, jigsaws, meals together and adults enjoyed collapsing in front of the large TV for a film in the evening. It is a very short walk to the beach which we enjoyed at low and high tide plus a smallish but well stocked supermarket and excellent coffee shop. A walk or cycle to East Wittering was also very easy. Katie was very kind and helpful throughout. Would love to stay again in this beautiful house.
