My 15 months old Minerva and I throughly enjoyed our stay at Emily’s place for various reasons. We went down for one night trip for a mission with Miri to do some paperwork for my girl, and I tried to plan everything around the schedule / our routine which meant asking Emily for a favour to have a later check out so Minerva can have her nap. Emily gracefully offered us to stay as long as we could & accommodated our needs kindly and didn’t ask for an extra charge. So it’s a perfect spot for a small family to enjoy it - the location is central, easy to get everywhere without a car, just in front of the place there is a playground, Asian spa for relaxing next door, new world is 1 min walk away. There are heaps of cooking amenities so I was able to cook for my baby and I with ease and pleasure. The bed was comfortable and the bath tub was an extra bonus for sore tired mama muscles! Very grateful to find this cool cosy spot with nice art, features and beautiful generous host as Emily.

It really felt like a cozy, cottage get away while in the unit.

Absolutely beautiful place: well designed, spotless, and comfortable, with a stunning view over Wellington harbor. The funicular access adds a bit of magic to the experience. Lovely, simple breakfast left for us. The location is perfect—a short walk from Wellington’s central business district. Loved our stay here.

The room was beautiful with the view. Very clean and lovely. We did wonder where the second bed was though as the listing said two queen beds, one in the living area and one in the bedroom. Julie is lovely and I would definitely stay again. A gem in the hills of Plimmerton.

This space was perfect for our family! Super spacious, peaceful and private. It was easy for us to get into the city center and the area is beautiful. The host was very accommodating and communicative!

Loved the location close to the water (close enough to hear the waves with the windows open) and the style of the house was fun. We would have preferred some more comfortable places to sit but the house had everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay in Wellington.

Kate’s cottage was the perfect location for our family while we were visiting relatives in the area. Lots of afternoons spent having a cold beverage on the front deck overlooking the water. We had two little people with us and the house was very well-suited. A great backyard with fresh produce and natures playground (the beach) only 3 steps from the front porch. We will be back.

As a solo gal I loved staying in this apartment for a night. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Sam was friendly, while also keeping to himself- he was a great host who made me feel very comfortable. Location is extremely walkable and feels safe. Would stay here again!

Very clean and easy one night stop. Alvero was clear in the check in instructions. Room was well presented, lots of light. Bed was quite firm but I slept well despite Wellington gale winds, the double glazing kept it cozy! Clean bathroom. Quick chat with Alvero who was very nice. 30 min walk from CBD or 10 mins on frequent bus route, stop right outside. Felt safe for solo female traveller.

This was a simply marvellous spot to stay! Fantastic location in a very secure location. I could easily walk to the grocery store, the waterfront, Te Papa museum and many other attractions. The apartment was spotless and equipped with everything I could imagine needing Llane was very responsive to questions and proactive with notices. I wish she owned a spot in every place on my bucket list!

The apartment was lovely, the location had perfect views of Wellington city and harbour with the ferries coming and going. We had great weather too, so watching the sun set was spectacular. Just a short Uber drive to get into the city for restaurants etc. I would definitely recommend staying here and Craig was super helpful and pleasant to communicate with.

The best deal for being comfortable and not cramped right in the heart of the city. The views both to the harbour and Mount Victoria are just beautiful and the perfect tonic sitting in the comfy lounger at the end of the day. Super easy instructions and both Carolyn and Aarti quick to respond to any queries. Also an extra layer of glazing in the master bedroom to keep out the city noises during the night. Friendly neighbours in the building make it a very safe space too. I would gladly return!

Perfectly located, walking distance to Mount Victoria, the water front, Te Papa museum and city center. Bus straight from the airport (if you're flying like me) will leave you just 5 min away from Donna's house. House/apartment located in a little alley way so private and quiet enough. Comfortable (amazing bed) and cozy space. Donna is very friendly as well as discreet, she's available if you need anything but the ground floor is pretty much to yourself and will feel like you have your own space. I highly recommend 🙂.

Fabulous Airbnb Gorgeous views, so close to shops bakery and restaurants. We loved our stay and really appreciated the amazingly stocked kitchen.
