Quirky Rural Retreat - Bourne Farm Oasthouse, Kent

Bourne Farm Oasthouse is surrounded by hundreds of acres of farmland. You’ll love the Oast because of the comfy beds, the cozy interior, layout of the main living area, incl the light, the serenity, the solitude. The Oasthouse is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families. Pets welcome too. Four Poster in Master Bedroom. Pair Swedish XL twin beds in Bedroom 2 Twin beds on the platform are accessed via ladder (rec 8yrs+ up there) The 2 bathrooms are not en suite but within central roundel.

The Shed of the Setting Sun

Situated at the end of a 50 foot garden, on the edge of marshland, is the shed. It is a prime spot to watch the sun setting, bird watching, meditating or simply relaxing and taking in the outdoors. Access to the house will be available for use of the kitchen and toilet/shower. A seperate entrance with padlocked gate is available, and yale lock on the shed door. A small bbq/utensils will be provided, and a fire pit. (please purchase your own bbq coals and seasoned firewood). 12v solar lights

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. If you value nature and your own space then this is for you. Home comforts (beds with fitted mattresses, electricity/charging points, fridges, showers, bedding and towels provided) add a level of enjoyment to the camping experience. Your booking provides sole use of the facilities with full privacy (with the hosts being a 5 minute walk away and on hand if you have any questions or requests). Children can enjoy collecting eggs on request.

Cosy belltent, Kingsize airbed, quiet location

Relax as a couple or with the whole family at this peaceful flower meadow. Each tent has kingsize airbed and two singles if required, all fitted with duvet, pillows and bed linen; two chairs and a mat for use in or outside. Quiet area with four other bell tents. Shared use of shower, wash basins, portaloo, camp kitchen with sink and kettle, tables and chairs. Outside spaces for children to play in and a big sky to watch the clouds drift by, the sun rise and the stars twinkle as you relax

Well equipt cooks kitchen. Sun trap back garden with deck surrounding and gas BBQ. Great for family get togethers or groups of friends.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
