One of the excellent place, amazing geographical background exactly shows in the picture.. I enjoyed very well… clean and Neat house with decent furniture, air conditioner works well.. it’s an excellent place, near by restaurants, views are excellent.. very safe place We need to walk to the gate to open the gate after 10pm to welcoming or drop guest… it’s not possible to open the gate from the home… Should have some plan B..suggestions only..

We had an amazing stay at this finca! It’s the perfect place for a family getaway, with a beautiful view, a great pool, and a fantastic area for barbecues. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and everything was well-maintained. We definitely plan to come back!

Excelente fin de semana en casa Barquera! Es tal cual las fotos de la descripción, las 2 habitaciones muy amplias y camas cómodas, en el segundo piso se tienen otras camas habilitadas fuera de la habitación pero están muy bien, llovió durante en la noche pero no se siente casi frío y hay cobijas térmicas para el que lo necesite. La piscina muy agradable, buenas toallas, la cocina muy cómoda y con buen menaje, y en nuestro caso Isabel fue la persona que estuvo con nosotros apoyándonos con las comidas y recomendada 100%, una persona súper pendiente de todos, cocina delicioso, servicial, atenta, la adoptamos como si fuera parte de nosotros porque de verdad es una mujer que lo merece. Gracias Carolina por tu buena comunicación, lugar recomendado y al que sin dudarlo volveríamos.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic Airbnb in Medellin, and I can't recommend it enough! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the vibrant Provenza area, where you can find amazing restaurants, bars, and shops. The host was truly exceptional—so welcoming and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room was cleaned daily, which made my experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and a wonderful way to start each day. If you're looking for a cozy place to stay in Medellin with a fantastic host, this is the spot! I can't wait to return. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

La atención es excelente, muy atentos, en cuanto a la finca todo está muy bien amoblada muy organizada, cuando llegamos todo súper limpio y bien puesto, los espacios sin muy cómodos y agradables. Totalmente recomendable

Andre’s was excellent and we couldn’t of asked for a better host. He gave great recommendations and provided us with anything that we needed. We had a group of 7 and we all felt comfortable and at times just wanted to relax at the property. We had 24/7 security and housekeeping. Both were extremely friendly and accommodating. Would recommend anyone who has a party of 6 or more to stay here. 5 stars isn’t enough

House is exactly as described. great layout of house and the team takes care of everything. everything is available in this house that you could possibly need. it's a great house, very clean, and the staff at the house is amazing and always took care of us. this house and company are one of the best I have dealt with. highly recommend to anyone.

Eramos un grupo de 10 y la casa estaba muy cómoda. el Host es excelente y super atento y responsivo. la casa esta muy central para ir a otros lados en taxi. El supermercado Exito está a media cuadra y se encuentra variedad de lugares para comer.

Mi estadía en la propiedad de Ruben fue excelente. Siempre estuvo atento a cualquier indicación, el barrio es muy seguro y encuentras bancos, restaurantes, tiendas. La casa es tal cual a las fotos, superó mis expectativas y le quiero dar un agradecimiento a la señora Carmen que siempre estuvo atenta y dispuesta a colaborarnos en lo que necesitáramos. 10/10. En una zona tremendamente tranquila, con cooperativas cerca, un café 24hrs a una cuadra, súper limpia la calle, la casa muy grande con mucho espacio para mucha gente. Todo muy bueno, lindo,m. Si yo regreso con el grupo a Colombia, seguramente alquilaré este sitio de nuevo

Clean, Warm & Well-Equipped Everything was spotless, cozy, and had all the essentials for actual living—far beyond a typical hotel stay. Beautiful Interior & Thoughtful Design The decor was stylish and well thought out, making the space feel inviting and modern. Great Neighborhood & Safe Stay The location was perfect—quiet yet close to everything. The building and doors felt very secure. Fantastic Host & Small Touches The host greeted us warmly, and we appreciated the filtered water, so no need to buy bottles. Highly Recommend! A perfect stay in every way. The hist Cristian and his team made this experience an amazing. Every person was blown away by hos courtesy and peofessionalism. And genuinely an amazing humam being. Our people had a business trip planned and Cris and team met and exceeded our expectations. Make sure once you book to ask them what di hey suggest you do or can do. And trust their suggestions. We wound up at a major soccer game with an energy unlike i have ever experienced. Ive already started looking at when we can return. And the home is great and the location is probably one of the best you can pick with everything literally a block away. 10 stars!!!!

Juliett es calida, amable y siempre servicial... La finca está en una ubicación fantástica, un pequeño paraíso para relajarse y rodeado de hermosa naturaleza. Hay todo lo necesario e incluso chimenea y barbacoa. Estoy deseando volver! La Finca ya me hace falta :)

Francesco has been great with us and was very responsive. If I had any issues he would resolve it. Very nice guy and his place did not disappoint. Super nice having the place by Santa Fe as it gave us plenty of things to do close by. Overall, great experience

This may sound cliche, but! Our stay here was everything! Location: central to everything. Walkable to restaurants and shopping. The house itself: We were just so at home here. So much thought went into this home - the layout, the decor (BEAUTIFUL cultural artwork and woodwork), the amenities, the extra considerations. Looking out at the backyard - the essence of peace! Staff: lovely, very kind and thoughtful - host, staff, everyone. Very communicative and easy to communicate with. It's only been a few days, and we miss it already.

Carlos is an amazing host! He is responsive, friendly and professional. The home is clean and in a perfect location with lots of restaurants and things to do. We could not have asked for a better host or place to stay thanks again Carlos.

Before arriving in Medellín, I was a bit nervous, but this stay completely changed my perspective. Security was top-notch—24/7 guards, a gated entrance, and a team that truly cared. One night, my friend brought someone over, and she tried sneaking in three guys—security shut it down immediately. That level of safety was priceless. Carlos and his team were outstanding. No matter the time (even at 2–3 AM), Carlos was just a call away, solving everything instantly. And then there was Sebastián, our butler—an absolute legend. He did our laundry daily, stocked the fridge, and even scrubbed the jacuzzi every day. The level of service was unreal. This was more than just a stay—it was a luxury experience. If you're wondering where to book in Medellín, look no further. Carlos and his team set the bar incredibly high. I came as a visitor, but because of this experience, I’m seriously considering moving to Colombia.

La maison est grande et le village El Retiro très beau. Nous n'avons pas profité de la piscine car elle n'est pas chauffée et la météo n'était pas de la parti pendant notre séjour, mais nous avons bien profité du jacuzzi. Le lieu est très calme et sécurisé
