An apartment with two indeed separate bedrooms, which is not easy to find at reasonable price in Budva neighborhood. Clean, cosy, with all equipment a family might need. Friendly and helpful host. Ground floor with all windows and terrace facing the pool, but in November that is not a problem.

Very beautiful location and place. Bed was super comfortable and bathroom was very good. You would need a car as it is a 15 drive to old town and buses only come every hour. The cats are beautiful as well.

A Perfect Stay - Highly recommended! We had a wonderful time! The place was clean, stylish, and well-equipped. Great location—close to the bus station and to the main attractions in the old town, yet peaceful. It truly felt like a home away from home. Our stay at Villa Lady was absolutely incredible. Ivan met us in person and provided a tour of the villa and carried our luggage from the car. Ivan also surprised us with a few extras that made us feel at home. He also provided several recommendations for local activities and restaurants. The views from the villa are breathtaking, and the pool, jacuzzi, and multiple seating areas outside allowed us to enjoy it every day. I highly recommend staying at Villa Lady the next time you are in Croatia.

We spent a week here and it was fantastic. We really fell in love with this place and this island. Upon our arrival we met with the hosts and they are lovely people. We got a little tour of the house, which is very clean and well furnished. They also had a cat and small dog, who were always happy to see us and always wanted to cuddle. The location was simply perfect for us. It’s in a small village, no busy roads close to the house, beautiful nature nearby, a few big supermarkets a couple minutes driving away and a beach within walking distance. The silence around the house and on many parts of the island were deafening, so we could really relax and rest here. We will definitely come back here. Thank you for this fantastic experience!

Jacob`s house is really nice, enough space, lovely garden and terrace, well equipped kitchen, sauna for relaxing, close to everything you need, close to the bus station, space for two cars. I felt very comfortable in the house and the communication with Jacob was always great, very friendly. I can recommend to everyone who wants to stay in Ahus at a quiet place close to the beach.

We just returned from a 3-week stay at Irena's apartment & have so many things to rave about. First, the space itself: as many have mentioned, the view is spectacular, with a spacious & comfortable balcony AND a smaller front door table & chair set to enjoy it from. We had some unexpected health issues that forced us indoors more than we'd expected & that view, so grand & serene, really saved us during those times. The apartment itself was perfect for my husband and I. It's maintained in pristine condition, had everything we needed, and is incredibly cozy and comfortable (OMG, that bed and that leather sofa--SO comfortable!), and having rented a car, I can tell you, having free parking included was invaluable. Lastly, we have met many hosts over the years, but Irena is in a class by herself. Never have we met anyone so warm, accommodating, responsive, and helpful. She was our local angel and just so incredibly kind. If there is an Airbnb Hall of Fame she should definitely be in it!
