This quaint house + fenced yard is literally the perfect place for the 2 of us and our 2 dogs! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood and only a 5 minute drive to downtown Boise, it is so cozy and comfortable that it feels like a "home away from home." Brian & Amber are exceptional hosts and they are so attentive to their guests. We will definitely come back here thru the years to come! ~Dave & Jen & Newfies, Northern Nevada

Loved this spot on the bench. Plenty of room and she even has a dog bed in there for your furry friends. Plus toys. Ana was super responsive and I highly recommend this spot. Thanks Ana!

Second time staying here, the place is clean and super comfortable. Heather was ultra quick on response time as we were in town on short notice and she was fantastic at helping accommodate us. Would absolutely recommend their place to stay !!!

We enjoyed our stay! The home was comfortable and easy to access. It had everything we needed. Host was available if needed, although we did not need have any concerns. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay there in the future if we are back in the area.

Tammy was a fantastic host and communicative through out the entire process. The home is located in the perfect area for all that Bend has to offer with easy access to the local scene, hiking and biking trails. The home is well equipped for all of your needs along with items you may have forgotten. All of the little touches of comfort make you feel right at home. Couldn't have found a better place to spend time in Bend and will look to stay here again on our next visit!

10 out of 10. Cozy house in a great neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and breweries within a 5-10 minute walk. The house is very well-kept and it’s easy to feel like you’re right at home. I will definitely stay here again

Tracy’s place was as described and met my expectations in all ways. I have no complaints and would gladly stay there again.

We love Landrise 5! We have stayed here many times and the moment you walk in you instantly feel relaxed. While Sunriver offers much to do we also just love starting a fire and relaxing in this cozy home! Our kids love the convenient location close to the SHARC and basketball court and they go on so many bike rides that they sleep like babies in the comfy bunk beds. The house is always well stocked and clean. We have everything we need!

It was exactly what we had wanted for a long stay. (We stayed about a month.) It had everything we needed to live comfortably, like we were in our own house and neighborhood. The house was spacious and sunny. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms were spotless. The master bed was a dream. (There were just two of us. We didn’t use the bedrooms and bathroom on the second floor.) We really liked the neighborhood. It was very quiet and safe and had so many places to walk. And there was more wildlife than we are accustomed to: many more birds, some deer, and even a coyote. We would definitely stay again.

10 out of 10 in all categories! We had no idea this neighborhood existed. It’s beautiful. Perfect location. The house is gorgeous. Had plenty of room for our whole family. The yard was perfect for my dog. The deer came around too. So fun. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The hot tub was awesome at the end of our shopping day. There is a fire pit but we didn’t have time to use it. Next time! Communication with the owner was a 15 out of 10. We had a couple questions and he was quick to respond and was very helpful. Can’t wait to stay again.

Wonderful location! Cute, clean, and cozy home that is just as pictured. The kiddos loved the air hockey table in the garage, as well as the “ kid bedroom “ upstairs. Directions to home, check in / check out, contact, places/ things to do nearby were easy and clear! Great experience and lovely stay.

We had an amazing spring break mini vacay with our family friends, dogs, and kiddos. The home was spacious, beautiful, and the indoor pool was a huge hit. It was exactly how it was described and Tara was incredibly responsive and helpful. The location is super close to Pilot Butte, my husband ran each morning to the top of the butte and we took a family hike there as well. It’s also convenient to get to other spots in Bend. Absolutely would stay again and highly recommend for families with kiddos and pets!

What are great place! Spacious, clean, well equipped (so many high-quality kitchen gadgets!), in a perfect location. The view goes right onto a beautiful lawn/tree area, and there are walking trails along the Deschutes just a few minutes walk away. We went skiing at Bachelor, which is an easy 25 minute drive away. The hot tub was great too — in fact, there are two hot tubs, and we had both to ourselves. Aaron was super-helpful and quick to respond when I wasn’t immediately able to locate the on/off switch for the fireplace. He also sent helpful updates and information throughout our stay. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

We loved the house and found it close to our venue. Britnei was a great host. Airbnb additional cost seemed excessive. I am not happy that a board member of Airbnb business is part of Trump fiasco and Elon Musk political DOGE committee. I will not put Airbnb app on my phone and I will try not to use AIRbnb in the future. Board Member Joe Gebbia should be dropped from board. I realize he is not an active company worker but still he is a major stockholder and board member.

Vanna’s place was easy to find, clean, and just as described. The place was cozy and the bed was super comfy. We would definitely stay again! Thank you for hosting us.

We felt right at home, with plenty of space. We especially appreciated the pretty decor and fireplace.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was just as described and the setting was amazing. Everything was very clean and anything we needed was provided. Communication was excellent. The location is great because Tumalo is very quiet but close to Bend, Redmond and Sister. I would definitely stay there again. Oh, if there is a grumpy gander hanging around take pity on him! He's mean to the other geese couples but we think he's just lonely. He spent a lot of time trying to hang out with the ducks!

The space was incredible, the home was well stocked and Kelly was very responsive. Our family enjoyed time around the fireplace, in the snow, and were delighted to see the wildlife our kids were begging to see right in the backyard (Deer, squirrels, birds, even a herd of Elk the final night). We easily could have spent another week exploring the house and surrounding property. We would gladly return to this oasis.

Very nicely appointed house in a quiet neighborhood. Jessica reached out several times to make sure our stay was wonderful. The small fenced yard was perfect for our small dog to explore. We would definitely stay there again.

The house was very clean when we arrived, getting in was simple and all the information that you needed was right on the fridge. The host responded back very quickly with us. Best of all was that is was very dog friendly.

Check in was the easiest thing ever!!! Super nice area, easy to find. The house is super open, the beds are very comfortable! I would definitely stay here again.
