Great space to rent with friends and family! Very spacious, ample parking and great neighbourhood

We are so grateful to Katelyn & Lee for helping us pull off a magical experience for our family (17 total) who spent 6 days at this gorgeous property. The Anchorage House has plenty of space to gather & lots of nooks for small groups or privacy. There are amble bathrooms, which is essential for a big group. The hot tub was delightful-hosts even stopped by to freshen it mid-stay. They recommended a local caterer, the Savary Plate, who provided incredible meals, but the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking for a large group (which we did one night) and even has a commercial dishwasher! The location is perfect-we made day trips to Lunenburg, Halifax, Peggy’s Cove, and Digby for whale watching—not to mention local beaches minutes away. But we were just as enchanted sitting on the porch or down on the dock (evening kayaking). If characters were unlimited, I could go on and on about this wonderful property, but I also must mention the thoughtfulness of our hosts who felt like friends.

PAM &J.P on été extraordinaires. Nous avons été ravis par notre séjour et sommes tombés en amour avec la Nouvelle-Ecosse. Les animaux étaient un extra inattendus. Gustave va beaucoup s’ennuyer de Maple. Petit commentaire QUI N’EST PAS UNE CRITIQUE. Le réfrigérateur n’est pas très grand alors, ne pas faire une trop grosse épicerie à chaque fois. Nous sommes arrivés avec trop de choses et tout ne rentrait pas. Mais encore une fois ce n’est pas grave. Il y une épicerie pas tres loin. Ça se fait très bien. Faut juste pas prévoir trop longtemps d’avance si vous avez une grosse famille comme la mienne. La piscine est extraordinaire!!!!! Près de pleins de belles plages . Nous avons passé un super beau moment en famille!!!

Helen’s place was exactly as pictured plus many more lovely additions in terms of available supplies and even food items! Helen emphasized how everything in the apartment was for myself and guest to use, making us feel right at home and very welcomed. Parking is easy and steps from the main entrance of the unit. This is a very spacious place with comfy beds while also being only a short distance from the bustle of downtown Halifax!

Cj was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed! Beautiful house filled with so much to do, pictures don’t do it justice.

We stayed with as a family of 4 for two nights - our 2 little girls loved the comfiness and coziness of Kelly's place - full of fluffy pillows, blankets, and lots of little places to snuggle in. There was a nice big kitchen to cook in, and the hot tub and pool were awesome. We would stay here again :)

Beautiful spot that was perfect to host a get together with friends. Large kitchen table, big couch, 4 great bedrooms. Would highly recommend staying here.

Flavia place was great. It was everything we needed for a quick stay in Halifax. It definitely feels like a loved home with lots of character. Everything was spotless and we had a great sleep there. Thanks again.

We loved our stay! The apartment was very cute, clean, and comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Emma was a fantastic host and responded very quickly to any questions we had. We also really liked the location—close to everything we needed, but still quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was accurately described and pictured in the listing. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We loved the place so much, it has all the amenities listed and very spacious. The neighborhood felt safe and it was near the malls and restaurants too.

Brooke’s place in East Pennant is adorable, quaint and very cozy! We enjoyed a lovely sibling weekend connecting and reminiscing. The scenery right on the water was perfect. It was a bit too chilly and windy for the outdoor swim spa but would love to return and use it in the warmer season. We had the pleasure of viewing a pair of eagles feeding on the shoreline. Nearby Crystal Crescent beach has lovely hiking trails. The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed. Two bathrooms was an added bonus! Highly recommend a stay at Brooke’s place. You will not be disappointed!

We were in the city for a hockey tournament and loved staying at Zack’s cozy 3 bedroom apartment. It was spacious and quiet and a great location, close to the rinks! It was great to be able to have a larger space for our family and be able to make some meals rather than having to stay at a hotel. It was nice to be out of the city in a peaceful location away from the hustle of the city with free parking;) We will for sure stay here again!

After many days on the road, it was fantastic to park our motorcycles at the Red Roof and totally unplug. It is a gorgeous, peaceful location ...... just soaking in the ebb and flow of the bay was perfect and Phil was a great host....we highly recommend!

Ashley is the best Air Bnb host I have dealt with, she was super accommodating and responsive! The house itself is beautiful, there was everything you need, she even left us some free snacks! You get so much for the price, I would recommend this place to anyone!!

We recently stayed at Anni’s place and were extremely pleased with the entire experience. The entire place was very clean and comfortable. Easy check in and check out process, and great location. Anni was responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend staying here!

It is a very nice home. The place was very clean and had a lot of room to accommodate our group of 9 people. Very easy check in with clear instructions and free WiFi. We stayed there with a toddler who is almost 2 and this home has many stairs and no baby gates. We just had to pay alittle extra attention to the toddler as she kept trying to climb up and down the stairs. After checking out I realized that I had forgotten a blanket when we checked out, went back to the home and the owners were there when I arrived. They were very kind and friendly and also helped me find my toddlers blanket, I really appreciated their help and kindness. Overall we had a great stay in this home. Thank you for accommodating our family.

My mother and I stayed at Mairi’s place, and we absolutely loved it! The house is really unique and special, and we loved the layout! Loved that the results of books and games to choose from, lots of comfortable outdoor seating, and the area is beautiful Highly recommend, checking it out!
