Staff were very friendly, ready to assist and help, cook was excellent, hard to travel and find a place at night time, swimming pool is not warm, washing machine cannot be used, has a charge of 600 rupees per kg. Guests should be able to use the facilities and machines without any charges like any other Air BandB. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic home and some great help from Danuo and Praba who cooked some fantastic food and were always there to help and offer services and information . Praba was a great Caddy ! Overall a fantastic host, house helps and definitely recommend for families and friends coming to Victoria

What an amazing place, in a beautiful area of the island. From the moment we drew up to the gates of the Dutch House, we were greeted by the most gorgeous Dutch villa, and the all-pervasive smile of Kannan, who looked after us like members of the family during our stay. The house sits high on the hills outside of Bandarawela, up a short, but very steep road, which gives it a great vantage point over the surrounding lush hills and mountains. It’s a great climate so a gin and tonic on the veranda was a joy. We made use of the pool, and although not heated, you soon get used to it. The surrounding gardens are very well kept and have a plethora of birds and other wildlife. The food prepared by the on site chef was wonderful, as was the attentive service from Kannan. We also had the best sleep we've had during our trip. Even if you’re not in the immediate area, a drive here and a stay in this wonderful house, will surely be one of the highlights of any trip. It was for ours.

Wow! This place is incredible, if you love golf you’ll be in heaven. I’ve never played at a more friendly club ever! The members are so welcoming and we made some awesome friends here that we will keep in touch with. Alan is a great host and did even more than required we feel really privileged to have met such wonderful people. His property is amazing, you won’t be disappointed, along with his care taker and house keeper we felt relaxed, safe and well looked after. Our 10 day stay here will be hard to beat, we can’t wait to come back!

The hosts are a delightful family who also live there. Never met Nishan who is simply a front man for the listing. Would recommend booking via Bookingdotcom for a much better price. A mistake that we learned from. Property delightful and also host family who also live there. But Nishan describing the listing as the entire property is simply not true! Buyer beware.

Alles top, die Wohnung war sauber und sah aus wie auf den Fotos. Es ist keine Waschmaschine im Zimmer die Wäsche kann man bei Danushka waschen lassen. Der Sonnenaufgang ist wunderschön. 🙌🏽

Staying with Ajith and his family was a pleasure. We had a wonderful time staying with them. I would recommend to try the meals of them. His mother made us every morning homemade coconut rotti (so good) and we tried also her curry what was probably one of the best we ate in Sri Lanka. It is not in Ella Town but he offers a lift free of charge so it is not a problem and you can avoid tourist crowds.

will stay again, separate house 3 levels! Has a lot of things for kitchen and cooking. has veranda views but no patio furniture to enjoy your cup of coffee with view from balcony. if you have many heavy bags can be a challenge to carry up narow stairs. Need some better instructions how to use water heater, also would be helpful if microwave was connected to outlet. place is very spacious, you can go upto 3rd floor. cameras for security. Not much things to do in the walking area, neighbours can be noisy but didnt bother me. easy communication and someone there to help close by. Great value, come with family

I had an amazing stay at this property! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was ideal, close to beaches, shops, and transportation. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process and answering any questions I had promptly. It truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again
