This was an amazing place! We loved the clean, comfortable rooms, the service was great, the pool and mini golf were so fun! And location- perfect!!

We wanted to bring our children to colonial Williamsburg and Andy’s place was a great location to stay— very close to colonial Williamsburg, grocery stores, shopping, etc. It was clean and the resort had some nice amenities for kids (pool, movie library, small playground). The only things that weren’t great were the pillows on the beds (the whole family agreed we would have slept better with nicer pillows!), not knowing beforehand that the 4-bedroom unit was actually 2 units on top of each other, and how small the kitchen was. But for the price we paid, we were very happy— and we were glad for how clean it was and how easy it was to find.

It was a perfect little get away, while learning colonial history! Definitely recommend coming back when it is warmer out!

My family of 5 has stayed at Beth's place going on 4 years in a row now. It's always been a pleasure. The neighborhood is still just as quiet and friendly. Bethany Beach has gotten a bit more popular, so driving to the beach has started to take a little longer from the community, but the short drive is still straightforward and mostly painless. My favorite feature of her home has always been the covered patio. There is nothing better than being outside in the summer without being "outside," lol.

Great place in a great location. We loved having our own space with two bedrooms and a full kitchen only a short drive from Colonial Williamsburg.

Sea Colony is a beautiful resort in Bethany Beach. We were looking for a beach experience, so we didn't participate in the various activities - tennis! There is a fee of $55 per person on top of the AirBnB fee but there is much to offer for this fee. It is due when you check in. The unit has a balcony with a view of the beach. The bath has a tub which needs a bath mat to avoid slipping. Since the weather was perfect we didn't spend much time in the unit. Be sure to bring towels, wash cloths and linens. Kitchen has both K-cup and drip coffee makers.

What a truly incredible place and host! I can’t say enough about Kate’s responsiveness and the incredible space. We loved it and hope to be back again!

The home is gorgeous, and the neighborhood is serene and charming. Betsy made sure we settled in smoothly and had no trouble accessing the property. I highly recommend this place for a family beach vacation.

Diana's place was warm and inviting. We loved the historic nature of the little house and the way it was so thoughtfully decorated. The grounds are both secluded and beautiful and there were lots of things to explore. We enjoyed being able to walk to the chairs at the water's edge and watch the sunset over the river. The hosts were very kind and helpful. We are already planning to come back again to the Little House and spend more time in this amazing area.

Our stay was very nice. The amenities were not available to us due to not being open for the season yet. Everything else was very nice and as expected. The beds were so very comfortable! Loved the showers. And the place was very clean. We rented linens and that process also went smoothly! Definitely recommend a stay here!

This is a great house and really conveniently located in Wachapreague. Everyone had a nice stay, kitchen had everything we needed for a long weekend, and pet friendly was a big plus. Definitely recommend!

This place is perfect for a weekend getaway with the girls! It is 20 minutes away from touring the wineries and within minutes of Williamsburg shopping and spa recommendations. It is very cozy. You can fish the chickahominy or sit by the camp fire. The deck views are amazing and the wildlife is all around. Definitely returning!

This is a lovely place in a spectacular setting. It’s at the end of the road so very private and quiet. Two decks overlooking a vast marsh. Very clean and well appointed. Very responsive host.

We had an amazing stay at The Hudson House. Immediately after walking in, I felt right at home. The house was big, but so cozy. This was my first Airbnb but definitely won’t be my last. Allen was always very quick to respond to my messages. He also had a very friendly tone to his messages. I have family in Salisbury. This will be my go to place, if available, each time I visit Salisbury.

A wonderful place. Cozy and super well equipped. Robert was very responsive and communication was outstanding. This home had everything that a house needs, from batteries to cleaning products, soaps and everything in-between. Highly suggested.

House is in one of the best spots for easy in and out of inlet access to beach, shopping, and restaurants. Gives you an extremely personal, and private way to thoroughly enjoy beach life environment. Doug was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Hospitality beyond expectations, which made the stay that much more enjoyable.

Shawn and Terri’s air bnb went above and beyond my expectations! We decided not to stay on the beach this year but I didn’t realize that we’d still be right on the bay! There’s a peer overlooking the ocean that was just a five minute walk away. Not only that, but the community itself was private, peaceful, and had everything you could ever need to stay busy! There were two pools, ball courts, and playgrounds all walking distance. The residents were kind and welcoming. Assateague beach was a five minute drive away and restaurants only a ten minute drive! The main strip of ocean city was super close. The air bnb itself was clean and beautifully decorated. There were extra blankets, amenities, my son loved the cards and coloring books! All in all this was the perfect place to stay.

Ron was fantastic and extremely accommodating, always went the extra mile when we asked to use the hot tub or had any questions or concerns! Great property, the hot tub was amazing and the place was so cute. There’s not really a place to eat other than standing at the main counter top or sitting on the couch and using the stools as tables (which wasn’t bad at all) but the double headed shower was immaculate and the fun decorations gave us a lot to talk about. Would totally stay here again!

Kelly and Paul are incredible Hosts and beautiful humans! They truly care about their quests go over and above to make sure that you feel at home. Their farm is adorable and we got to know the animals by name (Bernie the dog came and greeted us, JoJo the pig was so special, and cupcake the black sheep who thinks he is a goat cracked us up. The bald eagle flying over was breath-taking and they have nature trails through the woods. Our souls are completely nourished and I would highly recommend this cottage to anybody who needs to escape for a few days. We really enjoyed meeting you Kelly and Paul and hope to return one day. I stayed at the apartment for a week for Supernova Ska Fest and a little bday getaway. I am so grateful for the time I spent at Shangri-La. Kathy surprised me with not only a birthday greeting, but also a delicious cake in the fridge! It was incredibly sweet and made my day. When a last minute friend joined, both Kenny and Kathy were nothing but accommodating. I really enjoyed our conversation and the apartment is absolutely stunning and has everything you could ever need. I can't wait to be back. Truly a Hampton Gem. Thank you for being such warm hosts and sharing your home with the world!

This is a wonderful beach home within walking distance of the oceanfront. Our extended family enjoyed a fantastic visit. The house is set up perfectly for multiple families with a large gathering space on the top floor next to the kitchen. There are several decks throughout the home to catch the sea breeze and air. Beverly was a great host and responsive to our needs.

When we visit Bethany Beach, David’s listing is always our first choice. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting a cozy, charming, spacious, updated home. Every amenity you can imagine will be found in this house. The location is convenient to beach, boardwalk and the best restaurants. David is quick to respond to secure your reservation, provide information needed and answer your questions. We can’t wait to return next year!
