The entrance is in the mid-exterior of the car wash where the clients clean their cars. After you park, you have to walk with all of your luggage through the car wash's exterior (amidst client cleaning their cars) and go up many stairs. But when you enter the loft, you are extremely surprised by the beautiful, modern and clean space. Chandler was available every time I needed clarity on instructions. Bring your own food and beverages. There is a pool nearby which is available. Even though there are minimal eateries in the immediate community, there are places within short distance (mall, movies, restaurants) and there is always Virginia Beach.

We’ve stayed at Governor’s Green multiple times, and Brad and Sarah’s place at least twice. It’s always really clean, comfortable, scenic, and, for us, perfectly located. It’s also cheaper than some hotels, and you get a lot more space and amenities for your money. It has become our go-to place to stay in Williamsburg. I highly recommend Brad and Sarah’s place.

Beautiful condo. Very clean & updated. Most comfy bed we have ever had @ an Airbnb ( and we have stayed in many). Very quiet & peaceful.

We really loved our stay, so much so that we're already talking about returning next year! The owners were super communicative and helpful, the place was perfect for our family of four, the location across from a great pool and tennis courts could not be beat, parking was easy, and everything was clean and clearly marked. The loft was perfect for my 7yo, and my 3yo has probably never slept better. The washer/dryer were great and came in really handy, and having two bathtubs was really great for bathing two kids at once. The two different porches are a really lovely touch, and all the beds were comfortable and bath towels plentiful. Truly can't say enough good about it!

Cofield was very helpful. Always responded to my messages, I needed a drain unclogged and they had it fixed the next day and well as assisted me with getting the excercise bike set up!

Elizabeth was extremely responsive and friendly. The unit was as expected. Overall a great experience!

Absolutely enjoyed my stay . The place was beautiful. Relaxing, and quiet . Was great for my commute to work close by. Whenever I had a question I was always met with a quick response . Definitely recommend.

We were very pleased with our stay. Check-In was very easy with plenty of text notifications. Check out was easy as well. We were greeted by Club Wyndham timeshare staff and invited to attend a presentation, but the offer was very friendly and not pushy at all. It was a very good experience, and we would love to stay again. We visit our Aunt who lives in Ford's Colony and found this location we'll suited for all of Williamsburg.

This condo was very nice - well furnished with comfortable beds and all the essentials in the kitchen. The balcony has a great, clear view of the ocean and plenty of comfortable seating. Just be aware that the Sea Watch is a HUGE building (as most of them are in this part of town) and therefore the beach/pool/elevators are very busy and crowded. There were people camped out at all the "front row" spots on the beach before we even finished coffee--a bit of a bummer when you get to the beach and can't get near the ocean because of all the "campsites" with no people in them. The water in OC is also VERY cold (although apparently not always that way in August). The place is very convenient for walking to the beach, and we had no problem finding parking when we drove down to the boardwalk/amusement park in the busier part of town. A great place to stay!

The location was perfect, and we slept like babies every night. The kids felt right at home and absolutely loved the pool. A fantastic stay for the whole family!

Colleen’s place was exactly as described. It’s conveniently located in Bayside. Everything was clean and tidy. We would definitely recommend it to other families.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We already booked another trip back :) Dana's place was clean, beautiful, comfortable, and the location can't be beat. The balcony views were incredible, and we loved being truly right on the beach. I'm so grateful we chose to stay here. Dana was communicative and friendly. The lobby/security staff were helpful and welcoming as well. Highly recommend!!

We love staying at Sunset Island. This is the first time in a condo and it was perfect!

Most everything was great about this place. Easy access to the beach, comfortable (though very noisy) twin beds (I can’t speak for the queen one as my in-laws used that one), clean and spacious accommodations. The balcony was just perfect - I sat out there as often as I could. One thing that was strange was that I had to sign and mail back a lease, separate from air bnb stuff. Also, Robert mailed the key so now I have to mail it back. Not a big deal but mildly annoying - just another unusual thing to keep track of. Also heads up: you have to check in at a place across the street before being able to get into the Sea Colony area. We waited in line for about 20 minutes, and they close at 5 so I don’t know what happens if you get there after that. It turned out fine but I wasn’t expecting that step to be that time consuming. But even though the weather wasn’t great while we were there, we had a good and relaxing time because the condo is great for hanging out in. Will maybe come back!

Lovely property in a lovely community close to everything we needed. Only comment is that cars drive way too fast on ocean parkway- not sure how year round residents deal with that! But the space is just as described and a beautiful outdoor area.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Delaware! The home was clean, beautiful, and just as described. Serena was easy to work with and very responsive. With the pool, access to the bay, walkable neighborhood, and close proximity to restaurants and the beach, we would love to stay here again!!

This house was perfect for our group. We had 12 staying and there was a room for everyone. We enjoyed all the amenities and spaces. We booked this place because of its remote location as we planned on spending our time together in one place. We enjoyed the movie theater, the gym and the bar area in the back building. The views are beautiful and peaceful as well! We truly loved this property! Couple of notes, Be careful on spiral staircase, we did have one small slip there, but not the first time our group has experienced this. Since we booked to stay on/inside property all weekend together, we cooked our own food. In addition to being beautiful, the oven is an old school gas stove. It is tricky to use and also on the smaller side. Once we figured it out, we managed. Just something to consider if you plan on cooking.

We had four generations in the house for the long Labor Day weekend. It was perfect. Very spacious and comfortable. Nearby beach and town. A pool and small playground across the street thoroughly enjoyed by our three year old. A cook's kitchen. A gracious host. Five stars plus plus!

The check in was easy and the house was very clean. I was in town for business and rented the house for my team of referees for the weekend. This place was within easy access to some great restaurants. We will be back to stay for our next powerlifting meet. Thank you!

This is a beautiful property in a great neighborhood. Everything we needed was in the house, very well-supplied kitchen, laundry facilities, etc. We really couldn’t have asked for more and there was more than we ever could have expected. They’ve thought of everything and made it very easy for us to be comfortable and have a great time.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The toys for the kids were a wonderful bonus and kept them entertained throughout our stay. The hosts were responsive and welcoming. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay. Hope to return in the future!

We had an excellent weekend at the Eagle's Nest. Great location, everything is exactly as advertised in the house, and Kevin was a wonderful host. Highly recommended for any trip to Chincoteague!
