Alice was a great host and apartment was as expected, and I n a great location. Alice was available by phone to help ensure smooth check in upon arrival. One recommendation I would make is for a lamp or two for the bedroom and living area. Would definitely stay here again

Отличный кондоминиум, квартира свежая. Есть все принадлежности для приготовление пищи, хороший спорт зал. Бассейн очень большой , 1 круг за 10 минут проплывал. В общем все понравилось, спасибо!

Hosang est un hôte professionnel, tout est bien organisé, la communication est bonne et les problèmes sont réglés rapidement. L'appartement est fidèle à la description, vous vous sentez comme chez vous et c'est très agréable de se réveiller chaque matin en pouvant observer la mer. Si je reviens à Jomtien je louerai l'appartement d'Hosang à nouveau sans hésiter.

My stay at Supasek’s property in Pattaya Central was exceptional! From the moment I arrived, Supasek made me feel welcomed with a warm greeting and helpful tips about the area. The apartment was exactly as described—modern, spotlessly clean, and very well-equipped. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Pattaya Beach, shopping malls, and vibrant nightlife on Walking Street. I loved the peace and quiet of the building, which provided a restful retreat after a busy day of exploring. Communication was prompt and clear, and the check-in process was seamless. The amenities provided, from toiletries to fresh linens, were top-notch. I couldn’t have asked for a better host or place to stay. Highly recommend Supasek for anyone visiting Pattaya—will definitely return next time!

The place is excellent and safe, looks exactly like the photos. The are 2 out of 3 rooms which connected to a big balcony with a great sea view. There are many restaurants along Jomtien Beach, also 7-eleven and night market. The location is about 20-30mins driving distance from Walking Street and Terminal 21, parking space is provided. The host is nice and responsive, easy check in and check out procedures.

房间跟图片一样是真实房源，房东第一天在公寓门口接我们入住，人非常好很热情，有问题很快就给解答了，住在这里跟自己家一样很温馨，下次来还会选择这里₍˄·͈༝·͈˄*₎◞ ̑̑

Mycket bra och hjälpsam service. Rent och fräscht. Otroligt sköna sängar. Plus för coffee maker (presso) och extra badhanddukar. Enda negativa var att det bara fanns två solsängar och att stream till TV eller Apple TV inte fungerade. Det finns några restauranger på stranden som är ganska dyra så vi rekommenderar att man hyr scooter för att ta sig till huvudgatan där det finns många restauranger med väldigt bra priser och god mat. Då kan man även relativt enkelt ta sig till White Sand som ligger ca 15 min söderut (man behöver dock passera ett berg med ganska branta backar).

Rafael and Janejira are quick to respond, usually within minutes. Khun Aey who was the aunt of Janejira lives nearby and available at all times. We loved the place. Beach is located across the house. The road in between the house and the beach is a dead-end road, therefore, traffic is low except for people going to the restaurants. There are 5 floors with elevator access to each floor. Total of 10 bedrooms, with 6 of them facing the sea. The bedrooms are located on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor. The first floor is the dinning room, kitchen, small sitting area and the pool. The 5th floor is the lounge with huge sofa, huge screen TV and pool table. Each bedroom is equipped with coffee machine, small refrigerator and bathroom. Lots of good seafood restaurants within steps of the house and a convenient store within a block of house. We absolutely love the house and one of the best AirBnB that I have stayed in. Highly recommend.

房子非常干净卫生，私密性也好，交通便利，附近吃玩都很方便。房东人很好，十个赞，服务非常到位，信息几乎秒回，尽力协助我们一切要求。我们是租这个地方开会的，入住的人都表示选得很好，下次一定要订这里。总之放心安心，非常推荐！！！

Vi var 2 par som bodde i Philippes hus i 2 veckor och allt var helt perfekt , så fint hus och nära till stranden och den fina poolen . Det var väldigt lugnt och fridfullt där . Nära till bra restauranger , fanns även en del ställen att köpa öl och vatten på i närheten ,livsmedelsaffären låg en bit bort då då rekommenderas mc el bil . Vi kommer gärna tillbaks hit vi har njutit till fullo av vår semester . Philippe är mycket hjälpsam och svarar snabbt .

We stayed over the weekend and this place was fantastic! Really great, short drive to the pier for Koh Samet, friendly and quick responding host. She was very helpful and even though we booked the same morning as stayed she had everything set up ready to go. Thank you so much for a lovely weekend we will come and stay again! 😊

Very nice and peaceful place. Front gate key and door keys to access into the house are quite a bit hard to open, may need lubricant. The house is very clean and new anyway. I would recommend for visitors to check in for peaceful relaxation, long stay will be great.

A quiet, peaceful location with a beautiful view away from the noise and rabble of Pattaya. The flat was spacious, clean and had everything you need including a rooftop pool overlooking the beach. It exceeded expectations in terms of value of money and provided a welcome alternative to the "chaos" of the adjoining city. It is family-friendly and close to bars, cafes and restaurants, so was perfect for a few days in the sunshine. Highly recommended.

This was my second time staying at her place Everything was perfect!! I especially love the HOT WATER PRESSURE leading to an amazing shower 😃 and the amazing view of the beach when I first open my eyes in the morning. Ellen is am AMAZING host . Can't wait to come back 🤞🏿

J was absolutely delightful from start to finish. Her place is a nice getaway. The area is nice and quiet, a little bit far from all the main action which is exactly what I was looking for. Direct access to the beach and pool is open late till 10! I’m missing that incredible view already. Thank you for everything!

何度もジョムティエンは訪れていますが、過去最高に立地が良く（中心地）、建物は多少古いですが、お部屋もリラックス出来、景観も最高でした。ちょっとしたトラブルはありましたが、Eddieさんが迅速に対応してくれて、すぐに快適になりました。感謝です♥ あまり、絶賛すると、次の予約が取れにくくなりそうなので😁 毎年1ヶ月Pattayaに滞在してますが、次回もぜひ！お部屋を予約したいです。 Eedeieさん、ありがとうございました。

Das Apartement eignet sich für 2 Personen perfekt für Langzeitaufenthalte. Bemerkenswert ist das riesige Stauraumangebot und sowie ein harmonisches Ambiente der Wohnung. Zu der gut ausgestatteten Pantry, kann der Gast zudem noch ein Tischgrill, Airfryer und Raclette-Grill nutzen. Handtuch-und Bettwäschewechsel erfolgte im wöchentlichen Rhythmus. Für die Einhaltung der Nachtruhe sorgt ein Security Dienst. Die Wohnanlage insgesamt macht einen sehr guten Eindruck auf hohem Niveau. Der Juristic Office Manager erwies sich als sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gleiches gilt für das gesamte Team des Gebäudeservice. Sehr angenehm wurde die Bäckerei im Erdgeschoss empfunden, die neben Baguette und anderen Teigwaren ihren Gästen auch so manch leckeres Thaifood servierte. Die Grün - und Aussenanlagen, sowie der Strand laden einen förmlich zum chillen ein. Wir kommen gerne wieder, würden dann aber einen fahrbaren Untersatz in den Aufenthalt einplanen.

I am very happy staying at this place. The room pretty clean and host sent someone to clean your room everyday. In the middle of Pattaya and you can chill out in the private pool with beach beside it. Definitely will come back.
