Adam and Jeens place was great for my two friends and I! Not only was it very clean and central to lots of shops but Adam was also super helpful with local knowledge and a positive attitude!

Haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt in diesem wunderschön und stilvoll eingerichtetem haus. Küche ist mit allem nötigen zum selbstkochen ausgestattet. Weg zum strand sind zirka 10 minuten zu fuss. Auf halbem weg ist die hauptstrasse wo du einkaufen und in restaurants essen kannst. Ruhige gegend. Wir würden wieder kommen und können das Haus allen familien gut empfehlen. Danke!

Rafael and Janejira are quick to respond, usually within minutes. Khun Aey who was the aunt of Janejira lives nearby and available at all times. We loved the place. Beach is located across the house. The road in between the house and the beach is a dead-end road, therefore, traffic is low except for people going to the restaurants. There are 5 floors with elevator access to each floor. Total of 10 bedrooms, with 6 of them facing the sea. The bedrooms are located on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor. The first floor is the dinning room, kitchen, small sitting area and the pool. The 5th floor is the lounge with huge sofa, huge screen TV and pool table. Each bedroom is equipped with coffee machine, small refrigerator and bathroom. Lots of good seafood restaurants within steps of the house and a convenient store within a block of house. We absolutely love the house and one of the best AirBnB that I have stayed in. Highly recommend.

Casa pulita, ottima posizione. Per la posizione della casa, nella zona più tranquilla dell'isola è necessario per gli spostamenti il noleggio di una macchina oppure di uno scooter per raggiungere altre spiagge e la zona centrale dell'isola dove ci sono ristoranti e negozi. Per chi preferisce la tranquillità questa è la casa adatta. Vicino alla casa è comunque presente una spiaggia con la possibilità di usufruire di canoe messe a disposizione dal proprietario.

Great location, literally 1 minute from the beach. There are many cafes and restaurants close nearby. The pool was fun, and had a slide which the little kids enjoyed. The whole house was clean. The kids also really liked the karaoke machine and sang songs for many hours. Overall a great stay.

Me and my family spent 1,5 months in this wonderful place. We loved everything about it and enjoyed our stay. The house is big, nice and cozy, Thai style. You have everything you may need: washing machine, vacuum, toaster and aero grill, everything you need for cooking and having meals. The beds are comfortable. There are a lot of place of storage and hangers. There is even a hot tube in one of the bathrooms. We also had shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in every bathroom. The owner is easy to get along with, very helpful and nice. The house is located in a private territory. It is not a touristic area and we enjoyed it. There is a local food market just nearby and a lot of cafes, bars, shops and massage salons. We rented a car and was driving to bang Sare for the sea (which is better than in Pattaya and just 20 minutes away from the house). The owner helped us to find a rental with reasonable prices. There is nothing I can complaint about. It is 10 stars out of 5!

В целом очень приятный дом, чисто и нет неприятных запахов, отдельный респект за небольшие осушители в каждой комнате - хороший микроклимат, хорошие кондиционеры тоже присутствуют. Мы чувствовали себя как дома 🥰 для комфортного передвижения нужен транспорт - мопеды отлично справились, движение на острове спокойное. Горная прохладная река с водопадом, где можно купаться, в пешей доступности. Уборка раз в неделю входит в стоимость 🫶 Рекомендую

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful villa! With five spacious and well-decorated bedrooms, everyone in our group had plenty of room to relax. The beds were super comfortable, and the air conditioning in each room made for a perfect night’s sleep. The highlight of our stay was definitely the private pool – clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by a lovely outdoor area where we spent most of our time. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living spaces were cozy and inviting. The villa is in a peaceful location, yet still close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, quick to respond, and made sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back!

Hosang est un hôte professionnel, tout est bien organisé, la communication est bonne et les problèmes sont réglés rapidement. L'appartement est fidèle à la description, vous vous sentez comme chez vous et c'est très agréable de se réveiller chaque matin en pouvant observer la mer. Si je reviens à Jomtien je louerai l'appartement d'Hosang à nouveau sans hésiter.

I had an amazing stay at this Jomtien Beach condo! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, with plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. The condo itself is stylish, clean, and very comfortable. It had all the amenities I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely balcony with a stunning view. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure I had everything I needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the beauty of Jomtien Beach. Would definitely stay again!

Jättefint boende med alla bekvämligheter man behöver. Toppen med pool access. Värden fixade taxi och moped åt oss så allt fanns på plats när vi anlände. Trevlig incheckning. Hög kvalité på lägenheten och bra wifi. Det som skiljer sig från annonsen är läget. Området Mantra där lägenheten finns ligger 1 km ovanför adressen, som är till stället man checkar in på. Du behöver en moped för att ta sig runt i Laem mae Phim så för vår del spelade det inget roll att det inte låg vid stranden. Kan verkligen rekommendera boendet!!

Wir haben 4 Nächte in dem Appartement verbracht. Wir wurden vom Pier abgeholt, kurz nachdem ich angerufen hatte, das wir da sind. Wir hatten immer einen Ansprechpartner der schnell auf unsere Wünsche reagiert hat: Spinnen wurden aus dem Zimmer entfernt, es gab neue Handtücher, ... :) Restaurants und Bars sind gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Zum Strand dauert es zu Fuß wahrscheinlich ca. 15 Minuten. Wir hatten die gesamte Zeit einen Roller gemietet. Es war alles sehr gut zu erreichen damit. Das Zimmer hat 2 Betten und ordentlich Platz um Dinge abzulegen. :) Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Normally I should write a bad review that I could keep Seamus (James) and his apartment as a secret. But then I would tell lies cos there is nothing bad to tell neither about the apartment and the great location nor about Seamus as a great host. If you ever dreamed of a VIP vacation with concierge service just go there and I think Seamus will top your expectations. No matter what you might ask him for he will answer within minutes or appear in person. Could not be any better or friendlier he is an absolutely gem. I NEVER had a more pleasant stay in many years of traveling. Thanks for everything and the more you gave to us.
