Мы в восторге ,красивая ухоженная закрытая территория .За всем ухаживают садовники .Сама территория комплекса просторная ,есть активности в виде мини гольфа ,детской площадки ,и других . А дом очень просторен ,уютно обставлен и всем нужным укомплектован! Обязательно вернёмся ещё ! Хозяйке отдельно 5 баллов !

My stay with David was excellent. Alain, the property manager was incredibly friendly and always attentive and willing to help. The property was as described. You can have anything delivered from all over the city. Ordering a Bolt or Uber is easy, fast and affordable. I will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay at Nick’s place – Highly Recommended I recently had the pleasure of staying and it was a truly exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality and attention to detail were evident. The villa itself was beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The private pool was impeccably maintained and provided a serene space to relax. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and spotlessly clean, with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The host Nick was professional, courteous, and always willing to assist with any requests. One thing to note is that the villa is located in a more secluded area, and having a car or private transportation is highly recommended, as public transport options are not readily available. However, this also adds to the peaceful and private atmosphere, making it a perfect retreat for anyone seeking a relaxing and luxurious getaway. I look forward to returning in the future.

amazing villa and location. it's extremely difficult to find a villa that is this beautiful and still walking distance to everything so was pleasantly surprised to find it. it's also a 3 minute walk to the airport bus which can be helpful to some!

Мы были вынуждены уехать из Бангкока из-за землетрясения и забронировали жилье всего за пару часов до нашего прибытия, несмотря на такой ранний заезд Стефан подготовил жильё очень быстро, он сам занимается обслуживанием дома и внимателен ко всем деталям. Мы очень много и интересно побеседовали с ним о его двадцатилетнем опыте жизни в Тайланде, он дал нам много советов и рассказал интересную историю своей любви к Тайланду. Сама вилла находится достаточно удалено от города, тут не мешает городская суета (но достаточно близко, чтобы это не было проблемой добраться на такси/байке и заказать любую доставку - 10-15 минут). Дом на территории закрытого посёлка, очень тихо и спокойно, тихие соседи, безопасно. Ежедневный вынос мусора, 2 раза в неделю очистка бассейна. Дом без излишеств, очень просторный, хотя и не очень новый, но в хорошем состоянии, большая редкость для Паттайи! Нет неприятного запаха, вся техника в доме хорошо работает. Много полезных мелочей, хорошее белье. Отличный выбор! 🇹

Doch nun finde ich, es ist an der Zeit, selbst eine Bewertung zu verfassen – tatsächlich meine erste überhaupt! Wir haben diese wunderschöne Unterkunft über Airbnb gebucht, und es war einer der schönsten Urlaube, die wir je hatten. Das charmante kleine Häuschen liegt idyllisch in einer privaten Community, umgeben von viel Grün, an der Ostküste von Koh Chang. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns bei Jum unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Sie ist äußerst hilfsbereit und stand uns jederzeit – auch kurzfristig – mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Die Unterkunft selbst ist perfekt für eine kleine Familie: zwei gemütliche Schlafzimmer, eine kompakte Wohnküche und ein kleines, aber feines Bad. Ein Scooter ist hier definitiv empfehlenswert, und praktischweise kann man ihn direkt vor Ort ausleihen und sofort nutzen. Auch die Insel Koh Chang ist ein echtes Paradies. Me and my family spent 1,5 months in this wonderful place. We loved everything about it and enjoyed our stay. The house is big, nice and cozy, Thai style. You have everything you may need: washing machine, vacuum, toaster and aero grill, everything you need for cooking and having meals. The beds are comfortable. There are a lot of place of storage and hangers. There is even a hot tube in one of the bathrooms. We also had shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in every bathroom. The owner is easy to get along with, very helpful and nice. The house is located in a private territory. It is not a touristic area and we enjoyed it. There is a local food market just nearby and a lot of cafes, bars, shops and massage salons. We rented a car and was driving to bang Sare for the sea (which is better than in Pattaya and just 20 minutes away from the house). The owner helped us to find a rental with reasonable prices. There is nothing I can complaint about. It is 10 stars out of 5!

Well what a fantastic place to stay! Huge duplex, wrap around balconies on both floors with very large patio areas. Views of mountains & lake to rear and 1 side and sea views to the front and other side area. The property & sun loungers are just a little tired but it is very clean and tidy with comfortable furniture and beds. Cleaned daily inc. fresh water & shower products. Fresh bedding & towels once a week. Beach towels & bag provided. The resort Royal Siam is immaculately kept and is private with a beautiful clean beach, the sea is like stepping into a bath and is very shallow with virtually no waves so is very safe. There are a few restaurants and bars in Royal Siam. Breakfast at Shambalah included with lots of choice of Continental and Thai, fruits, pastries, cereal, etc. The staff were very efficient and friendly. Roland was very professional & responded to messages promptly. I would highly recommend a stay here, was definitely value for money. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I especially appreciated the little touches like guiding us around the city on days he was free. The location was perfect! Just minutes to the beach, restaurants, public transport, shopping, and the nightlife. It made exploring the area so convenient. What really stood out, though, was James’s hospitality. Das Apartment hat uns sehr gut gefallen, insbesondere die atemberaubende Aussicht vom Dach. Die moderne und schöne Einrichtung hat uns beeindruckt. Manchmal war das Publikum im Haus etwas weniger angenehm, und die Straße unten ist recht laut und lebhaft. Dies ist jedoch bei Pattaya bekannt. Insgesamt hatten wir einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt.

A quiet, peaceful location with a beautiful view away from the noise and rabble of Pattaya. The flat was spacious, clean and had everything you need including a rooftop pool overlooking the beach. It exceeded expectations in terms of value of money and provided a welcome alternative to the "chaos" of the adjoining city. It is family-friendly and close to bars, cafes and restaurants, so was perfect for a few days in the sunshine. Highly recommended.

Very clean and neat condo. Everything was as pictured and the condo had all necessities needed. The Urban Condominiums buildings and pool area are very well maintained, much better than any of the other condos in the area. Udo was very easy to contact and went out of his way to allow for an early check-in when my flight was moved up. All in all, a very good stay.
