The cottage was cozy and peaceful, perfect for a winter weekend getaway! There was about 3 to 4 feet of snow on the ground but the stove kept the cottage nice and warm. The area was beautiful and we had a great time! We highly recommend staying here if you're visiting northern Vermont!

J’ai lu tout les commentaires précédents car je voulais que le miens soit encore plus spécial. Je n’ai pas la plume aussi belle que la plupart de ceux-ci. Mais tout ce que je peux vous dire c’est que c’était…….PARFAIT!!! Les hôtes étaient parfait , le refuge était parfait, l’endroit était parfait, les sentiers étaient parfait, les chevreuils étaient parfait….. Merci Denis et Diane, et à l’an prochain c’est certain.

Deb was wonderful! My wife and were staying for the weekend and Deb made us feel right at home. She was very personable, gave us total privacy, and had very clear instructions and even recommendations of all the wonderful areas to visit including Mills Market 1 mile down the road. Her price was beyond reasonable and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone wanting to stay in the Andover area to stay here! The reviews don't lie, book it now!

This was our second stay at the Stuga. Last time was in May so we wanted to come back in the winter for some snow fun. Did some sledding at the house and some snowshoeing at Barr Hill Nature Preserve just up the street. A lot of fun and beautiful as always. Nancy and Bob are great hosts, always responsive. Will be back!

Notre séjour était parfait! L’endroit est idéal pour se reposer et explorer la région. Nous avons adoré prendre de longue marche avec notre chien sur le terrain. Le logement est très chaleureux tout comme Gerette ! x

this is place was so clean and beautiful , me and my family felt like home we enjoyed staying here and we are looking to come back again it was a great experience

We could not have asked for a better place for our eclipse adventure. The two bedroom cabin was spotlessly clean, well-appointed, cute and plenty of space for the 4 of us. We loved being out in the woods and enjoyed our walks around the pond enormously. Easy to get to restaurants and other activities, but away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Not a thing to complain about, and would definitely recommend to anyone!

Highly recommend this place. Extremely welcoming and sparkling clean. So many windows let in beautiful natural light. Very comfortable bed. So pristine and relaxing.

Kailee and her family were kind, generous and welcoming. Their land is beautiful and something you can tell they have a lot of pride in. The views were amazing and our stay was very peaceful. We’d highly recommend staying 🥰

A great value for staying right in Stowe. Perfect size for a solo traveler or a couple. Would definitely book again.

Amazing and unique stay! We felt right at home and very comfortable. Great location, close to Main Street and the mountain, but without the congestion. Anna was very responsive and helpful when planning our stay

A beautiful spot near the village of Stowe and a short drive to the ski areas. We were especially grateful for a waking path along a winding river that ran from the apartment to town and also north quite a ways. Apartment was clean, new and extremely tastefully decorated and the location couldn’t be better! Owners were very polite and responsive to our questions. A wonderful New Years mini- vacation for our family of five! Would highly recommend!!!

We stayed at Julie's place for a little weekend getaway, and absolutely loved the fireplace in the master bedroom. We couldn't benefit from everything it offers on the outside because of spring time, but I would definitely recommend the place during the summer where everything becomes accessible. We decided to come here as it has multiples spa's and different activities that we wanted to do over the weekend. I would recommend it to anybody looking for a secret little getaway.

We had a great stay at Helena’s place and would definitely stay here again. There was plenty of room for our family of five to spread out. Everything was exactly as pictured/described. Thanks again!

Our stay was lovely. The house is beautiful and spacious with books galore! I found an I-Pod with nice music for a great evening. The view was serene and relaxing. I loved my stay and would recommend the Book Barn 100%.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Patty's place. Beautiful cabin with lovely antique touches, loved being right by the creek and the porch rocking chairs were a lovely touch! Nice and close to hiking trailheads. We loved getting to trek the farm trails and see the animals. Overall would highly recommend the Tea House for a cosy outdoor getaway.

Nancy was very flexible with dates when I had a ski tripped booked for Stowe. Her cabin and everything in it were perfect, as was her communication during my stay. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Bottom line: I would stay here again. The place is cozy and tidy. Carmin made obvious efforts to make the place welcoming. It’s a good location that’s removed from the congestion of the village center, but you can get there by car in 5 minutes. You can walk out the door and go for a hike. Water pressure in the shower is good. Carmin provides lots of local recommendations. Netflix readily available. Coffee and welcome snacks given. Heater heats up place quickly. If you’re a light sleeper, bring ear plugs as you can hear any car pass at night. The place is older, and as such has houseflies. They’re being managed, but it’s a little surprising at first. The place is clean. I didn’t find vent fans for the kitchen or bathroom, but there are windows close. The bed is fairly comfortable, on the softer side, but the pillows are noisy. The cookware is a little beat up (missing handles), but functional. We did not use the washer or dryer. Overall good stay.

Nous avons passez un super week-end entre amies! 💜 Petit chalet tranquille, en campagne parfait pour un séjour à relaxer. Très propre, lit confortable et un super beau cachet campagnard! Nous avons adoré. L'hôte est proactive et des petits biscuits nous attendait à notre arrivée. Super attention! Assurément sur notre liste de chalet pour relaxer. Nous recommandons fortement ! :)

Great stay and location was beautiful hands down. I would highly recommend for a little get away!

We had a lovely time at this quaint mountainous home. The neighbor nearby had some horses that grazed near the home every morning and the vistas in the distance were incredible to see. We would love to come back again next year, maybe during the more peak foliage season. Thank you all so much for your hospitality, especially for providing us an extra night!

Sherri’s place was great- our family stayed during a snow storm and we felt safe and cozy. The hot tub and string lights outside were a lovely touch- the hot tub felt new and very easy to use. Our kids enjoyed feeding the deer each day and it’s a short drive to Sugarloaf for great skiing. We’d love to come back!

It is a beautiful house where you can smell the family and we liked that a lot. It is close to the ski slopes, very clean and comfortable. Lidsa and Tom have very good communication, excellent service.

Super séjour et endroit très chaleureux ! Louis a été très aimable et généreux de son temps. Tout près du massif du sud, un endroit parfait pour passer du bon temps en famille ou entre amis 😌 Nous y retournerons assurément en été comme en hivers.
