Vincent was a great host! He was always responsive and there when needed. The condo is literally perfect location and the underground parking was a bonus! I honestly loved the saunas and the gym, I was there almost every night for 2 weeks! Would definately go back!

Arthur was nice and communicated well during our stay. His apartment is described accurately and it was a comfortable stay. The place was clean and tidy. We felt ok coming and going from the apartment but the 2-3 blocks right around the apartment made us a little nervous and we were careful to avoid certain streets. There is a "lockbox" described for keys but Arthur met us at check in and check out to exchange keys (there was not a lockbox option). Also, the place states that smoking is allowed, so anyone that is sensitive to smoke should take note. We didn't smoke, and there was somehow smoke in the apartment sometimes, perhaps coming in from outside (we did not tell the host - it was mild and we didn't feel the need to bring it up). Overall, Arthur is a great host and really seems to want to people to have a good stay.

The place was private and well distributed. It had everything we needed and it was cosy. The host was extremely accessible even before booking and during especially when we had a minor mishap it was handled in the best manner. Communication was key and it was always very easy to contact and get responses. Definitely will recommend and even contact them again for future trips.

It had everything I needed and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Anne Marie even had a fire going in the fireplace for my arrival. Even though this spot would be ideal in the summer because it's right on the lake, I found it to be very beautiful and comfortable in the dead of winter. It was plenty warm, and easy to get in and out. I couldn't be happier with both the home and the host.

What an interesting and cozy little cottage. We were so impressed by the size and grandeur of the fireplace. Overall a nice stay with great amenities. The doughnut shop up the street is a plus !

Melissa was very helpful, friendly and always responsive. The weather was nice enough to cook outdoors but when we to get the grill it wasn't usable. I called Melissa who was totally unaware of the problem but within hours replaced it and my planned party was perfect thanks to her promptness. House was extremely private, clean and homey. I would definitely rent from Melissa again and recommend this property and hostess to everyone.

This is a treasure of a “family reunion” home and a privilege to be allowed to enjoy it. It is like going back in time to your grandparents’ home. Think gold dixie cup dispenser on the bathroom wall and the chrome covered Kleenex box built into the wall. Pictures of all of the kids and grandkids adorn the surfaces and walls. There is a memory wall of hand prints of children who have gone on to have children of their own. It is a very special place. You feel a warm hug when you walk into the door as you are welcomed to the family. Practical tips: If you are arriving in the dark, the house is the 6th one on the right after you turn onto the street. Each room has its own heater thermostat. We found 65 in the bathroom and 60 everywhere else was just right for us. Costco is 30 mins away near Burlington. We loved our 6 day stay for leaf season. October 10-14 was peak leaf season in 2024. We toured the country-side and Montreal too. Enjoy this home that has been enjoyed for 3 generations!

Great place to stay in the heart of Laval!

Great location! Walking distance to diners, stores, and many restaurant/bars. Front veranda showcased a busy street with nice views of the city life. The back deck provided a private space to get fresh air. Thank you, Fernando!

It was so wonderful getting to stay here. The condo was warm and cozy, perfect for a fall Vermont getaway. It was remote enough that it was serene, peaceful, and undisturbed, but local enough to several towns that we kept finding new places to explore. Gigi was extremely helpful in making sure that we felt right at home, and had everything we needed!

literally can't beat the price or people. Brennan and his dad are mega chill and the place is spotless and in a great area. if your a wanderer with no car like me, you can buy day passes from the subway station that will get you around Montreal (bus or subway) 10/10 would stay again.
