Notre séjour était parfait! L’endroit est idéal pour se reposer et explorer la région. Nous avons adoré prendre de longue marche avec notre chien sur le terrain. Le logement est très chaleureux tout comme Gerette ! x

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Owl's Head Cabin for a long weekend skiing at Jay. The cabin is small and cozy, very warm, and the right size for two people for a weekend. In addition to the main bed, there's a loft with a sleeping area, but you'd have to be very small to get into it and enjoy it; I'd guess the cabin would be a bit small for a couple with children but maybe if you're out all day it'd be okay. Cooking appliances worked well. The one note of caution is that you have to drive on a somewhat rough, uphill dirt road for at least 3 or 4 miles to reach the cabin. We fortunately did not have to drive during a time when there was actively snow falling on the road, but the 2wd sedan we rented definitely would not have made it in those conditions; it was a little harrowing even with just the slush and ruts left after plowing. So be careful if your trip coincides with nastier weather! Jason was very communicative and left clear instructions. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

Bruce was an excellent host! He gave great recommendations and clear instructions. The driving directions were so good we were able to find the place in the dark lol. The cabin was very cozy and comfortable, had everything we needed. The view in the morning was quite nice. The beds were warm and comfortable and the whole place was clean with more than enough towels and blankets. The only thing I'd note is that it's not entirely a true ski in/out experience. We were expecting to be able to ski right from the cabin door onto the hill (as per other ski in/out places we've rented) but if you did that, you'd end up skiing into a building (don't do that, haha) We had to carry our skis past a row of cabins and sheds to get to the hill where we were able to get on. I'd describe it as more of a slope-side cabin than ski in/out. It's not a big deal, still very convenient, just a bit different than described. Overall, I'd give it a 10/10, would recommend!

Darren is a great host, and this is a great place! He had plenty of great recommendations in the area, so we always had something to do. The lake itself is super pretty and very tranquil. Would highly recommend!

Kathy's place was absolutely lovely. A perfect hiding spot on the water with all of the beautiful options at the Craftsbury Outdoor center. Can't wait to come back!

We have rented this adorable log cabin many times and look forward to our next visit! The host is very responsive and friendly and we can not recommend this lovely stay enough.

Agréable séjour dans ce magnifique petit refuge dans la forêt. Le site est tranquille donne accès à de beaux sentiers de randonnée. On reviendra certainement 😊

Such a gem! So happy we found this very private spot. It was perfect for our weekend away with our family and our dogs. Home was super cute, VERY clean and truly one of the best Airbnb's we have ever stayed in as far as amenities. There were so many fresh clean towels, paper towels, toilet paper, and TONS of linens like extra blankets (I usually freeze in bed), even basic kitchen supplies. Got to meet the owner briefly and she is a DOLL! If we have the chance to stay in this area again, we would definitely go back! Don't hesitate if you like quiet private surroundings. Oh and the view out the living room window was the icing on the cake! Thank you for a great stay!

The cabin was a perfect mix of private getaway and beautiful scenery. It is close enough to Stowe for any needs or fun activities. The inside was clean, well prepped and overall a joy to stay in.

I cannot say enough good things about not only Stacey but the property itself. Stacey made the whole process as easy as could be and thought of every little thing to make you feel welcomed upon arrival. I would go as far to say she is the best host for any AirBnb I've rented.

Un superbe endroit très paisible, parfait pour se relaxer et sortir du quotidien. La vue est incroyable, l’endroit très confortable. Vous pouvez aller à leur érablière et ça leur fera plaisir de vous faire visiter les installations et un bon litre de leur délicieux sirop d’érable en cadeau! Nous planifions y retourner tellement on a aimé l’endroit.

Notre week-end a été super malgré la température, nous sommes restés dans le chalet avec nos deux toutous et rien à redire. Superbe petit chalet! Tranquille et cozy! Je vous le recommande fortement.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Patty's place. Beautiful cabin with lovely antique touches, loved being right by the creek and the porch rocking chairs were a lovely touch! Nice and close to hiking trailheads. We loved getting to trek the farm trails and see the animals. Overall would highly recommend the Tea House for a cosy outdoor getaway.

I had a great time, the hot tub was perfect, the stream out back was peaceful! exactly what I needed for my mini getaway!!!

It was a great stay. The space had everything my fiancé and I needed for during a ski trip. The campground is so beautiful and has so many amenities. Thank you for hosting us!

We had a wonderful time at the Debar Cabin! Our dog loved the lawn and the fact that no one was around, so he could chase his ball without care. The view is top-notch, and the stargazing is excellent. While the cabin is off-grid, we didn't even notice! The battery banks keep the lights on and let you charge your devices. We went to the VIC, which was very peaceful and informative about the surrounding area. All in all, we loved it! We're already thinking about coming back next year.

A perfect little place for a quiet getaway. Our goal was to get away from work and spend time together without screens. Peter and Deborah were wonderful hosts that made us feel at home. Our dogs loved romping around in the woods out back during our stay. We turned off our phones for the weekend and were perfectly cozy reading, playing games, and making art. We went into Farmington for a little while and loved walking through downtown and both of the book stores.

The hibernation station was the perfect little get away for our hiking weekend! We weren’t there much, but it served us perfectly for our needs. The location was quiet and respectful, the views of the lake were amazing, and the cabin was cozy. The hot water tank is small, 5 minutes tops at a time, but we were told beforehand and it re-heated quickly! Lovely little spot

My boyfriend and I went for our anniversary. We wanted somewhere quiet, peaceful, and private, and Sherry and Jerry’s home was perfect! Cutest little down town if you wanted to leave the cabin but hanging at the cabin or in the hot tub was the perfect getaway!

This was such a cute & cozy getaway! Karen has thought of everything you might need. There is a fire pit and a picnic table and lots of books to read. Lots of cute nature themed decor. One note for planning is that the toiletries are separate from the cabin. While the cabin is an 'indoor' experience (well sealed, clean, warm, etc), the toiletries are sort of like glamping. There is an outhouse-style toilet and an outdoor shower (with hot water). I love an outdoor shower but it was a bit difficult to use at night because of the dark. Still a world above camping, it’s just good to be aware. The wood burning stove and cheerful outdoorsy decorations were so snug and lovely. We chose this area to access the wonderful hiking in many nearby Adirondack trails. I hope to come back and stay longer next time!

Le chalet est situé sur un site enchanteur, tranquille, avec une vue magnifique sur le lac et les falaises enneigées. L'intérieur est confortable et propre, le poêle à bois rend le tout encore plus chaleureux. Très bonne communication avec Hubert en cas de besoin. On refléchit déjà à un séjour l'été prochain pour profiter du lac et de la forêt!
