Wir durften zwei unbeschwerte Tage in einer herrlichen Anlage verbringen. Das Zimmer ist gemütlich und geräumig, sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. Man hat eine gute Aufsicht aufs Meer und über die Stadt. Natürlich sieht man aber auch die Menschen in ihren Wellblechhütten nebenan leben. Zu Fuß ist man schnell aus der Anlage draußen und kann sich unter die Einheimischen mischen. Aber man kann auch den Zimmerservice nutzen und sich Leckeres aufs Zimmer bestellen;-). Sowohl Angestellte als auch die Vermieterin waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für die unbeschwerten Tage

Nice location, clean and cozy space

View from accommodation is very nice and peaceful. Easy to grab in and out, and to grab food! Flexible and convenient check in! Cozy house! Will come back again!

Mary Ann and Jocell were very accommodating and answered all our questions promptly. The unit was more than we expected, it was clean, cozy and felt right at home. Will definitely come back!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and in a great location, close to everything we wanted to see in Mactan. Jess was incredibly responsive and helpful, and we felt right at home. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!"

Place was magnificent. The view in the balcony is overlooking the sea and skyline which made it romantic. The placement of the bed is right across the TV so you can lie down while watching. Overall, place is huge for 2 people. So sad we did not get much out of the pool access since Monday is for maintenance and we booked for Sunday-Monday. Nonetheless, the neighborhood was great 👍🏻

Exceptional area highly recommended only regret I didn’t stay longer will didn’t lay return. Host went over and above to accommodate us truly 5 star

The place is exactly what you see in the picture: the property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Air Condition units are working well, kitchen is well-equipped with utensils, our stay was just superb!

갑작스럽게 방을 구했는데 빠르고 친절한 응대로 감사했습니다. 깔끔한 방에 더블 침대가 두개나 있어서 2박3일동안 내 집처럼 아주 아주 편하게 지내다 갑니다. 엘리베이터도 다이렉트 4층이 따로 많이 있어서 올내리기도 아주 좋고 수영장이 4층에 베란다로 10초만 걸어가면 되어서 아주 좋습니다. 밖에 있는 시간이 많아서 크게 뷰를 신경쓰지 않았습니다. 뷰를 신경 쓴다면 고층으로 가십시요. 하지만 이곳의 정원뷰도 깔끔하고 좋습니다. 장점이 훨씬 많고 호스트 또한 최고입니다. 이곳에 꼭 다시 올것입니다. 이곳을 방문하신다면 만족하실 겁니다.

Mylene is a great host and keeps in touch as ofteh as possible. Place is tidy and sparkling. Nothing is too much trouble. Building staff are helpful and easy to approach. Definitely a place to relax. It is near Shopwise, the beach and other places to dine.

Tutto sommato. era ok . sono stato bene . e collegato molto bene . ha ristoranti e un piccolo centro commerciale nelle vicinanze, pecca troppi bambini che come lavoro fanno le elemosine .. ma la sera tornano a casa.. molto insistenti e male educati.. ma li e la famiglia che sfrutta queste cose.mi dispiace per loro ! la persona di contatto era veramente disponibile e molto gentile. un punto di forza di questo alloggio ! l’appartamento in tutto era buono. l’unica pecca che in ascensore e all’ingresso potevi fare la sauna ! per il resto posso dare un ottimo voto !

I really enjoyed my stay in mactan newtown. The space was great. The ac was quick and powerful and the washing machine worked great. The infinity pool was perfect for relaxing and watching the clouds come in off the bay. Prime was easy to talk to, helpful, and responded respectfully and promptly. I appreciate him making my first trip to Cebu easy and enjoyable. Salamat Prime.

수영장 앞에 있는 방이라 아이랑 지내기 너무나 편리했다. 천장이 높은 것도 매우 좋았다. 작은 문제라도 있으면 집 관리인이 즉시 달려와 해결해주어 너무나 감사했다. 주변에 학원과 상점이 많아서 생활하는데 매우 편리했다. 다시 선택하고 싶을 정도로 만족한다.

宿泊の予約からチェックイン、チェックアウトまでホストとのコミュニケーションはとても円滑だった。部屋の内装はおしゃれで必要なものは揃っていた。シャワーの水圧が弱いこととシャワーの温度が低く寒かったことは残念だった。 しかし、今回の宿泊は満足だった。
