We had the best time at the Lily Pad over looking the ocean. We were in a perfect location to spend some time in Plymouth and visit my son in South Boston (beautiful drive to Boston in the fall!). The condo is super clean, upgraded and beautiful with a great kitchen to cook and plenty of space to lounge. When we didn't cook ourselves there were several restaurants within walking distance. Best breakfast EVER across the street at Brant Rock Hop! Paddy was also super flexible with our last minute reservation and late checkout to accommodate our flight. It was an easy trip to Logan when we *had to* leave. Thanks for everything! We hope to be back soon!

Tommy was great. He was easy to contact and communicated wonderfully. The house was set up for a guest with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The furniture and beds were so comfortable as well as the welcoming feel. Plenty of spacious rooms. Even spaces you could have alone time. When they described the house on the ocean, it really is. This was by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at. Hope to rent it again next year. I can’t say enough on how comfortable the house is. This house was perfect for a fall getaway weekend for my family. The owners have done a lovely job renovating--kitchen is gorgeous and seems brand new, the shower is the best I've had in any Airbnb, better than home! The beach was gorgeous, right out the door and we loved long walks with our dogs where we would see barely anyone else. Couches and chairs in the living room were very comfy and we had lovely cozy evenings playing games and watching TV. We will definitely be back!

The home is in a beautiful location! Beautiful views of the water, private beach, and within walking distance of the Cape Cod Canal. Calvin was very responsive and a great host. The home was clean and just like the pictures. We would stay there again! I highly recommend the home!

This was one of the nicest places I have stayed. Very clean. Beautiful surroundings…the sunsets were incredible as well! Excellent communication with Jack. My family and I are already planning on when we will go back.

We absolutely loved Peter and Sally’s house, especially the front porch. We spent all of our time out there watching the world go by and taking in the beautiful view of the water. The house was clean and incredibly well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. The beds were comfortable and the living room was great for family movie nights. The little beach across the road was perfect for our quicker beach trips (we have an 11 month old). I was worried about noise from the road but traffic really dies down at night and we hardly noticed it during the day. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would stay here again!

Anne’s place is an amazing old ocean front home. I was so excited to experience staying there, as we have no houses like this where I’m from. The ocean views are amazing from the porch, the upstairs bedrooms, and the crow’s nest. We watched seals and eider and mergansers and loons. It was also great to people watch from the front porch as lots of dog walkers walked by. We rock scrambled at low tide and got out to Brant Rock. Anne was super responsive and quick to answer questions when we first checked in. The house is old, quirky, and beautiful. The updated bathrooms are gorgeous. We cooked breads and lasagna and lots of other stuff and had all the pots, pans, and baking pans that we needed (which is rare in an Airbnb). Really lovely stay in a really lovely home. The perfect place to ring in the New Year with people I love.

We had a wonderful week on the Cape. I was initially concerned as this house is attached to the primary residence. However, the yards are completely separate and private, the owner was not in residence while we were there, and we forgot all about it after check in. The house is just steps to the beach, which also has a playground and swings. Beach chairs and umbrella were included, but be sure to bring your own cooler. The kitchen had all new pans and utensils, everything we could ask for. We did a lot of cooking, although we checked out a few local restaurants including The Skipper chowder house, a quick walk away. We also enjoyed mini golf, the arcade, and go karts at Skull Island which kept my crowd of teenagers happy. We rented kayaks on Bass River which was a great way to tool around the coves and inlets nearby. I spent a great deal of time on the deck with coffee and a book, and we enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings. A lovely, quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

We loved the house — lots of space for us to stretch out. The beds were comfy and it was quiet sleeping. The hot tub was perfect. We enjoyed watching some of the March Madness games and playing cards at the large kitchen island. Really fun long weekend!

Alena's place had everything we needed for a lovely week on the Cape. Great pool and location between Mayflower and Dennis Village. My daughter loved the home's bright airy playroom and it kept us sane and entertained on a couple of rainy days. Would definitely visit again!

My husband and I stayed for a 3 day take a break and relax visit and Paul and Katie's place was just perfect. It is beyond wonderful in its description and so beautifully maintained. We are so grateful to have found this amazing haven. From soaking in sunshine through all the big windows, playing a board game next to the fire, relaxing in the peace and beauty of the home and walking along the paths down to the water, this amazing gem is already a place we have a place in our hearts for and will look forward to returning.

We absolutely loved our stay at this rental! The space was incredibly well-equipped, providing everything we needed and more. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, making it easy for us to relax and enjoy our vacation. The attention to detail in the amenities was impressive, from the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy living areas. We felt right at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches that made our stay so enjoyable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful and well-appointed place to stay!

We stayed for one night in the off season and had the house to ourselves. Beautiful clean home, plenty of space, charming, view of the ocean from the back of the house. Beds were very comfortable. Easy to find. Close to bars and restaurants but far enough away from the congestion. Team was quick to respond to questions

it is a nice comfy house esp for a family. Swimming pool and game room down in the basement would be alot of fun for kids to keep them busy at day time and night time. Beach, restaurants, grocery stores, liquor stores, etc are all right there esp. only like less than 5 to 15 minutes drive and also less than 25 minutes drive to go to north Falmouth or Wood Hole. They have a nice downtown with many stores, restaurants, bowling ally, etc which that is only less than 15 minutes drive from the house Also taking a walk from the house to the beach is so beautiful esp morning time. i walked every morning, and love every bit of the walk. It rained once during our vacation week and rest were sunny days for the rest of the week. We were lucky to have the good weather. Anyway, the house is approximately about less than a mile and half from the beach. Driving to Chetham is about little a hour drive from the house. To Provincetown, about 1 hour and 45 minutes drive.

There should be more than 5 stars for this lovely property and its hosts!!! We were three couples vacationing for the first time on the Cape and this charming home was perfect for us. Conveniently located to serve as home base for many excursions we felt immediately at home. We each had our own themed bedroom with en suite bathroom and TV. All common areas including the sun porch and outdoor deck were fantastic places to gather and enjoy our time together. Our hosts were so pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. As only one example, on a rainy day the host proactively contacted us wth suggestions on things to do in the event of rain on the Cape. We so appreciated this thoughtful gesture and there were many more. When I think about it, this really sums up why we had such a wonderful time. Everything about this property speaks to how much these hosts care about their guests! Hope to return one day. Thank you!

The Hyannis condo was literally steps from the pool, and across a small parking lot from a beautiful private beach! Alex patiently answered my questions and concerns that I brought to his attention. The condo was well equipped with beach gear, floats, and toys. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was absolutely the break that we needed.

Loved our stay at La Reunion over Thanksgiving! Lydia was a thoughtful host and great communicator. The property was full of character and had lots of amenities we have not had elsewhere. The location had good proximity to downtown Plymouth, Cape Cod and Boston. Good access to grocery stores, restaurants, historical sites, shopping, etc. Enjoyed relaxing in the house, the beautiful sunrises, walking the beach, and activities such as the Plymouth Philharmonic Orchestra, Thanksgiving parade, Thanksgiving dinner at the Plimoth Patuxet Museum, Snowport at Boston Seaport, lots of historical sites, and a driving tour of Cape Cod. Would definitely recommend both the property and our host, Lydia!

Madison has been an exemplary host, and the house was a great fit for 6 adults and 4 kids aged 4, 3, 1 and below 1. Even though we came for only a few days, I had lots of questions. Madison always responded promptly and helpfully. The host went beyond the call of duty by checking with cleaners when house became available, and facilitating an earlier check-in. That was greatly appreciated by our party. The house layout with bedrooms on two floors was perfect for us, where some kids who wake up real early slept on one floor, and others who wake up later are on another floor. Huge dinner table that could fit us all. Lack of clutter that let the energetic kids move around freely. Three bathrooms conveniently located, one on each floor. The availability of good quality, foldable beach chairs and a beach umbrella were a huge plus. The location of the house is in a quiet neighborhood, where we enjoyed walking, jogging or pushing strollers.

We just wrapped up our second stay at "Beach Break" and again, from the moment we arrived, we were in total heaven. The entire property is squeaky clean and the location is superb – just a short stroll to the beach. Stefanie and Dave have created a total gem. Their dedication to providing an exceptional experience is evident in every detail. The space is incredibly beautiful, so much so that folks walking by stopped to comment on the well-cared-for exterior. We'll absolutely book again. This is truly a rare find.

We had an amazing stay at this cute unit. It was at the perfect location, conveniently close to the beach and a number of attractions. The unit was exactly as described and pictured. It was comfortable and felt like home. The host was also very communicative, accommodating, and welcoming!

Bruce & Rina were incredible hosts. Super responsive and welcoming. If you’re not familiar with the bayside of the Cape, you can’t beat the sunsets and the warmer calmer water—and this private beach was amazing. We were swimming in October! House has everything you need and a great shared yard for lawn games. Great neighborhoods to walk the dog. Great place to vacation with other families with the 4 cottages on the property!

We had such an amazing stay at Vincent’s house. The location was perfection; walking/biking distance to restaurants and shops, walking distance to the stunning flats, and still very quaint and private. The house had everything we needed and more and we felt so at home and relaxed from the moment we arrived. Vincent was extremely helpful and communicative and beyond flexible with check-in and out times. We have nothing but good things to say!

Gino’s place was super clean and comfortable and matched the description. The kitchen was well appointed and equipped with all the essentials plus some nice extras; ice cream scoop, corn holders etc…. We were able to have another family over for dinner without an issue. The neighborhood was quiet on a non thru street, but not so quiet that a couple kids running around outside seemed out of place. Gino was super responsive and helpful and we would be happy to stay there again.

This place was perfect for us. Our pup is reactive with other dogs. Although she knew there was a dog next door, the fence is solid and she couldn’t see. Absolutely wonderful stay and we rebooked before we had even left!
