A group of 5 of us stayed for a weekend in the cape! House was exactly as described in a great location. We had a minor issue of the keypad not working at check in but the host immediately called and we had another way to check in with no hassle. Beds were comfy, backyard was amazing, and it was well stocked with necessities. Would definitely recommend!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Ebb Tide. It was a beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood, easily accessible to everywhere we wanted to go on the Cape. The home was just as described, clean and comfortable. Tara and her team were incredibly helpful, friendly, proactive and communicative. Our only recommendation would be to add more soft, cozy seating in the living room, as the two sofas are small and don't accommodate as many people as the home sleeps. Thank you!

IIya's house was very clean and very comfortable. We were a family of 4 adults and 3.5 and 1.5 year old children. We never felt cramped or on top of each other. There was plenty of space. Illya was extremely responsive and took care of a towel issue immediately. The process to get into the house was very easy. We had a fabulous week and would highly recommend staying at this house. The location was great. It is close to Hyannis where you can find many stores ex. Trader Joe's for your shopping convenience.

We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more! The Magical Beach House was open and sunny with great views of the marsh and harbor beyond. East Dennis is a small town and very quiet, which we loved. Sharon had everything right at the house for our use, including a new grill, which we took advantage of! Sharon was very helpful with suggestions and quickly responded to any question we had. We will definitely be back!!

Great rental for a solo trip or couple interested in staying on the cape for fun summer beach weekend!! The apartment was located in a quaint neighborhood with ample parking and was very easy to come and go. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to get away and relax

We had a short but pleasant stay at Gail’s and the in-law apartment was perfect! Check in was easy and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with great snacks! This is a great location for exploring Falmouth and the rest of the Cape and Gail is super friendly and responsive. We hope to stay longer next time!

The Captain's Quarters exceeded our expectations. Easy to find, clear check in instructions and was super clean upon our arrival. The location is amazing. A tremendous view of the end of the Cape and P-Town and the Pilgrim Monument. Close to downtown P-Town, the docks, multiple beaches and restaurants, and 5 miles from the Stop and Shop. The unit is isolated from the other units so you have tons of privacy. It was so peaceful, drinking coffee or wine and enjoying the amazing view of the bay and the Cape. Derek was an amazing host and we hope to visit again when we are traveling in New England.

Amazing experience! In the heart of Provincetown, walkable to the water and restaurants. Yi and Greg were amazing hosts providing a nice small breakfast and some morning conversation to start the day, and were very accommodating to our vegan diets! Would stay again and would recommend to anyone.

We stayed at Mary‘s and Mal‘s beautiful Hydrangea Farm for 2 nights and loved every minute! The house is wonderfully located and absolutely stunning (inside and outside!). The apartment is furnished with a lot of love and attention to detail, and very clean. It was just as cozy and comfortable as it looks on the photos. Mary and Mal are both very friendly and pleasant to talk to. Thanks so much for hosting us - we highly recommend staying here!

We stayed at Wiz's place for 3 nights and felt right at home! Our stay was super pleasant, there are a lot of things to do in the area and we could have stayed a lot longer. The breakfast was such a nice little touch and the homemade goodies were very much appreciated! Thanks again for everything!!

We had a wonderful stay and were warmly welcomed by Nancy, Bob and especially by Pancho. He is such a cute and friendly dog and it was fun to play with him in the garden. We felt immediately like at home. The house and the garden are beautiful. Nancy and Bob gave us lots of helpful recommendations on what to do and where to eat. The location is perfect, very quiet, safe and only a few minutes away from the beaches. We enjoyed exploring the area by bike.

Always love visiting! Mauricio is always very welcoming. The room i had was beautiful and the gardens around the house were stunning . Everything you need within walking distance .

Rita is awesome! She made me feel right at home and was very accommodating. I enjoyed conversing with Rita and felt like I had known her for a long time. She is also an EXCELLENT cook! It was a short stay but one I will always remember! I did not converse much with her husband but he is a super nice guy. I would definitely stay there again and I highly recommend staying at Rita’s 🥰

My husband and I just returned home from our weekend stay with Ginny and Craig. Craig and the dogs greeted us when we arrived on Friday afternoon. Very friendly and very helpful. Local recommendations for restaurants and things to do were great. This was our first visit to the area, and it was very quiet and close to downtown. Also, very close to the local beaches which were beautiful and not crowded at all. The room #7 where we stayed had a cute patio and looked out over the backyard. Great spot for coffee in the morning or to wind down in the afternoon. We can’t wait to go back.

Michelle was an exceptional host from start to finish. From the moment I arrived—personally picked up from the ferry—until my departure, she went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic stay. Her thoughtful recommendations on local attractions and things to do were spot on, making my experience even more memorable. Michelle is not only a fabulous host but also genuinely kind and caring. You'd be hard-pressed to find someone more attentive and welcoming. I highly recommend staying with her!
