Samuel was a great host, communicative and quick to respond to any messages. Gave top tips for places to visit and was very helpful also, can’t find a fault! Plus being a 5 minute walk from the station its an ideal commute to the city centre.

Stayed for a month and it was a perfect home away from home, exactly what I was looking for. A very well looked after apartment with everything you need to live as expected, especially for such an amount of time. Receives a lot of light which makes the living room especially very nice to be in. Open plan, spacious and cosy. Great heating and lovely view. A very fresh, comfortable and positive space. Kitchen very well equipped, in general has a lot of misc items so you're never really lost on needing anything extra. Beautiful surroundings with trees and a lot of green, quiet and peaceful area. Easy to park a car, easy to access and very close to amenities. Very fast wifi ~500mbps up and down, which I needed for remote working and plenty of desk/table space. Would highly recommend for any short or long stay when available as it simply has everything you need.

Initially booked Ares but got offered alternative accommodations in the same building for the same price because of unexpected maintenance in Ares. Excellent communication from host. Got travel pillows as a gift, which was a nice personal touch. Great location, clean rooms and all necessary things were provided.

My Dad had a lovely stay at the Happy Hideaway. It is a lovely space in peaceful surroundings. Sue and Peter couldn’t be more welcoming and helpful. Would totally recommend.

Great location, great host, quiet building, next to the shopping center and restaurants, very close to train and coach stations

We had a pleasant stay at this property. The environment and facilities were excellent, exactly as shown in the photos, which was very reassuring. The location is highly convenient, with shops nearby and close proximity to the pier for easy access to the Isle of Wight. However, we did encounter some issues during our stay. Mobile network coverage in the area is not very good, and the broadband was malfunctioning at the time. That said, the management team handled the situation promptly and actively, providing us with temporary network access to minimize disruption. Additionally, the host and management team went above and beyond by offering compensation for the inconvenience, showing great accountability and responsibility. Their proactive and considerate approach left a positive impression on us. Overall, despite the challenges, their excellent service and the property’s great features made the stay enjoyable.

Very easy to check in using the lockbox, happy with what we paid and looked like the pictures. A great location and an ideal house for a family stay for all three generations we had stopping together. Free parking and walking distance to the sea (15 mins). We enjoyed our stay and will possibly come again! Thanks.

Very clean and nicely presented. Great location with the new forest only minutes away which was ideal for us as we had our dog with us. Overall great little place to stay.

Amazing stay at this location - surreal beach setting and an incredibly spacious and clean house. Comfortably fit 7 of us in separate beds, very clean, local supermarkets, quiet surroundings and a great spot for a rest and recovery.

Stephanie is a great host and was proactive whenever we needed her. All her instructions were crystal clear and the property was very clean and the rooms and amenities were exactly as described. Thanks a lot Stephanie for being such a humble and a great host.

We had a fantastic stay - the house is absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable, plenty of room for two families. The kitchen is amazing, a fantastic communal space and really well equipped. The living rooms are cosy whilst still being light and airy and the bedrooms all great. Thank you so much for a great long weekend.

This was our second time staying in this home. Janine is an excellent host, responsive and friendly to any queries. As before everything was super clean and tidy and ready for us with no bother. Would happily stay again and would recommend with no hesitation.

We had a lovely break. The caravan was cosy and had every amenity that we needed. Crystal was so super helpful and responded so quickly to questions. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Shareena's flat was exactly as listed, it was nice and clean with some basics of tea, coffee, milk and even some croissants there when we arrived. The beds were comfortable with everyone commenting on how well the slept. We would definitely stay again if visiting the Island.

Amazing little flat. So close to the beach and great bars and restaurants. Perfect location. Road itself was very quiet. Comfortable sofa bed as well as the bed. Ben was a fantastic host and quick to respond to any queries. Had a problem with hot water and he sorted it quickly. Highly recommend.

You get your own room and bathroom It matches the pictures , it is a very quiet location, rested properly while staying over with Ross I actually checked it quite late at 8:30 pm and it was totally fine for Ross, he is very responsive and helpful It is hard to rest when its not your own bed somehow this place felt like my own bed Its a bargain for the location and what you get I ve given 5 star reviews to previous places out of respect , Ross’s place is underrated So I took the time to express my sincere opinion and will be staying again

We had the best time! My mum and I stayed for one night, for a well needed girly mini break. The property is stunning, very well located and easy to find. Check in instructions were very clear, property was spotless and very well equipped. The garden is something else, it is so relaxing and beautiful, we felt like we were in our own little world. Such a tranquil place to come and recharge. Breakfast included was a lovely touch. A beautiful eden in the middle of a city 🥰

Great place where to rest. close to the city centre walkable distance.

A short notice walking weekend in the New Forest in August meant accommodation was scarce but I found this little gem on Airbnb which turned out to be just 10 minutes from our walking start point in Godsall. After a 14 mile hike on Saturday I was pleased it was just 10 minutes drive to my accommodation and even better that the shower was hot and the kitchen equipped so I could heat up an evening meal. Lovely and peaceful, very pretty spot through the garden. Good internet signal and tv I could watch Netflix and BBCiplayer on, as well as lots of books to read from. The bed was very comfy as well. Unfortunately I didn’t spend long at the cottage as we walked both days but it,s a great spot and good value option for solo travellers.

We had an amazing night at Sanctum, and we'll definitely be back! The attention to detail of every element in the property is absolutely top notch, you can tell it's a real labour of love. Check in was easy and all the communication with the host was clear and quick. There's plenty of places for food within walking distance of the apartment, but once you're inside you don't really want to leave!
