Wow, what a beautiful house! Our family of 8 adults , 3 children and 3 dogs had such a wonderful stay. The home is so cosy, beautiful and set up perfectly. All the extra touches really made our stay! The garden, all the activities outside for the children & adults to do really made our stay! Thank you so much Sonia - we can’t wait to come back!

Tilly’s house was lovely, clean and comfortable. It is in a nice residential neighbourhood and an easy walk to all the amenities that we needed. There was an awesome taproom just around the corner with really friendly locals. Parking was easy.

Beautiful lodge in an idyllic location. The design and furnishing of the property made us feel very restful and luxurious. I didn't realise when I booked that the property is split into 2 holiday lets, so you are sharing the meadow and ample car park. It does mean you can't just let your dog out, you have to accompany them. I imagine I just didn't read the description thoroughly enough. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our 1 year old loved that the property was all on one level.

Another perfect stay at Debbie and Ian’s place . We always feel so comfortable and relaxed there. It’s so bright and fresh and clean with thoughtful little extras for us and our doggy. It was a pleasure to meet you both this time and we will definitely be back very soon . Thank you very much for making it such an enjoyable time once again .

We had a lovely long weekend staying at this place. A home from home with all amenities you would need. Jack left us a bottle of wine and chocolates on arrival which was a lovely touch. Especially enjoyed the hot tub and the living room which had a big sofa and TV with Netflix already logged in for you. Jack was very communicative as a host and replied to us quickly. The location was also nice, however if you are looking for lots of things to do, you would need a car to travel to the destinations as it is a 20 minute walk from the pubs/harbour/ferry. We did end up walking this though and was not so bad. I would definitiley visit this house again and for more than 3 days, as we did not want to leave! Thanks very much Jack :)

We spent a fabulous two nights at Marley’s house. The accommodation is connected to the main house, but has a separate entrance and is very private. Everything was clean and well resourced for self catering and entertainment including games for the children. The highlights were the daily kite feeding, watching the birds on the numerous bird feeders, the ability to hike up the well-kept woodland trails from your front door, the surprise cubby house with toys and the warmth and friendliness of Marley and his family. They even dropped us to the local pub for dinner on the Saturday night and picked us up afterwards. We felt welcomed at all times and extremely relaxed leaving. I highly recommend Marley and his accommodation.

We had a lovely family time, despite some dodgy weather. Great space for the two young grandchildren (and the dog!) Katie was an excellent communicator with very quick and helpful responses to any query. Really appreciated that she could be flexibie with check in/out. If you like pizzas I'd recommend La Pergola (stone baked pizzas) which is a five minute drive away and they do take away pizzas to collect. Looks very good place to eat in as well.

We stayed for a long weekend as a family of 3 with our dog. The accommodation was comfortable and had every we needed. The site was all we needed and used the onsite bar/restaurant, swimming pool and shop. The site staff recommended a woodland walk and provided directions which took us in Milford on Sea and was a lovely walk. Samantha was very responsive to any queries we had. Will definitely be visiting again.

We had a big family gathering for the weekend. The house was fantastic and we'd love to return in warmer weather to be able to use the swimming pool. The house was plenty big enough for our group...12 adults a toddler and a baby plus dog. The facilities were great. Our group especially loved the tennis court, snooker table and football table.

Catharine's place is lovely. An incredible view, lovely social space, and everything you could need. Catharine was very responsive and we felt very looked after. We'll be back.

Andrew’s place is fantastic for a family looking for some relaxed vibes in a quiet location. He is super responsive to communication,friendly and flexible. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful two night stay with Andrew & Jo and can’t recommend it enough. The annex has everything anybody would need, with two large bedrooms a lovely en suite bathroom and a brilliant open plan living room and dining area. An array of windows have been designed perfectly so you get all of the sun light and can see in to vast woodland. Fantastic entertainment system, which for a sports fan, I personally loved. To round it off, Andrew & Jo were warm, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We will be coming back!

The pool house is a great location, as described and shown in the photos. It is in the heart of the beautiful South Downs and a good location to explore from. The house is well equipped and Anna is so thoughtful in leaving supplies like coffee, tea, milk, oats, cereal, pasta, and the fresh bread, butter and jam. The outside is a fantastic space with both a jacuzzi and pool, both of which we enjoyed. There is also a large garden with an outdoor covered space with a BBQ, fire pit, table tennis and Badminton. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights there - Anna is quick to respond to any questions or concerns, lovely to speak to and overall really welcoming and friendly. Our daughter loved the hot tub and playing with gentle Max and Luke. Thanks for a great airbnb experience.

Had the most peaceful & relaxing stay at The Hideaway. Chocolate brownies & fresh milk on arrival was very much appreciated. Cottage is cosy, clean, well presented & well equipped with towels, hairdryer, extra bedding etc. Loved the peacefulness of the cottage. We arrived slightly earlier than expected & Rebecca was kind enough to let us check in. Also had some great food recommendations from Al. Recommend Milford on Sea & Barton on Sea for stunning coastal views. We will be back. Thanks for a great break!

Lovely caravan, perfectly clean and well presented. The personal touches were very considerate, and the place was well stocked with games, books, and everything you could need in the kitchen. The coffee machine and large air fryer were great additions. Ourselves and our little dog were made to feel very welcome, and the host and owner were both lovely to deal with. The only downside is that we felt it was just a bit too small for 5 adults and a teenager. Mainly because the living space was quite small, it looked bigger in the pictures, and as the storage in the two twin bedrooms was very limited, we couldn't fully unpack. Overall, though, it is a very well kept and inviting place to stay on a clean and very dog friendly site with good amenities. Would recommend for a smaller family.

If you want a peaceful location that’s spotlessly clean then this is the place. Caroline was a fab host who was there if needed. Perfect location for both the Forest and the coast. We will definitely return.

We had a lovely time at Sarah's property. The bungalow was lovely and clean and spacious and perfect for our needs. It was very well situated for both the coast as well as beautiful woodland walks. The break was just what we needed and Sarah was very easy to get hold of and very helpful. Thank you. :-)

We had a lovely weekend at Paul and Tracy’s place! The location is ideal in a quiet neighbourhood, it’s about 10 mins drive away from the dog friendly beach and the dogs really enjoyed it. The place is spotless and cozy, and the hot tub is amazing. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Lovely chalet, lovely hosts! The place was very thoughtfully equipped, had everything we needed and more.

we really enjoyed our stay in the caravan and loved watching the view of the creek with the changing tide. Really lovely in the sun when tide was in. We were very lucky with the weather so only spent the evenings in the van but if we had been in more would have made use of the books,videos and games available. I have never seen so many varied books outside a library! The gas cooker was excellent and large fridge and freezer was useful. The welcome pack of biscuits and bread and eggs and butter milk and drinks in fridge was very nice. We felt very comfortable and the space in the bedroom was excellent with a comfy ( if a bit high for my short legs) bed. If we visit Hayling again we will hope its available. We eventually sussed the best way to get the car in and out the space when there was another large car parked so will know for next time.
