Beautiful cabin facing the snow covered Clyde river. Everything was amazing. 7 miles to the small town of Island Pond. We felt at home and like family during our stay. It has definitely become our favorite vacation spot. We can’t wait to come and enjoy it in the other seasons as well. We definitely will be coming back.

Nous avons passé une fin de semaine de couple avec notre Chien. Il a même pu s'amuser un peu avec le chien de Marie-Ève. L'endroit est parfait et sécuritaire. Notre chien a pu se promener en liberté sur le terrain qui est situé au bout d'un cul de sac. C'est un endroit que nous retournerions sans hésiter.

Thank you very much, Robin. The house is located in a cozy picturesque place. The weekend was wonderful. The house has all the amenities, and the hot tub is just super. We went skiing in the neighboring resorts, saw the sights. I recommend this wonderful place.

Home was a great spot to stay for skiing at Jay. Jay Country Store was less than a minute ride for anything you may need. Home was as decribed. Clean home and comfortable beds. We cooked every night in the kitchen for dinner. We were allowed to stay longer day of check out which was great for our group to visit longer. We also did a walk at Jay Recreational Centere which was a 2 minute drive from the house. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks!

We love Prouty house. We’ve stayed there a few times for the winter swim festival and I’ll be there this summer for a long swim. The house is large and can easily accommodate a family or group. The table is a perfect place to gather for meals. The beds and couches are comfy. Andi is friendly and responsive. It’s a great place to stay. 🩵

Nice cozy place and nice host. May have to drive a bit to do certain activities, but it is worth it. The sauna is pretty cool too. Great value for price.

The farmhouse style home was cozy, very clean and in a picturesque, quiet location. Nick and Sara were easy to get in touch if we had any questions. Would highly recommend this property!

Great layout for our three families to each feel that we had our own space on each floor. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and close to Jay Peak! Rich was easy to communicate with! Would def stay again.

Andree-Anne's house is filled with charm and welcoming energy. It is a large but also cozy space artfully decorated and perfect for gathering.

Tout était parfait. Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir à séjourner chez Elaine. Le logement était très tranquille et l'accé au SPA parfait. Il y a beaucoup de chose à faire à Magog et les environs. C'est une ville très active et les restaurants sont très bien.

Our group enjoyed Hélène’s place for our 1-night getaway! Nicely appointed & great location to the cute walkable town of Bromont. Only recco that I have if possible would be a small sign on the back door of the building where it was recommended to enter. Like “Bromont Lodge Entrance” or something similar. While it is the only door, it appeared to lead to a medi-spa, so we were confused:) Once we stepped inside all other instructions were crystal clear! Would love to check out another of Hélène’s places again!

Superbe petit chalet cosy et chaleureux. Nous étions deux adultes et deux enfants, nous avons eu suffisamment d'espace et surtout beaucoup de plaisir malgré le temps de pluie. Les installations sont rudimentaires mais tout à fait conformes à la description et tout est fonctionnel. Le micro chalet est situé vraiment tout près du stationnement et du Club Houde ce qui peut être une bonne option avec enfants. La terrasse extérieure avec le spot à feu sont un beau plus au chalet. J'y retournerai très certainement en période estivale.

Stayed at Mike’s place for 3 nights while skiing at Jay Peak. Ideal location and was just the perfect layout and space for my party of 6. Even with 3 adults and 3 kids there was still plenty of extra space for additional guests. Some nice restaurants just down the street towards Montgomery. The space was also ideal for cooking in and enjoying time with everyone. Have been to Jay Peak often and would certainly be interested in renting again.

Had a great experience. The place was easy to get to and was happy to find complimentary snacks at the house after a long ride. My friends and I were provided exactly what we needed before a day of riding at Jay Peak, which was less than 10 minutes away. Appreciate the clean linens, comfortable sleeping areas, bath towels, and Netflix subscription. Will keep this stay in mind for my next big group trip to Jay.

We had the most wonderful stay at Kelly’s gorgeous home. It was extremely an extremely wonderful trip that went seamlessly. The house was exactly as described. In fact it was even better perfectly located across the street from the lake with a gorgeous view. The beds were super comfy and it felt like home. Our host was more than responsive. She was helpful kind of accommodating and went above and beyond. Thank you very much Kelly for such a beautiful getaway with my son.

very nice experience at the cottage - kids liked it and we had lots of games and puzzles to do on a rainy day. interior stair will be remebered :) saw lots of deer and two wild turkeys every day on the gravel road to keep in mind when driving. ski is few minutes alway with a car. most of the close by restaurants (30min away) open after thursdays, so we were goint at the owls head hotel restaurant- not bad but need reservation on a busy days. overall excelent 5 day ski vacation. kuddos to the owner.

This place is truly a dream getaway! Located just a quick five-minute drive from Jay Peak, it offers the perfect blend of convenience and cozy charm. The home has a wonderfully warm and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at ease. If you're bringing your dog along, you'll love the scenic trails right out back—perfect for a peaceful walk or an adventurous hike. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to whip up meals, which made our stay even more comfortable. And the hot tub? Absolutely amazing—such a relaxing bonus after a day on the slopes or exploring the area. A special shoutout to our host, Haley, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Her hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing, well-equipped stay near Jay Peak!

Great place to stay if you’re skiing at Jay Peak. Very clean place. Internet and TV worked great. Water pressure was excellent in the shower. Lots of space. Nice host. Would stay again.

We stayed here in winter, needing to be in the area for family holiday gatherings, and it was very chilly that week (in the teens only!). The house is clearly made primarily for the summer months, but it is totally sufficient in the winter. The heat source is only in the front room, but we kept the ceiling fans on and there were lots of extra blankets! They used the space of the house very efficiently, especially downstairs with the bedroom off the kitchen (has a nice Murphy bed and sliding wall panels). The kitchen was sufficiently stocked for basic cooking/baking. While the water is drinkable, we found it does have a taste we didn't like, so we bought a jug of water to keep in the fridge. No issues with bathing or brushing teeth or dishes or anything. We did get to walk on the frozen lake, which my kids loved! There were people ice fishing as well. Overall its a cute little lake cottage! Heather was very responsive, flexible and helpful!
