David and Karen’s home was the perfect location for our two families (four adults, six kids ages 4 to 9) during our stay in PSJ. We have traveled to this area multiple times and always love the peaceful feel of the town, but this home was in an especially quiet residential area that was a great spot for morning neighborhood walks, days on the beach, and afternoon swims in the pool. The golf cart was a welcome addition, as it would be quite the walk to the beach, but just a quick 2-3 minute ride. There was plenty of space for the kids to play and the adults to relax. David and Karen were super responsive to any questions - we had an amazing week!

We loved this house. It had everything we could hope for- and a pool too! The house is set back from the beach the perfect distance, and it was so comfortable for our family. I know I’ll be coming back with more family next time. The kitchen had everything you could hope for, there were lots of pool/beach toys and chairs, and there were tons of board games available for our party. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was incredible in the shower.

Shellie's family summer home was great! Happy Hibiscus is and older home with lots of charm and character. It has a very private back yard, a short walk to the beach (about a block), nice pool, large screened porch, easy access, tons of room (3 floors) and very peaceful. This is a laid back community with no through highway so the the traffic is minimal. The bay side beach is also close by (2 blocks) and a nice option if winds are making the gulf side uncomfortable. Beautiful white sand on both sides stretch for many miles (25+ on the gulf side alone). Go to Paddy's for live music, good food and raw oysters. Great vibe with lots of covered outdoor seating and a bonfire. Don't forget to visit Apalachicola. Very interesting shops and bars. The Station always has fantastic oysters. Visit the Apalachicola National Estuarine Research Reserve just over the bridge(3 aquariums). It's worth the stop. Shellie is quick to respond to any needs that arise. What a wonderful place to create lifelong memories with family and friends! The home was very spacious and was furnished with almost everything you need for your stay! Our family throughly enjoyed our time!

The house was just as described!!! Perfect for large family. My husband and I took our 3 grown children, their spouses and our 20 month old grand baby. There was plenty of room for all of us to feel like we had privacy and space. We enjoyed the pool in the backyard and the community pool. There is a walkway/bikeway/scooter way to get to the beach that is just down the street from the house. But with the toddler, we found it easier to drive to the public beach access that’s just a short drive away. The walk was shorter since there’s just so much to pack to the beach with a toddler!! The house was well equipped with beach chairs, beach umbrella, a wagon, and beach toys. We did purchase a cheap plastic baby pool that we found very convenient at the beach to keep the toddler contained and in the shade of an umbrella. We left it in the garage for others to use. Just pour a few buckets of ocean water and some toys in it!! The kitchen was well equipped. There was even a bottle of wine!!

This home was one of the best places we have ever stayed at! The location couldn’t have been better, located right between Mexico Beach and Port St Joe. There are plenty of restaurants/food trucks to choose from in the area. This is the perfect home if you want beach front plus a private pool. This home will definitely be our first choice when planning our next vacation in PSJ.

Evacuated from idalia after learning we would not have power for weeks. We found refuge there last minute and the time between booking and checkin was within hours of each other. Very responsive very kind. The home was perfect. Lots of room. The separate pool house was ideal for our teenagers. I was so grateful just for power but this home far exceeded that.

We just got back from the best vacation ever! The house was gorgeous! Clean as clean can be and bright, airy and beautiful. We lived at the pool and the beach the entire week. The wind was crazy so the heated pool was a necessity. I asked that the pool be heated before we got there and Marissa had it nice and warm for us on arrival. this was our Christmas present to our kids and it did not disappoint. We had 10 adults and five children. Every family had their own room and bathroom, which was lovely. Below the house we were able to park all our vehicles which were one truck and three minivans and we had room to spare. The walk to the beach was quick and easy for all our little ones. We have plenty of towels and chairs and toys. Thank you Marissa for a fabulous week!

The WiFi did not work well, otherwise it was as described. I would recommend more silverware and maybe a few more pots- there were 10 of us and we ate all meals at the house. Plenty of plates and drink ware

we came for spring break and met up with cousins (Philly and Indiana). Port St Joe was the perfect spot for relaxing days directly on the beach, a spacious and clean home to host our reunion and was even accommodating of our 1 year old. We have zero complaints and would definitely rent again.

Not only was the home beautiful, Kate was such a great host!! She was always so quick to respond and had lots of great recommendations for good spots in Port St Joe. The home was well stocked and very clean. The heated pool was a huge hit and beach access was a very short walk. We will definitely be booking with Kate again in the future!

This place was a DREAM! You know when you're at the beach and you see some condos and you think, "I wish I was staying there..." THIS IS THAT PLACE! My kids AND my husband were pumped that it had a Monopoly theme so of course, we played. :) This place is super charming...also, everything you need is there...we didn't buy charcoal or even a lighter. Kitchen stocked great, excellent spot for the kids to hang out...and this condo is right in the middle of everything...walk everywhere! Yay! My boy played basketball every day (30 steps from the condo) grocery 3-4 minute walk, the lighthouse, the shopping, the food, I parked when we got there and never got in my car again! Note, if you have an electric car there is a spot to charge less than1/4 mile walk at the buccaneer inn. My husband drove separate, EV no problem! We had a great time! It was clean and perfect and right on the beach, the BEST!

Great spot and location. Close to windmark beach. Very spacious, clean and well decorated unit. Port St Joe is very laid back with beautiful beaches. Community amenities were good - heated pool, local gym, pizza restaurant, liquor store, etc. Property met our expectations and Neil was very responsive. Also - having bikes and beach chairs was appreciated. The one sticking point - I would have liked to have a propane grill but only a charcoal one was provided. Other than that a very enjoyable vacation!

Carrie’s place was beautiful and spotless! There was anything and everything available that you could possibly need…lots of beach towels, beach chairs, floats, nice beach cart, and the house was stocked with anything you need! The beach was less than a 5 minute walk away. The house felt private because it was surrounded by trees and shrubs. Carrie’s local recommendations were spot on and very helpful. Would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay was amazing. The location was directly across the road from the beach.. We watched amazing sunsets. It was a dream come true. Will was great to work with. He quickly answered all of our questions! He is a new friend in our book!

Beautiful home close to the beach. It was great to have a big tv, 2 fridges, keurig. Comfortable beds. Very clean space. Awesome views from both decks. Make sure to bring enough incidentals for your entire stay. If you forget something there is a store one block away. The only thing I regret is not getting up early enough to get the donuts at the donut shop at the end of the street. They sell out every morning. Great stay with some great amenities close by which is rare for this remote area. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. My entire family loved it. Thanks!!

Eddie was super helpful and proactive when we arrived. The home was very large and fit my family perfectly. We loved that we beach was just a walk away and it was still peaceful. I highly recommend staying here. My wife and I would like to make this an annual vacation with the whole family if possible. Very very beautiful thank you Eddie!

I am not one to normally do reviews but I have to on this home. This was the most precious home and perfect place to stay for my family. Lourdes left the cutest welcome gift and also has a book of all her recommendations for eating/things to do/etc. The house is exactly as pictured but even better in person. The home is SO clean and she has everything there that you could think of to make you feel right at home. 1000/10 experience. It was my first time visiting Port St Joe but after this trip, we definitely be back next year! :)

The home was absolutely amazing and, while we didn't get to use them, the beach items were a fantastic perk to know about. It is in a brand new neighborhood that GPS had some issues with but it was not hard to find at all. Ashleigh was very responsive and allowed us to check in early.

This house is cozy and cute. Perfect for me and my daughters' first ever girls weekend. The kitchen is stocked with every dish and utensil you would need to make your own meals. The mattresses are firm and the house is very clean. It is in a quiet, clean part of the coast. Right outside the little town of Port St Joe. We were lucky enough to catch a festival on Saturday and climb the to the top of the lighthouse. We also visited the Forgotten Coast Sea Turtle Sanctuary on Sunday and the kids loved that. We had a bonfire on the beach that everyone LOVED compliments of Light It Up. They were able to set up on the beach directly at the end of the street so we just walked down there. Perfect. Great place. Great stay.

Everything we wanted! This was a perfect house for our family vacation. Because of bad weather when we left our home town, we had to check in a day late. I let Erica and Philip know and they graciously added on a day to the end of our trip at no extra charge! We absolutely love Cape San Blas and the surrounding areas. This was our first time in this neighborhood and we would stay here again. There was something for everyone with the pool, sand volleyball, and pickleball courts (our fave). The house had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The swings on the porch were delightful. They provided a wagon, beach chairs as well as some beach toys so you just load up your wagon and head down the boardwalk to enjoy your beach day. The beach was not crowded at all even for Spring Break. Our dog enjoyed it too as the beaches here are doggy friendly. Erica and Philip were very responsive and friendly and we would definitely stay here again!

It was truly amazing. The home had the space we needed for 9 people. The beach was 7 a minute walk. And the clear water beach wasn't far as well. My family enjoyed every moment. The locals were are nice. And you got to go to Mama Dotts for some good soul food cooking. There are local bars to have a few drinks. And beaches you can walk at night to watch the sun sets and rise. The local of the home is just right and privacy needed. You are not far from anything. I thank you so much for allowing us to stay. We had a rough time getting there because our tires blew twice. And we were late for check in but he told us to get there safe and relaxe and everything would be alright. So thank you for caring. We needed batteries and they were there asap. Thank you so much. People you have to book this home. It was so spacious and kitchen was made to cook the best meals.

We stayed for the month of February and had a great time. We used the charcoal grill and relaxed on the deck. Coastal Simplicity was comfortable, cozy and in a great location . It’s a short drive to great places to eat , the beaches and state parks for walks.

Had a great visit and the house was in such a perfect location for our needs. Beach and pool were in easy walking and biking distance. Karen was very responsive and willing to help with any concerns! Would definitely go there again if we go back to that area!
