Wonderful and peaceful place to stay! The house was huge and perfect for multiple families with ample bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was clean and matched the description perfectly. The location is right on the water and was a very beautiful surrounding. Highly recommend for family gatherings or if you just want some tranquil time away from home.

My kids and I absolutely loved it here. It was so nice to unplug for a few days.

The house was very clean and had all the conveniences of home. Paul was a super helpful host. The location was private but still close enough to all the restaurants and activities that Eau Claire has to offer.

Our group of friends take an annual outing to remember friends of ours that are no longer with us. This year we chose Stephanie's listing. It was very nice, just as described. It was roomy enough for all of us to hang out and do our own thing or gather together. We found ourselves going to some of the local restaurants and establishments that were recommended, and even took a side trip into Chippewa Falls. We had a little bit of trouble working one of the thermostats but it could have been us. This would be an awesome location to come hang out at in the summertime! We really appreciate all the responsiveness and hospitality, and hope to book with you again!

We stayed for 5 days. The attention to cleanliness was above and beyond!! It wasn'tcleaned up.... it was detailed!!! All the products in the house (cleaning, washing and bathing) are chemical free. Felt like a generous amenity. Ninja non-stick pots and pans.... loved them! Communications with Diana made us feel like she genuinely loved us being there. She encouraged us to take full advantage of the house and its amenities. 100% worth the cost. House has a view over the lake. We rented in winter but there's a sizeable yard alongside the lake. Would be awesome to come back and relax in the summer. All the essentials were within 2 mnts of the place: bar and grill, bar, gas station and grocery store. Less then 10mnts from downtown. Great experience and pleasant stay!!

Cute little spot. Very clean, and the host was great. The floor was as described by other reviewers. Otherwise, the space perfectly fit our needs. Our pups loved it, too!

Shelly was wonderful to work with. She was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very comfy and relaxing. I would highly recommend Shelly and Dave!!

I have stayed at Cooper’s loft multiple times. Its’s by far our favorite place to stay when visiting our girls in EauClaire. I’m certain we’ll be back! Thank you!

We were only in town for a couple of days, which is normally not long enough to feel at home in an unfamiliar place, but that was not the case here. Upon arrival, we felt immediately at home and comfortable, like we were coming back to our own place after a long day of traveling. That might seem like a minor detail, but when picking a place to stay for however long, as well as picking the right host, it means everything. Thank you Bee and Paul!

The house is beautiful and had just the right amount of space that we needed! We would definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

Tyler's place is lovely and wonderfully close to National Eagle Center, many restaurants and stores. Quaint downtown.

Great hospitality in an excellent location. We enjoyed the friendly staff at the theater downstairs, and the beautiful views of the river and town of Alma! Hosts were exceptionally helpful and proactive about making sure we were happy with the accommodations. Thanks for everything, Matthew and Amy! We hope to come back soon!

it was a comfortable place, clean, and warm. the bed and pillows were SO comfy!!

We have been to Lake City several times as we have family there and we’re in town for a funeral. Great River Flats is relatively new so everything was clean and updated. Had all the supplies you would need. The only thing we found odd was that they provided paper towels and toilet paper but no tissues. Not a huge inconvenience but strange. You cannot go wrong staying here.

Loved staying at the Mist Condo. It is a beautiful place right in the middle of Pepin WI. Julia is very friendly, helpful and responds in a timely manner. She is very accommodating to my work scheduled and was able to adjust my stay to work with my needs. I would definitely recommend Raspberry Rentals to anyone and everyone I know!!

The place was advertised as “sleeps six”. It did not sleep 6. One person had to sleep on couch with no shades on windows & street lights shining in all night. It really only sleeps 4 & you have to ask for more beds to reach the 6.

Great location with Lake Pepin 1 block to the west and nightly music 1 block to the east. Well stocked kitchen that even included a pizza oven. Bathrooms were very clean and included shampoo, etc. Master suite was spacious and included a very comfy king size bed, couch, tv, large closet and amazing master bath with walk in shower and soaking tub. Owner was quick to respond to questions and accommodated our group arriving early and leaving late. We happened to be there the weekend of Laura Ingalls Wilder Days and walked over to the festivities. We participated in a flint fire staring competition, yummy maple root beer floats and grilled chicken dinner with Pepin grown corn on the cob.

Comfy bed, centrally located and good communication! We appreciated the electric tea kettle and tea! Had a great evening at RiverTime Wine Bar!
