We stayed for 5 days. The attention to cleanliness was above and beyond!! It wasn'tcleaned up.... it was detailed!!! All the products in the house (cleaning, washing and bathing) are chemical free. Felt like a generous amenity. Ninja non-stick pots and pans.... loved them! Communications with Diana made us feel like she genuinely loved us being there. She encouraged us to take full advantage of the house and its amenities. 100% worth the cost. House has a view over the lake. We rented in winter but there's a sizeable yard alongside the lake. Would be awesome to come back and relax in the summer. All the essentials were within 2 mnts of the place: bar and grill, bar, gas station and grocery store. Less then 10mnts from downtown. Great experience and pleasant stay!!

Shelly was wonderful to work with. She was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very comfy and relaxing. I would highly recommend Shelly and Dave!!

This place is AMAZING!!! I stayed here last year and just had to come back! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Giana—she is an incredible host, who is kind and helpful, always available and responsive, and who truly cares about the property and its Guests. Her effortless graciousness makes you feel welcome and “at home”. I will definitely be back in the area and am excited to stay here again!

My husband, two pups, and I loved our visit to Eau Claire. We took our pups on many walks on the trails nearby, got coffee, dinner, and drinks downtown (again all walkable), and enjoyed the cozy apartment. Thanks for the great stay!

Overall really great experience. Clear instructions, didn't need anything, everything was stocked, available linens, towels, etc. were clean. Wabasha is a beautiful little town for a retreat, and the National Eagle Center is worth the visit! The entire area is surrounded by great small towns with great local restaurants and diners. So good. Be sure to visit Lark Toys! As for the place - really well remodeled and decorated interior. Real tile in the kitchen, not LVP. The bed was super comfortable. The kitchen is stocked as far as cookware, a real money saver if you want to bring groceries and cook. I was very please with the apartment overall. A few critiques: There is a small stain in the LR carpet and I had to clean a tiny smudge of (chocolate?) out of one couch cushion when I arrived. The entrance stairway is raw, it is not finished (the stairs are complete, but it is MDF, OSB, etc., not finished, drywalled, painted), a real contrast to the well-appointed apartment interior.

Abbey's place was the perfect spot for our group to stay! Such a cute loft-style apartment, love the eclectic design, the indoor hammock, and the ease to pop out the door and head out to grab drinks or food. Great view of the lake as well! Had everything we needed.

The apartment is in a great location, very spacious, and was as described. It had everything we needed, and we had no issues during our stay. It is above a bar, which can be a little noisy, but this was not an issue for us.

Mary was extremely responsive when we needed something or had questions! To our surprise, we were upgraded to a bigger unit for our stay, and we LOVED the place. Everything was as listed, and the bed was super comfortable, along with the blankets provided! We will definitely stay here again if we travel to the area!

Wonderful and peaceful place to stay! The house was huge and perfect for multiple families with ample bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was clean and matched the description perfectly. The location is right on the water and was a very beautiful surrounding. Highly recommend for family gatherings or if you just want some tranquil time away from home.

Great little cabin on the river. Owners were great to work with. Had a reschedule issue and they made it a breeze. Would definalty rent again.

Although I spent most of my time at work, It was extremely nice to come to a place I could call home for a little over a month! never had any problems and the hosts are very responsive into answering ant questions you may have. I actually tried to re book after I left but it was already taken. 10 out of 10 would Def. stay again!!!

Always a great place to stay.

Had my family there for a funeral. So nice and roomy and each had their own rooms. This is our second stay and will do it again.

My kids and I absolutely loved it here. It was so nice to unplug for a few days.

This is our 3rd year staying here and continue to love it! It always has so many toiletries and amenities that is so appreciated. The hosts are always very responsive and flexible with an added check in day last minute. We had a wonderful experience at Great River Flats in Lake City! Beautiful views by the water and a beautiful condo! I forgot my necklace and the host reached out to let me know their housekeeper found it. We never heard any of our neighbors at all! Highly recommend if you’re planning a trip to Lake City!

We had a great stay! The condo matched the description perfectly. Something to note - the bunk beds don’t feel the most solid but our kids did fine on them for one night. The couch isn’t the most comfy since it’s a sleeper sofa. Also, while we had everything we needed for one night in the kitchen, it is very bare bones in terms of what was available for kitchen items. We would stay again if it’s a shorter visit!

This condo is a really nice place. Very secure, very roomy, excellent view of Lake Pepin, and great furnishings including comfortable beds, towels, kitchen furnishings, etc. However, there were several glaring issues. The first is the complete lack of any window covering for the large windows that look out over the lake and highway immediately in front of the unit. Not a problem during the day but we felt a complete lack of privacy during the non-daylight hours. Second is a very loud and obnoxious HVAC system. Lastly was the non-stop traffic noise from the highway directly in front of the unit.
