Great weekend with girlfriends. We rented a sauna that was delivered to the property and we enjoyed going between the hot tub and sauna during 20 degree weather. The house itself is nice with plenty of space for all of us. It's in the middle of a neighborhood, but has it's own private driveway, so it felt isolated in the middle of a neighborhood. We had a great time!

We loved the home. It was even better than described. The kitchen was amazing and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. I personally loved the decor with the navy blue and orange. I hope to come back again.

Linda’s lake house is beautiful and spacious and a great place to spend a weekend with family. We felt comfortable from the moment we stepped in and loved the layout, overall design, and all the available (in winter) amenities. Linda was such an accommodating, very responsive host, as well—from booking through a couple requests we made during our stay, the whole process couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Above all, this Airbnb was a hit with everyone in our group, and we definitely hope to return!

It had everything we needed for our trip, and the attention to detail made it feel like a home away from home. A beautiful cabin with a relaxing view and a serene atmosphere that warmly welcomed our family the moment we opened the door. The cozy stove, the outdoor fire pit, the silence, the night sky, and the charming surroundings were exactly what we were looking for during our escape from the city. We’d like to thank Tim and his team for welcoming us into such a gem, where everything is taken care of with the utmost attention to detail and professionalism.

We loved the layout of the house and the view of Lake Pepin at sunset. We had just the right amount of rooms and space for my son’s families and myself. The fireplaces were an added benefit which we truly enjoyed. Although we came down with the flu we all enjoyed the time spent there together. Thank you Sandy and Eric for sharing your house with us. It is a very special place.

We had a wonderful stay at Sarah's home! The home was so spacious and well equipped - perfect for our group of 8 adults. Sarah was very communicative and responsive. We really enjoyed the beautiful views of the property - the hot tub was also a bonus! We also did the short drive to Stillwater for shopping and restaurants.

We loved our stay here. The location by the river and farm is pristine. Andy went out of his way to make sure our kiddo got to ride the pony. Great coffee shop a short drive away (Nolstagic Bean). We hope to come back!

Black Swan properties are amazing and Becky is an incredible host. Everything is as described and was perfect, and our family of five enjoyed every aspect of our visit. You won't find better accomodations in the Rochester area.
