The rooms are well equipped, 15-20 minutes walk to the business district and train station, will stay again next time.

The apartment was extremely nice, clean and modern. It was fairly close to town. The apartment felt like you was just at home and really did look like the pictures. I was thoroughly satisfied and would look to stay there again I would recommend anyone to stay there

Cute, convenient and affordable flat close to great pubs (Golden Lion) (Staff of Life), a great Thai restaurant (3 Monkeys), a great Pizza place(Site Pizza). I took a wonderful class in town and my husband had lovely walks each day by the canal which our deck overlooked. And there’s a great antique store right across the street. Nick was warm, welcoming and flexible with our check in and full of recommendations.

We booked the apartment to celebrate a 60th birthday with family. The apartment is beautiful, lots of attention to detail and spacious and very responsive hosts. Lovely views across the canal and the hills. Particularly liked walking along the canal for breakfast and the local pub is only across the road. Loved it so much, we booked to come back again whilst still staying there.

Rizwan’s place was great place to stay at for our little family. Had all necessary equipments, close to the city centre, clean and beautiful. We would definitely stay again. Thank you

Great apartment. Very easy to find and get into as well. The apartment is nice and I love the en-suite in one of the rooms as well. The balcony was really nice also so peaceful and a beautiful view. Naz was a fantastic host very responsive. Even left some snacks on the cooker for us which we all loved. I would definitely be back.

Nice stay for the UFC in Manchester, was easy access to the city centre with a bus stop right outside the apartment and also a tram stop a 10 minute walk away, Ubers were quick and average of £10 to get around the area. Would definitely return when going to Manchester.

Great place to stay! Was on a two week trip around UK and stayed at a lot of Travelodges. Was so nice staying at Jacks place for a change! Felt like home. Would highly recommend!

Great stay , very comfortable, very clean , nicely decorated, great views ! The extra goodies were a very welcome treat!

We had a great 10 night stay. The house had everything a family could need including everything for a baby like a gate for the stairs, high chair, cot and baby bath. The house also had lots of games and toys perfect for a rainy day. The kitchen had all the appliances you need to cook food for a family of four including herbs and spices and a dishwasher. As well as a great washing machine, dryer and ironing board with all soap and detergents provided. There were plenty of towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and hand soap was provided as well as cleaning supplies. Most importantly house was cosy and warm all the time despite the cold weather. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and the owners were very polite and quick to respond. Highly recommend!!!

Absolutely beautiful house in a great location. Modern, stylish and well equipped. The location is perfect with Buxton just five minutes down the road for all your restaurant, cafes and shopping needs. There is also an aldi and pet shop just 2 minutes down the road. The neighbourhood was peaceful with beautiful views. Parking was very easy, we parked on the street outside but there was also a private garage. Highly recommend visiting magpie mine which is a 15 minute drive away and The Old Smithy Tearooms & Restaurant in Monyash for a delicious breakfast or bacon roll. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this place again

I would highly recommend this property. From check in to check out, James was very responsive and helpful each time I reached out with a question. The apartment looks like the pictures and it is a gorgeous property by the water. The apartment was fully stocked and I was able to make meals as needed. It’s a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood and I felt safe my entire time there. 10/10 would definitely stay here again.

Shan was an amazing host - flexible and responsive! This was a great place for our extended family of 5 adults and 2 teenagers to have their own space while still giving us a place to connect in the lounge. Shan thought of any detail you could imagine to make us comfortable. When we arrived, the smoke detector battery had died, so it was beeping, and someone was there to fix it within the hour. Despite being a little worn around the edges and a bit far from shops and restaurants, the other plusses of the flat made this a great experience.

We book a lot of Airbnbs and this is one of the best ones we have stayed in. Paul was friendly and responsive and check in was super easy. The Annex is really lovely and in a great location, right in the centre of Poynton. We were visiting family and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Also a lovely touch leaving us a bottle of wine and a pack of cookies!

A stunning, architecturally-unique place to stay, cosy & private too. The apartment was prestine & the kitchen well-stocked, whilst Rob went above & beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommended.

Lovely flat in an idiotic neighbourhood a stones through from city centre. Nearby shops, bars, restaurants & bakeries/cafes. The interior of the flat itself is beautiful and homely. All the amenities you need too. The balcony/decking was a great bonus - it is a big space shared with other flats but sectioned off with planters - which isn’t clear from the photos but wasn’t an issue at all. Spent a long weekend walking in the Peak District with my daughter. Richard is an excellent host who responds quickly. The place is as described, clean, quiet and provides everything in terms of kitchen equipment to make our meals during the time we spent there. The property provides everything needed for a home from home stay. There is a large Tesco and CO-OP in Whaley Bridge. We enjoyed walking Stanage Edge, Jacobs Ladder & Kinder Scout. Bugsworth Basin also provided a lovely flat canal side walk on Monday before our return home. Recommend Bridge Bakery in Whaley Bridge for great selection of post walk cakes, and they also have a really good selection of breakfast in a box.

Our stay at Anthony’s place was just the peace and quiet we needed on a busy weekend in Manchester. The flat was full of useful amenities which made our stay really enjoyable. The lovely bath was a highlight, and the living room and bedroom had excellent views over the north of the city (as long as you don’t mind heights!) The flat was in easy walking distance of Victoria’s train and tram services, and there are plenty of buses running down the Cheetham Hill Road, too. We would happily stay here again.
