The Bay House, idyllic farm retreat by the ocean

We had a very pleasant stay at the Bay House. The views of the ocean are spectacular and the peaceful atmosphere is otherworldly. Isla and John are friendly, helpful and responsive. The house is decorated with beautiful furniture and has everything a family would need for a nice relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend.

Very comfortable and private residence. I recommend staying for a perfect weekend away! Lea was very responsive to all messages and respectful of our privacy. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Thankyou again for a beautiful stay.

Beautiful view and surroundings and a most welcoming host. Bryan was extremely responsive, assisting us with any query promptly. On checkout, he also went searching for koalas for us to view. The cottage has a lovely view of the ocean.

Fantastic place! Very private and you felt like you were the only one there but there was comfort in knowing Sara was nearby. Sara is extremely responsive and helpful. The cottage itself is wonderful with good products and breakfast items. My family and I came here for our Great Ocean Road trip, dog included! My dog enjoyed it too. Thank you very much.

Spring House is a very special sanctuary nestled among gum trees and ferns and overlooking the ocean. The views were spectacular, the accommodation just right. We hope to book again soon!

I had an incredible stay at Theodar’s place! The location was absolutely amazing, making it easy to explore and enjoy the surroundings. The house itself had breathtaking views, which made my stay even more special. Theodar was a fantastic host—welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful. The home was clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Breakwater Retreat - 4 bedroom beachside apartment

Perfect location, near beach, parks, coffee shop, restaurants, deep blue spa. Walking distance to all of this. The town was probably 1.5 km from Stephanie’s home. Nearby town of Port Fairy was beautiful place to visit. Warrnambool would be a great place to holiday with the children. The house has everything. Would definitely stay here again.

If you want to be in the heart of town this is the perfect location! Also they provided everything needed for a beach day: towels, boogie boards and surf boards.

Great place to take the wife and little Bub for the weekend! Lovely appropriately modern beach shack and only a quick walk to the beach. Had the softest grass out the front for our toddler to run wild in.

This is the second time we have stayed here and it was the same experience as the first time . It isn’t a fancy over done pretty over the top cottage where you can’t relax, it is a really neat and tidy rustic little place, lots of room for the dog to play and everything you need for a stay. Nothing is fancy but all the things you need are there and are just right. The lack of signs saying “don’t do” is such a relief. We really like staying at this little place, it is great and very relaxing.

Had an amazing time, very clean and had everything you need. Great proximity to the 12 Apostles, allowed us to go there and sunset and sunrise. Tiffany was very responsive and easygoing. Would definitely recommend.
