Area with local places just an alleyway away. Tourist attractions are a bit far for walking (train street 25min walk). Bed: I didn't mind the hard mattress, but the default bedding wasn't breathable, had night sweats. Contact Hoang for help.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this old home - tucked away from the busy Main Street but in a perfect location! I highly recommend the place to anyone coming to Hanoi. It is nested in amongst local homes which made my initial arrival confusing to some of the neighbours! A great place to have a more local experience too :) Before I even booked this place Nana and Minh Anh were there to assist. They provided me with amazing recommendations to visit and spent so much out of their time to ensure I was well looked after. I will be sure to recommend to all of my friends :)

Нам понравился жилой комплекс Ecopark, вокруг зелено, есть где погулять, в доме есть бассейн с сауной, что очень было приятным бонусом! В квартире есть все необходимое для проживания.

we love location, very clean and polite. lady make first day laundry for us for free... it was very kind from her, because we just arrived from mountain with sleeper bus.. she offers us also breakfast. recommended for us rwntal bikes, very helpful with everything. apartment was as on the photos, quite in beautiful small street. very close to center. thank you very much for your hospitality and i am pretty sure i will visit you again. 🙏🏼🥰

Die Unterkunft war gemütlich, schöner grüner Ausblick mit den Pflanzen Und dem Teich auf der Terrasse. 🤩 Besonders angenehm: für die sonst laute Stadt verhältnismäßig ruhig. 😌 Insgesamt, sauber für vietnamesische Verhältnisse. Als es ein Problem mit der Tür gab, war der Gastgeber sofort erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich! Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt – gerne wieder! 🥰

Our stay at Minh’s place in Hanoi was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, Minh and his team made us feel like family. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay — from helping with luggage, arranging transport, recommending local spots, to even assisting us with our personal requests. Their kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality truly stood out. The home itself is perfect for families. It’s spacious, beautifully designed, and full of thoughtful touches. Our kids absolutely loved the dedicated playroom — it kept them entertained for hours while we could relax and unwind. There’s even a bar area for adults to enjoy a quiet drink in the evenings, which was such a nice touch after a day of exploring the city. If you’re traveling to Hanoi with your family (or even as a group), I can’t recommend Minh’s place enough. It’s rare to find a combination of such a fantastic space and genuinely caring hosts.

Beautiful place to stay in Hanoi. Full worth of money spend. Very neat and clean place to stay. New towels and good toiletries. Kitchen is fully equipped. Ms Quynh is Very responsive and helpful. Less than two km from Old Quarter Market.

The bed and mattress here for me and my companion had the experience of a high-class hotel. The owner Thang was very supportive. I will come back here next time.

Really enjoyed the vibe of this house — quiet and tucked away, but still in a great spot. It’s not a new villa, but it feels lived-in and comfortable, in a good way. Nice to come back here and wind down after a full day in the Old Quarter. I’d stay here again next time I’m in Hanoi.

She was a very friendly and responsive host, the house was worth the price since there were plenty of rooms for only the 6 of us, few of the bathroom doors can't be closed but they were clean and spacious, a big plus was how she helped us to check out late since we had a baby and elderly with us and we also had quite a late flight that day

The place is the same as in the photos. Hoa is very responsive.

We stayed for 5nights and it was totally good place to stay in Hahoi. The location is nice, near the old district and lots of restaurants and bar. It only take around 15-20 minutes on foot from Tea’s place. For the place, we rent the whole house which includes 1/F, 2/F, 3/F and the roof. Everything was clean and cozy as the pictures provided. Especially for the roof, the mini-golf game provided was fun, we were having a great time, and it was a good roof for us to chat and chill. Also, it would really appreciate Tea, Deci, especially Ryan that hosted us. First of all, they are very responsible and reply quickly all the time. When we are visiting in Hahoi, Ryan and Deci provided the tour guide to us and they are very friendly. Love to chat with them , also Ryan took us to a local restaurant for having a dinner together. It was memorable. Tea arranged the 16-seater car for us to the airport as well. Also the price was reasonable. All in all, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for this lovely B&B!

alles war super, Henry war sehr hilfsbereit. Für den Preis kann man nicht viel falsch machen. 1 minus Punkt jedoch das Bad war etwas unsauber. Es fehlte die Handseife. Aber dennoch würde ich auf jedenfall erneut buchen. Danke

This hospitality is quite good to enjoy the weekend at Ecopark. Suitable for family of 6-7 people and there are a lot amentities around this place. Highly recommend this place when you have a trip to Ecopark.

Quite & good sleep at night. Clean & efficient equipment. Responsive host. What more can you ask for for a short work stay? I also love the fact that the scent diffuser created a signature feeling when coming into the studio. Recommend to other guests!

Austin was an amazing host, very proactive and friendly. He made sure that we are well oriented to the house and the surrounding. The airbnb itself was a cosy place, well located, good security and very clean. Definitely recommend!

We had an excellent stay here in the beautiful ecopark with natural surroundings. It was located close enough to the buzz of Hanoi without compromising on peace and quiet. If I had any questions, they were very quickly answered and we were left a lovely souvenir, which was a nice touch. Thank you for looking after us so well.

The host is very nice, accommodating, generous and very approachable the room is clean fresh and comfortable to live in.
