The apartment was fantastic. Everything is thoughtfully laid out: it’s compact but efficient. The kitchen is small but well-stocked, with a microwave, electric kettle, induction hot plate, and all necessary dishes and utensils. They sold me large bottles of drinking water throughout my stay. The shower is great, with plenty of hot water. The view from the windows is lovely, and there are lots of windows. The neighborhood can be a bit noisy (construction, football revelry), but the double-panel glass blocked out almost all of the noise and I slept peacefully every night. Tracy was responsive and helpful: she’d always answer my messages within a few minutes and helped me to troubleshoot the few problems I had. E.g. my electric kettle stopped working, and she provided a new one immediately. I’ve stayed in Hà Nội many times, and this is my favorite apartment. Highly recommended!

Ich habe mehrere Woche in diesem Apartment verbracht. Die Lage ist großartig. In der Wohnung ist alles funktional. Die Nachbarn sind allerdings sehr laut, besonders am frühen morgen. Ich hab mich hier aber trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt!

I recently stayed at an apartment in Hanoi that was conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore the city's vibrant sights and attractions. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. A highlight was definitely the rooftop terrace, which offered a great space to relax and enjoy the view over the city skyline, especially during sunset. The area was also fairly quiet considering its central location, making it a nice escape from the city's hustle and bustle. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a balance between accessibility and comfort in Hanoi!

Great stay. The pictures are a bit older than the current state of the apartment; however, it was clean and equipped with the essentials :) Location is a bit outside the city so if you like the calm it is a good place.

My wife and I stayed in this apartment for over a month. It is a very nice apartment and we were very comfortable. The apartment is large and well equipped. Bed is comfortable, good shower with lots of hot water. There is cleaning once per week included, and they have large bottles of water you can purchase. The host is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Ми шукали це помешкання після того як попереднє житло виявилось обманом. Але залишились дуже задоволені так як все було чудово. Помешкання знаходиться біля озера тож вам завжди буде де гуляти. Також це в межах 5хв від урядового кварталу, тому безпека тут на високому рівні. Таммі завжди швидко відповідає та готова допомогти. Ми прожили тут місяць працюючи віддалено і нам немає на що нарікати. Дякуємо Таммі за гарне помешкання.

the place looks like in the picture. situated near to dong xuan market just 5 minutes walk, very convenien. especially for me as a Muslim traveler, the hotel is very near to halal restaurant.

The place was very aesthetically pleasing and neat & tidy at the same time. Very well-maintained rooms and everything was hassle-free during our stay. A special mention to An na, our host who was extremely warm and caring - she made us feel completely at home.

David was very accommodative for some last minute requests. The building and check-in process is well-organized. The street feels lively and is a great place to hang out. Would gladly stay again.

Absolutely fantastic stay & Thao was a fabulous host who went way beyond what we'd expect. She took us to the nearby market, ordered some cooking items online & had them delivered, & is an all-round lovely host. Thao provides a very useful guide to the local area & was always on hand to answer questions we had. The apartment is ideal for a couple, it has everything you need & is quiet & peaceful. We prefer the location to the more obvious tourist area around Hoan Kiem lake - it's a busy neighbourhood, packed with all kinds of cafes, pubs & restaurants from plastic stools in the street to high-end & it's very much a 'locals' area so you see life as it's lived by Hanoi residents & it's just a 15-20 minute walk to the lake. We loved our stay here, & I can't recommend this apartment & Thao as a host highly enough. Thank you

Glad to find this spacious place near the Old Quarter and a very responsive host. Would definitely book again here when we come back to Ha Noi. The only downside was the construction beside the place but other than that everything was great! 🫶🏼

Veque is located at a very convenient location. Majority of the tourist attractions are only a walk away. An na, the caretaker of the place, was very helpful and proactive. The flat however is located on the 5th floor and the building has no elevator. It can be a little difficult to get to the place especially if you have multiple heavy bags.

We have an amazing stay at this apartment. The apartment and bathroom were spotless and had everything you could need. Anna was a great host and was very responsive for any questions we had throughout our stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent rapport qualité prix. L'appartement etait spacieux, cozy, propre et bien équipé. TV avec Netflix, Youtube etc. Hôte réactif, bonne communication, check in autonome sans difficulté. Emplacement parfait, à 2 minutes du petit lac et 10 minutes des rues les plus animés du vieux quartier. Je recommande sans hésiter.

I really enjoyed the view, the sauna, and the apartment. The air conditioning system worked wonderfully, and the gym was nice as well. I was missing some instructions on how to turn on the warm water, where to get the card, and more towels, as I was going to the sauna every day. By the way, the sauna’s Bluetooth device might be collecting more information from your phone than is allowed. Without connecting to anything other than the sauna, I got some red flags. Everything else was amazing! Thank you!

Great spot! Apartment is nice and super clean. It had everything needed and felt very comfortable. Van is easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again.

Yet another lovely stay at Thanh s apartment. It fulfils everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Location is close enough to walk to most of the popular spots but also in a quiet location at night . Hotel standard with lovely helpful reception staff without the costly price tag. Look no further you wont be disappointed
