We enjoyed our stay very much. Our host was friendly and quick to assist us. The apartment has so much room and plenty of bathrooms. We especially were happy to have a washer and dryer. Great restaurants and bakeries were so close by and the neighborhood is very safe. We would love to stay again.

The apartment is located in a safe and pleasant area of Guayaquil, very close to touristic attractions such as Cerro Santa Ana and Malecon. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Inside the apartment, you have a gorgeous view to the river. The apartment has all the kitchen and bathroom equipment you may need...Communication with Edu was super easy : extremely responsive and friendly.

Loved this apartment. The entry was easy and the condo was in great condition when we arrived. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to be able to stay there when we come to visit Cuenca again. Thank you, Eliana

We enjoyed our stay at Gabriel's place, the apartment is well equipped for longer stays, has a washer and dryer, utensils and everything you need to cook your own meals. Good location, safe, great views from the bedroom. Our only slight issue was with the noise at night, as the windows are fancing a busy street. If you are a light sleeper, might wanna grab some earbuds.

El departamento se mostraba igual a lo anunciado, aunque por motivos de trabajo no pude conocer las instalaciones que ofrecía, el departamento brindaba todas las comodidades.. Santiago respondía los dudas antes y durante el viaje super rápido.

Great place, very comfortable and handily near the dock, but also easy to walk into the town and to other places like the beach and la concha de perla (which is great for snorkelling). Although we didn't meet Tamara, her communication was excellent and she provided us with lots of very helpful information and instructions for how to get there and what to do.

Our stay was amazing! The place was beautiful, and we especially loved the pool, it was the perfect spot to relax after exploring. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The hosts were super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a peaceful and unique, this is definitely the place to stay. Highly recommend

My family of four had an AMAZING stay at Elena’s! Everything was perfect 😍! The view of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom was spectacular, and having the hammocks under the shade of the tree and the lounge chairs for sunning and enjoying the sounds of the ocean added to your sense of tranquility. Elena had many super thoughtful amenities that made our stay stress free and enjoyable! It’s easy to see why this place is a guest favorite and she’s a super host 🤩. My family would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!!

Excelente comunicación, instrucciones, ubicación. La casa bastante amplia, con espacios grandes para hospedar a grupos grandes. Siempre pendiente que tengamos un estancia placentera. Recomiendo al 100%

La casa esta muy bien mantenida y es muy acogedora, los anfitriones son increibles en respuesta, amables y coordiales. Me encanto! varios parques cercanos y pues Cuenca es hermosa a 3 cuadras podras sacar unas fotos espectaculares de la ciudad.

Nuestra estadía fue excelente. Las camas eran muy cómodas, lo que garantizó un buen descanso. El alojamiento estaba completamente equipado con artículos eléctricos y utensilios de cocina, lo que hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera muy conveniente. Además, la seguridad en el edificio nos brindó mucha tranquilidad. Las piscinas y áreas comunes estaban muy bien mantenidas y la vista a la playa era simplemente espectacular. El anfitrión y el cohoster fueron muy atentos y nos proporcionaron información del lugar que nos fue de gran ayuda. En general, una estancia perfecta para un viaje familiar. Sin duda, nos gustaría regresar.

Excelente host, siempre atento a los mensajes, tuve un inconveniente cuando estaba haciendo la reserva pero me ayudó para poder completar la reserva sin problema, súper recomendado!!

Loved this place, right on the Malacon walking distance to shops and restaurants, the ocean is across the street. you can't beat the view from the 20th floor....

Such a great place to stay!! We had a fantastic time at Jaime's Condo! very spacious and comfortable!! Whenever we come back to Salinas I will always look to rebook this property.
