Edam-Volendam : locations de maisons de vacances

Een geweldig groot huis die van alle gemakken voorzien is. De jacuzzi is echt geweldig. Klaas reageert snel en is erg vriendelijk. We mogen zelfs wat eerder inchecken en er staat een welkomspakketje met een lieve kaart. Er hangen vetbolletjes in de tuin dus er zijn veel vogeltjes te zien. We hebben een heerlijk ontspannend weekend gehad.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Nel! Das Haus und die Umgebung sind umwerfend schön. Man kann jeden Morgen mit einem Kaffee am Wasser verbringen. 🌻 Man sollte aufgrund der Lage aber mit vielen Insekten rechnen. Besonders 🕷️ haben uns täglich begleitet. Wir würden immer wieder kommen 😊

Spent an amazing and relaxing weekend away from the city in Arja’s beautiful home. It was very well-equipped and she was easy to communicate with! Thank you!

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Erg plezierig welkom geheten….Alles mooi schoon en netjes. Veel privé en een fijne tuin tot je beschikking. Dichtbij centrum , restaurants en winkels De 2e slaapkamer, buiten om te bereiken, was wel wat klein in vergelijk met de master bedroom.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Haus! ☺️ Alles war sauber und super ausgestattet! Es ist eine sehr ruhige Lage und sehr schöne Gegend!

The location is absolutely fantastic—nestled in a beautiful area that's both peaceful and convenient. Just a short walk or drive to the beach, and also right near a stunning national forest, offering the perfect mix of relaxation and outdoor adventure. Whether you're looking to unwind by the sea or explore nature trails, this place is ideal. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Wenjas schönem Beach House. Es war so liebevoll und schick eingerichtet, die Küche komplett ausgestattet. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung trifft absolut zu. Die Kinder hatten große Freude im Pool zu schwimmen und die Sauna hinterher war eine Wohltat. In ein paar Minuten ist man am wunderschönen Strand mit netter Beach Bar. (Zu erwähnen ist vielleicht, dass ein Abschnitt ein Hundestrand ist. Für unsere Kinder eine Riesen Freude so viele freundliche Hunde anzutreffen. ) Von der Wohnung aus sind es nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto zum Shopping Center im Ort und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten (zb Keukenhof, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Zandvoort usw) sind in 20-40 min erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und werden definitiv wieder kommen. Vielen Dank, dass du dein schönes Haus mit uns geteilt hast, liebe Wenja. Absolute Empfehlung ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had an amazing two-month stay at this lovely place! The neighborhood is fantastic for families, especially if you enjoy peaceful walks, greenery, and animals. Very close to the house, there are multiple playgrounds, which was perfect for us. Plus, public transportation makes it easy to reach nearby towns (highly recommend to visit: Edam). The hosts were exceptional—always responsive, incredibly thoughtful, and provided us with tons of local insights. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. The house itself is great! It’s spacious with beautiful natural light, a big garden, and even a sauna for extra relaxation. We couldn’t have been happier with this arrangement and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable stay.

Great experience at Germaine’s house. The house is beautiful, well-maintained, spacious, and very clean — everything was perfect! Not to mention that it’s only 30 minutes from Amsterdam by public transport, with also very convenient night buses. It was super practical. We really had a great time, thank you again for everything. Would highly recommend this place, we had a wonderful stay - only problem that it was too short. Well located, easy to find. Ebbie met us at the property with a warm welcome and it felt like she had opened her home to us. The property had everything that you could ask for and more, so we felt like we were getting a real dutch living experience. Edam is so beautiful, the people so friendly. It was so easy to pop in to Amsterdam for the day. A much better experience than staying in Amsterdam itself.

We had such a lovely stay here in September 2023, that we returned in December 2024 for the festive season. We arrived to find a beautifully decorated Christmas tree and several goodies, including jam, milk, fresh fruit and biscuits, waiting for us. The accommodation was extremely clean, comfortable and very well-equipped. Margo and Gerard (as was the case on our first visit) went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble and their warm hospitality and kindness was greatly appreciated. We cannot recommend this relaxing and peaceful property enough, which is ideally situated for exploring many places of interest. Thank you, Margo and Gerard for being such fantastic hosts. Your warm personality and friendliness shines through. We cannot thank you enough for making our return stay such a wonderful and memorable one. We will be returning again!

Johan's place is a real gem! It is located in Volendam, which is a lovely location in itself, with harbour, lots of shops and restaurants, walks and easy access to the bus into Amsterdam and Zaanse Schans. We parked for free about 150m walk away, and used Johan's helpful video instructions to find the house easily. The house is like an Ikea showroom, excellent use of space and there was plenty of room for four of us. We slept very well as it is a peaceful area. Lots of hot water for showers, too. We would really recommend a stay here, as it exceeded our expectations both in terms of the house and the Volendam area. We visited the Upside Down House, A'dam Lookout and swing, Our Lord in the attic museum, Zaanse Schans and went on a boat cruise with Those Dam Boat Guys. Would recommend it all. One last tip...we bought a GVB regional public transport ticket which allowed us to travel all over the place by bus, ferry, train and Metro with no hassle. Thankyou, Johan and Jessie!

We really enjoyed our stay in Edam it was a beautiful little town with canals and lots of greenery.. very easy to get a bus to and from the city centre of Amsterdam and nice to come back to such a warm cozy space at the end of a day of exploring. We stayed over new years and the fireworks did not disappoint Edam knows how to put on a show! Claudio was extremely helpful and kind he even helped us get back inside when we locked ourselves out one night. Checking in was easy even when I had communication issues on my end. My friends and I highly recommend.

We visited as a family of four with our dog, and the house was a perfect space for our stay. Martijn's house is in a convenient location, Purmerend, in a nice and quiet neighborhood with convenient access to supermarkets and restaurants. The location has easy access to Amsterdam (in 30 minutes by car or public transportation) and to other attractions, like Dutch villages Zaanse Schans and Volendam within 20 minutes by car. There are nice beaches within 30-40 minute drive, and it is also easy to go north or south to explore anywhere in the Netherlands from the house. Martijn is a warm and responsive host. He is very flexible and helpful in providing information. The house is well equipped with almost everything you'd need for a relaxing holiday with family. Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend Martijn's house for a summer holiday!
