Edam-Volendam : locations de vacances avec accès à un lac

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. la maison est spacieuse avec un petit extérieur donnant sur un cours d'eau. Amsterdam est très accessible en transports en commun. Bonne communication avec gerrit.

Maison nickel, chaleureuse et pleine de vie, il y a de la décoration partout ce qui rajoute de la personnalité à la maison que ce soit à l’intérieur ou l’extérieur, on est situer à une vingtaine de minute du centre, à quelques mètre d’une épicerie. Une communication efficace concernant les détails, comme les clés, les petite règles à respecter ect. Merci à Bart et Rachel de nous avoir accueillis dans leur maison nous adorerons passer un autre séjours chez eux.

Great host and beautiful home We really appreciated the host flexibility for letting us arrive a little early… It was our first night after an overnight flight so that meant a lot to us Thanks Karel.

Excellent little house in a charming position in the old town with views of a canal and marina. A lovely vibe, we instantly felt at home in the spacious open plan lounge/kitchen. Great shower. Peaceful at night. Extremely comfortable bed. Free parking a 10 min walk away but you can drop all your stuff off outside. A 5 minute walk to the ancient harbour and central square. Hoorn is a beautiful town with plenty of bars ( e.g. Klinkers) , restaurants and shops.

Diese Unterkunft könnt ihr ohne Bedenken buchen! Alles war sehr sauber. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und man ist innerhalb von 20 Minuten mit dem Auto in Amsterdam. Gerne wieder!

Es war super. Auf Nachrichten oder Bachfragen wird schnell reagiert und die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben. :)

We zijn bekend in Hoorn en hebben zelf in de binnenstad gewoond, dus we hebben misschien minder problemen met het vinden van een parkeerplek en dat soort zaken. Het huis is precies zoals beschreven en gezellig en adequaat ingericht. De communicatie (bij aankomst en vertrek) met René was prima. We hebben weer genoten en komen hier graag weer terug.

My stay at this accommodation was truly amazing! The village was charming and peaceful, and although it took about 20 minutes by bus and train to reach the city center, the beautiful scenery made the journey feel effortless. Brenda, the host, was incredibly welcoming, offering thoughtful hospitality with drinks and chocolates upon arrival. The apartment had a home cinema with a projector and Netflix account, as well as a smart home system that made the stay even more enjoyable. I am very happy with this place and deeply appreciate their hospitality. Highly recommended!

The Hosts were very lovely and friendly, we got a lot of recommendations for the surrounding area and Amsterdam which we couldn’t sadly all do in three days but we’ll be happy to be back and to see all the other things! We enjoyed our stay very much and recommend this place for everyone. It’s a cozy and quiet place, but especially in August - when the Fair in Hoorn starts - there’s a lot to do and see! Thank you for the beautiful weekend.

Bel appartement à la décoration chaleureuse et très bien équipé que ça soit en produits et en matériel pour cuisine. Un coup de cœur pour la terrasse à l’écart du bruit de la ville. L’appartement est bien situé dans le centre ville où l’on peut tout faire à pieds. Belle découverte de la ville de Hoorn qui est très charmante et d’où on peut visiter Amsterdam comme ses environs. Merci pour les instructions très claires et l’accueil.

Wir hatten ein traumhaftes Wochenende in der Unterkunft "Enjoy Heaven" in Schellinhout! Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Besonders beeindruckend waren die atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergänge, die wir von der Terrasse aus genießen konnten. Die Lage in der Nähe des Meeres ist perfekt, und wir haben die Zeit am Strand sehr genossen. Ein Highlight war unser Grillabend auf der Terrasse – die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Annelies, war unglaublich aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns mit frischem Obst überrascht und stand uns bei allen Fragen zur Seite. Wir waren zu fünft dort und hatten ausreichend Platz sowie eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Diese Unterkunft ist ein wahrer Geheimtipp für alle, die eine Auszeit am Meer suchen.

we really enjoyed our time at Maces house. The building had several units under construction but that never was an issue. we would recommend!

Shafieq est une personne très sympathique, ponctuel et accessible par message. Le logement était bien préparé et tout était impeccable. Il vaut son prix : la vue est exceptionnel et le logement est spacieux. Si nous revenons à Amsterdam, nous reviendrons à cette adresse.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad en genoten van het uitzicht. Het huisje was schoon en netjes en van alles voorzien. Het uitzicht was geweldig. Helaas liet het weer het niet toe maar de mooie momenten hebben we heerlijk op het terras en de steiger kunnen zitten. We logeerden in huisje # 5. Echt een aanrader. Goede bedden en volledig uitrusting in de keuken.

Wundervolle, gemütliche, ruhige Oase vor den hektischen Toren Utrechts mit einem schönen Blick ins Grüne. Rudi ist ein tolle, herzlicher Gastgeber bei dem man sich sofort willkommen und Zuhause fühlt.

Absolutely wondeful cottage on the water - cosy, comfortable and very well thought out. We had a fantastic time going out on the boat (our little 4 year old learned to row!) and sitting on the deck, enjoying watching the ducks and coots. Mike and Denise are very attentive hosts. We miss it already and hope to be back!

Wir waren über Silvester zu Gast und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Haus hat uns sehr gefallen. Es war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, alle Räume waren sehr sauber. Die Betten waren gemütlich. Die Gegend war ruhig und schön, in der Nähe befindet sich das Meer und ein Wald, wo man schön spazieren gehen kann. Vielen Dank!:)

Zeer fijn verblijf gehad. Goede communicatie met Richard om het huisje binnen te komen (hij was zelf nog op vakantie). Zeer schoon huisje van alle gemakken voorzien. Prachtige grote tuin met uitzicht en veel rust. In de zomer lijkt het me heerlijk om hier terug te komen. Een 2 persoonsbed staat op de overloop en deze ruimte is niet af te sluiten. Met iets oudere kinderen is dat goed te doen, maar gezien het bed aan een open trap staat raad ik dit niet aan voor hele jonge kinderen. Of je moet als ouders onder een heel schuine wand slapen. Vloerverwarming was zeer aangenaam. Wij hebben ons heel erg vermaakt in de omgeving! Dankjewel Richard!

Wir haben uns bei Lonneke sehr wohl gefühlt! War alles wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Ich fand auch toll das Sie mir immer schnell auf meine Nachrichten und Fragen geantwortet hatt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut eingerichtet so das es an nichts gefehlt hat. Die Lage ist sehr toll und mit dem Bus sehr gut von Amsterdam erreichbar und man ist in gut 15 Minuten im Zentrum! Wenn man Ruhe haben will nach der Hektik von der Stadt,kann ich diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen! Einfach super schöne Lage und super Gastgeber! Danke für die tolle Zeit und für Deine Gastfreundschaft! Komme gerne wieder wenn ich wieder einmal in Amsterdam bin. War alles Top!

Angelique is a super host, very responsive and on hand if you need anything answered or help with directions etc. I have not encountered a better air bnb host :-) The water cottage is peaceful and restful and has everything you need. For Amsterdam you must be either prepared to drive or happy to walk just over 1.3 miles into the town. Its a 45 min bus into Amsterdam which is pretty regular or you can drive 15 mins to a train station and make your way in from there. We had no problem with this at all but some might be put off. However the location and quiet peace by the water was super and worth it!

We spent a great day there! Everything looks even better than on the pictures. The house and surroundings are really cozy and peaceful, good for walks or relaxing cycling. We met a beautiful sunset on the terrace (feels private!) and had a nice breakfast (kitchen is fully equipped). We stayed there in the middle of March, when it wasn’t so warm outside, but inside the house it was nice and warm (you can use an air conditioner for hitting and it works absolutely fine). The host is friendly and proactive — all our questions were addressed even before we asked it 😁
