I won't lie, we did select this place based on price and occupancy and you can't beat it! Brandy and team were helpful when I reached out to ask questions. Overall, we needed a place to rest after visiting the caverns and the national park and the beds were comfy, showers ran good, the kitchen had a few things to use. The house has plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. One thing we did struggle w was the front door key pad, locking it is a lil tricky on the way out.

We absolutely loved this place. It was so peaceful and serene. We even got to meet some of the neighbors! The front patio may have been my favorite place. A lovely spot to read books, drink coffee, and chat. Made our stay even more enjoyable. It was even nicer than the photos and it was large and spacious.

Peggy graciously upgraded our stay to a home instead of the booked unit on their property due to issues beyond their control. The new place was spacious and well equipped for a lovely stay in the Guadalupe mountains.

I was looking for a unique place to stay, and this room definitely lived up to my expectations!! All of the decor was perfectly placed, I loved the fireplace, and I enjoyed reading how the room got its name. After a long day of driving, soaking in the hottube was the highlight of the night!! It helped us relax and unwind at the end of a long day. I recommend going to the Blue House Cafe & Bakery across the street for breakfast. The staff were super friendly, and nice. The food, and coffee was a great way to start our day. They are open Monday-Saturday. If you stay the night on a Saturday a tray of breakfast foods and fruit will be put in your room on Saturday, so you'll have breakfast for Sunday morning. Every detail was thought out to maximize your stay experience. It was truly an amazing experience, and I highly recommend this place! I also recommend eating dinner at the Yellow Brix Restaurant. There was a little bit of a wait time, but totally worth it!

It was a very clean apartment with easy access and not far from where we needed to be. Instructions very clear and simple.

Beautiful home, very quiet and clean, everything we needed to feel at home. Host was welcoming and responsive. Our kids loved the games and puzzles. 30min drive to Carlsbad Caverns.

Can’t say enough good things! Felt right at home, extremely clean and had many accommodations. Will stay again.
