Great little place for 2 families. It looks small from outside but it’s big from the inside. Clean Great hosts Had all we needed Allowed us early check in and late checkout We would definetly stay again!

we stayed for a week visiting the local national parks (Guadalupe Mountains NP, Carlsbad Caverns NP, and White Sands NP) as well as Roswell New Mexico! this home was very comfortable for resting and recovering from all that travel and hiking! Hosts were responsive and helpful, and we loved New Mexico! would absolutely repeat this trip! (:

The house was in a fantastic location. It was super cute and clean. She had plenty of things in the kitchen for us to use and plenty of linens.

The house felt very homey and was spotless upon arrival. This spot is perfect for families or a group of friends comes with laundry machines, ac, heat, and it’s a walkable distance from downtown. Sandra was super responsive anytime I needed anything, I highly recommend you stay here during your visit to New Mexico!

Great Casita. It's an older home that has been wonderfully updated without losing its classic charm. Host was responsive, simple keypad check-in and very simple requests for checking out. Highly recommend!

Ally and Jared are very responsive hosts and made us feel right at home.

Jaime was a great host. His property was immaculate and had everything we needed. The house looked brand new and was great for my family of five to explore New Mexico. We visited both Carlsbad Caverns and White Sands National parks, Roswell and Cloudcroft. Missed out on Guadalupe National Park though. I would highly recommend Jaime’s place to anyone. We loved staying at Mirage! There is a cute kitchenette and lots of storage space with a shower for 2. The icing on the cake was the hot tub in the backyard. After a few busy days - relaxing in the hot tub was such a treat. The communication from the hosts was excellent. And they provided a lot of information regarding the town and things to see and do which was so helpful. We loved our accommodations at Mirage and I definitely recommend it!

Comfortable beds, apartment was clean, great air conditioning, nice location, peaceful. Host was great.

We had a great stay at Katherine's place! Very cute home. It was a quick one night stay to visit Carlsbad Caverns. Very flexible check-in with clear instructions. We were running late checking out & she gave us an extra hour. Thanks so much, Katherine!

Perfect place for our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer! Right next to the grocery store and the lake front (15-20 min walking). Backyard was probably my favorite part. Our son loved the jumbo jenga. Will 100% stay again when in town.

Julie goes above and beyond to make her place feel like a “home away from home.” My husband and I stayed with her for four days and were very comfortable and felt safe at all times. Her location is perfect for visiting both Carlsbad NP and Guadalupe NP. And, an added bonus, was getting to watch Stanley bask in the sun! We would definitely stay with her again if the opportunity arises.

Very clean, well equipped kitchen with unexpected bonus of coffee, cinnamon and honey. Couch was comfortable to sleep on, bed very nice. Chris was super responsive to questions. 45 minutes from Guadeloupe Mountain national park and half that to Carlsbad Caverns. Neighbors’ roosters frequently woke us too early. Completely private location with fence.

Great bungalow in Carlsbad with a wonderful backyard and dock access to the river.
