We had a lovely time during our stay — the house was absolutely beautiful and well-kept. It was cozy, comfortable, and made for a very enjoyable getaway. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout, which made the experience even better. The only thing that surprised us was having to pay separately for bed linen and towels, which we've never encountered before on Airbnb. Apart from that, everything was perfect and we truly enjoyed our stay!

Fijne plek. De badkamers, sauna en tuinuitbouw/serre met uitzicht op weide met paarden sprongen eruit. Veel zitplekken in de ruimtes, en grote tafel voor een bordspelletje. Opletten: de 2-persoon kamers hebben 2x enkelbedden. De gedeelde, grote kamer (6p) is de enige met een 2-persoonsbed. De autoweg direct naast het terrein was te horen (vond ik niet enorm storend, maar wellicht anderen wel)

We had a fantastic stay at Joëlle’s house! We travelled with two children aged 6 and 2 who loved the play gym, trampoline and sand pit with digger! It really felt like a home away from home with kids as it had all the amenities you need: high chairs, kids crockery, toys etc. The house is stunning, so much so that people passing by stopped to ask us about it. You can swim in the river in front which our 6 year old loved. Joëlle was very responsive and checked in to see how we were. The location is really beautiful and quiet. We used the bikes with the house so didn’t need a car but it did mean we had to time buses and trains very carefully as the bus to the house is only every hour. I think if you want proper freedom then get a car but it’s not mandatory as you can travel in to Amsterdam/Utrecht in 1h/1.5hrs, which we did a few times. Weesp is great and has nice restaurants and you can hire a boat nearby which is worth it! We would love to go back again!

I wanted somewhere for our family to relax. Arjen's house was perfect. It's a beautiful space, or rather, a collection of beautiful spaces. We were also lucky enough to be there when the orchard was full of fruit. Arjen was brilliant to communicate with. I highly recommend staying here if you can.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut ausgestattet, gerade die Spielsachen und das Trampolin haben unserer Tochter sehr gut gefallen. Mit 1-2 jungen Kindern ist das Haus von Kiry wirklich ideal. Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt.

We hebben een heel goede week gehad, alhoewel het weer in januari niet zo meewerkte. Het is een heel fijn huisje: heel ruim en héél stil en een met heel royale hoekbank - wat voor mij een unique-sellingpoint is. Ook is het huisje snel warm te krijgen in deze koude maanden. Guido had veel extra zaken klaargelegd: ruime hoeveelheid handdoeken, theedoeken, etenswaren, wcpapier, afvalzakken etc.! Echt heel fijn. Het plaatsje Groesbeek is te voet te bereiken en heeft veel keuze in winkels. Last but not least, is de omgeving werkelijk schitterend - we hebben veel gewandeld in het "rijk van Nijmegen".

We had a wonderful stay at Mattijs’s place. The house was beautiful, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The garden was spacious and cozy, where we spent a lot of time relaxing. Our toddler especially enjoyed playing on the trampoline and interacting with the friendly cats. Mattijs was an excellent host—helpful, responsive, and flexible with check-in and check-out times. We highly recommend this place and would love to visit again!

We had a great stay with a group of 10 people here. The area was beautiful and the accomodation was lovely. I would highly recommend to those that enjoy spending time in nature.

Everyone who stayed with me and everyone who visited were in awe of this house. Easily the nicest AirBnB I've ever stayed in, and despite feeling like we were in our own beautiful world we were actually very close to everything you'd need in Zeist. Brenda was also an amazing and very communicative host so overall a 10/10 stay.

Caroline is an amazing hostess! She has a customer-centric approach and made everything and beyond to make sure the guests had all they needed. She even purchased a safe after I asked if she had one available, that's how proactive she is! I raised the question in the morning and in the evening I got her message saying she ordered the safe, which was highly appreciated and thoughtful of her! She also made arrangements for dinner in the first night in a lovely restaurant nearby. The family loved the time in her beautiful house! Thank you, Caroline, for your fast communication and flexibility! You are the greatest example of a super host! :)

Erg fijn verblijf gehad bij de ruimte van Judith met host Anne-Mirte! Mooi authentiek huis op een vakantiepark met goede faciliteiten en alles in huis. Communicatie verliep soepel en snel. Sauna niet gebruikt maar de hottub wel, erg fijn! Hou er rekening mee dat je wel nog extra moet betalen voor houtgebruik voor de sauna, hottub en de kachel. De host doet echter niet moeilijk over eigen hout meebrengen als je dat wil. Hout bij de host kopen (ze komen het brengen) is gelukkig goedkoop genoeg.

Een fantastische plek waar eigenlijk niet meer weg wilden. Het is echt nog veel mooier dan op de foto's! Zoveel plekken buiten om te zitten & te chillen. We waren elkaar af en toe kwijt! Er zijn genoeg spelletjes om te spelen. De boerderij nodigt uit tot samenzijn, spelletjes doen, samen eten (pizza oven is ook superleuk!) & drinken. Er is vast vanalles te doen in de omgeving, maar daar zijn wij in dit weekend niet aan toegekomen ;-) Kortom hartstikke tevreden!

Steven’s huis is mogelijk nog mooier in het echt! Wat een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen. Steven was enorm behulpzaam en bereikbaar. Onze kleine man was in de hemel met de berg aanwezige duplo waar hij mee mocht spelen. En onze vriendengroep genoot van de ruimte, het haardvuur en de prachtige natuur. Ik kan iedereen deze plek aanraden!

Unsere bereits hohen Erwartungen wurden sogar noch übertroffen! Die Villa ist wunderschön, top ausgestattet, bietet wirklich sehr viel Platz und alles was man sich wünschen kann. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, wir haben alle sehr gut geschlafen. Alles war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche lässt ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen. Wir können die Belvilla vorbehaltslos empfehlen! Vielen Dank, dass wir eine so tolle Zeit hier verbringen durften! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Belle maison tout équipée dans un beau quartier très calme. Très bon point de départ pour visiter agréablement le secteur d’Amsterdam. Attention au ménage et à la qualité de la literie qui n’est pas à la hauteur de la prestation attendue.

Hallo, wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und der Gastgeberin. Das Haus war wunderschön am Fluss gelegen und bot ausreichend Platz. Allerdings hatten die Türen in den oberen Zimmern etwas Spiel und keine Dichtungen, weshalb sie immer wieder zugeschlagen sind. Abgesehen davon war die Ausstattung der Küche und des gesamten Hauses hervorragend. Die Gastgeberin war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie kam bei unserer Anreise sogar noch einmal vorbei und brachte zusätzliche Bettwäsche mit, falls wir eine weitere benötigt hätten.

Everything went smoothly. We would love to come again.

Good, clear and friendly communication. They were not there to check up on checking in/out, but they were trusting us leaving the place as intended. There is a lot of outer space and a nice hot tub. We were able to take wood from the stash and just pay for what we used. We were with a group of 12 (10 adults + 2 kids), there was plenty space inside, a nice long table en enough kitchen amenities to cook.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L’hôte était très charmante, avec un accueil chaleureux et sincèrement sympathique. Le cadre est paisible, reposant et parfaitement entretenu. La maison est d’une grande qualité, décorée avec goût, et dotée d’équipements modernes et très appréciables. Nous avons tout particulièrement aimé le calme du lieu et la propreté irréprochable. Seul petit regret : la piscine, non chauffée, était malheureusement trop fraîche pour en profiter pleinement à cette période. Cela reste néanmoins une très belle adresse que nous recommandons chaleureusement. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience!
