Great spot with access to beach, coffee shops and supermarket. Less than 4km to Narooma MTB main trailhead. Short trip into Narooma for restaurants. Property was clean and well presented. Thanks Lisa!

We felt at home from the get go… very comfortable beds, great lounge area and fabulous equipped kitchen.

Cosy and comfortable stay. Weather wasn’t good so we were glad of the location being close to the town.

The accommodation was beautifully presented with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and bathrooms. A lovely touch was some local produce gifts ie wine, milk, jam and chutney. Would recommend this property to everyone. We had a fabulous time in comfort, across the road from the sea that put us to sleep each night and just down the road a choice of great cafes.

Fantastic host with a house in a perfect location.

We were a group of 7 mountain bike riders looking for accommodation near the Narooma MTB park. Joshes beach house fitted us well with 3 double beds, 2 singles and a pullout lounge, plus we used an airbed for our 7 th person. The house offered parking at rear for our vehicles, and sort of an undercover area under the deck for our ebikes. The house is close to Joshes Beach ( about 200 metres), however could only swim there a couple of times due to the heavy surf. So the house worked very well for us. We enjoyed the find the cutlery draw game, but got there in the end. Also to charge our bikes we had some longish extension cords. So I would recommend Josh’s Beach House.

Great little place in such a great location. It is a little slice of paradise, very quiet and the best view. It has everything you need for a getaway. Reilly was a great host, very responsive to issues and questions. Hoping to come back again one day.

We had a lovely stay here and would recommend it to others. Host very responsive, gave us great recommendations for things to do in the local area. We had such a great time in fact, that we extended our stay here. Beautiful grounds great for slightly older kids, we have an 8 year old who loved the space for kicking a ball, as well as the football table! We also have 2 young kids though (1 and 2 years old) and the place probably wasnt ideal for them - no cot or highchair available, and there were a couple of fall hazards outside e.g. from the deck to the garden there is a big drop, but we just built a barrier with stools to prevent accidents. There was a whole cupboard full of games provided, the pool was fantastic, great temperature. A few small cockroaches around but probably normal for the area we were in. Yes we did take a couple of minutes to find the place off the main road but it wasnt bad. It's basically opposite the turning for bar beach - just before it, if coming from Sydney.

Probably the best location possible between the ocean and the lake. Home facilities including the pool, barbie and everything you need, coupled with an amazing location for an easy walk to the beach and wharf. Ok it’s not 5 star in terms of brand new furniture, bathrooms and kitchen, but it is comfortable enough for an easy-going family holiday where you can easy wind down at home or outdoors. Peter was easy to reach, but we didn’t need a thing for the whole stay. We had a great time and would recommend for families with children. Thanks again Peter!

A great place to stop if looking to use Armand’s Beach Very quiet peaceful with kangaroos bouncing around the place A little isolated nearest town for food and shops etc about 15 mins drive But the bar in town serves superb food

Superb house and the pictures did not really do it justice. Only 10mins from Merimbula by car for all amenities. Very private and loved our resident kangaroos dawn and dusk in the garden.

Lovely location right near the boardwalk. Nice views of the bushland and water from the house. the pool was fantastic! The house is well stocked with kitchen utensils and supplies. Kelly super responsive and friendly when we needed to reach out to her. The only feedback would be that WiFi would have been great!! Thanks for a great stay

Our stay at Walker’s was perfect. Beautiful house with everything you could possibly need and enough lovely room for two teenagers to have their own space. Loved going to sleep with the sound of the sea and the gentle sea breeze though the windows. Unbelievable location right across from the main beach and a short walk to the heavenly Pambula river mouth. Great tips from Colleen on places to eat and drink. Did not want to leave this place!

Margaret was polite and very responsive. House was very neat and tidy with plenty of room. Beds were very comfortable and fans in each room were great. The accommodation has everything you require for a stay. Great deck to sit out on and enjoy the weather. Very quiet complex, close to beach, cafes and clubs. Would recommend to everyone.

Beautiful family home located in a quiet, hilly part of town, with fantastic views from some bedrooms. Pool was very clean and welcoming for the kids. Perfect for our getaway. Also appreciated the well equipped kitchen for all our self catering needs.

Our time at Anncliff was 5 star all the way through from booking to check out. Jen communicated with us every step of the way making sure we were comfortable and supported. Jen gave us an early check in on arrival day and the check in/out process was nice and simple. The house is STUNNING and by far exceeds expectations. Great views, quiet, clean, comfortable and is also fully equiped which was just awesome! We were lucky to stay over NYE and could watch the fireworks from the balcony. Another unexpected bonus!! The extremely generous gift left from Jen was the cherry on top! We had a wonderful time spent with family in a beautiful space and we were sad to leave. I would highly recommend Anncliff to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in the area and we look forward to our next one!! Great location and really comfortable, nice space. Gorgeous artwork and a really lovely well decorated space. BBQ is available (not the oven stone) which was great. Clothes rack available to dry swimmers and kitchen was fully equipped (toaster, plug in fry stove top etc). No wifi (as wifi is difficult in the entire suburb) but free to air TV and DVD's available. Thanks for our stay Caroline, we will be back!

We had a very enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend staying here. The house was spotless and well appointed. It was a very short walk to the beaches and walking tracks. Bev responded very quickly to a question I had and it was all sorted within 5 minutes. Robert made a visit to the house to introduce himself and offered a lot of information about the area. We found the location and house very relaxing for the short stay we had. Everything we needed was provided for by the hosts and we can't commend them highly enough for the high standards that they have so visitors are catered for. One of the best houses we have stayed at over the years. Congratulations Robert and Bev. You both should be proud of what you have both achieved. Well done! 10/10!

Great home in Dalmeny. Clean, tidy and spacious with supplies like milk, tea, coffee, and all other necessities including dishwashing and clothes washing powder. Lovely quiet bush setting, very comfortable beds and easy access to nearby beaches or by bike/car to both Dalmeny and Narooma. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Sue and Steve’s place in Merimbula! The house was super clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with our baby and dog. The location was perfect - right by the lake and just a short walk to the beach and town. Sue and Steve were responsive and made us feel so welcome. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature, and we’d definitely love to come back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a pet-friendly getaway!

Beautiful place, well equipped kitchen, one bathroom which was dated with an extra toilet and shower which was accessible from outside. One bedroom had sheer curtains so kids were up early as it was so light. Close to the beach, easy check in, host was responsive. Very peaceful and quiet location. Big backyard with trampoline. We really enjoyed our stay!

We loved the location being so close to a beautiful little beach that we swam at on the day we arrived. The house was perfect and fully equipped with everything we needed. We will be back!
