Absolutely stunning place! From outside - the beautiful, natural surroundings to the inside, stunning high end and luxurious decor. Nicola has thought of absolutely everything! We had everything we needed and more. Nicola was really responsive, friendly, and recommended local walks. Even gave us some extra supplies after a muddy day out! Would definitely stay again! Thank you Nicola!

We very much enjoyed our time at the Teapot Cottage. The cottage was clean, modern and well decorated, and very close to the stunning Ennerdale Lake. We were impressed by the welcome basket, which was full of local cakes and breads! Though we didn’t use the pizza oven or barbecue, we did brave the hot tub (in December!) and it was well worth it. The cottage had everything we needed, and had a real cosy feel that was perfect for a Christmas break. We did have some issues with noise coming from the rental next door, however this was just bad luck. Lamissa was also very responsive and proactive, and did everything she could to address this. Overall, the Teapot Cottage is the perfect place if you are looking for a relaxing break (with a little bit of luxury!). We would definitely come back.

We had a lovely long weekend staying at Seaview cottage. We arrived to a spotlessly clean & warm cottage & the welcome tea, coffee, biscuits & fresh milk was just what we needed after a long journey. The cottage is very cosy & has everything you need including a well equipped kitchen & comfy beds. Although directly on a road it was calm & peaceful as there was very little traffic & we slept really well. We enjoyed some great local walks and really enjoyed our stay. Ruth provided lots of helpful info & was a friendly host.

Really enjoyed staying here, the apartment was amazing and we really didnt want to leave. The hosts were really friendly and responsive to messages and absolutely loved the features in the room. We will definitely return! Thanks again :)

When checking in it was nice and simple, Steven came to help us and show us around, there were a few bits to play like a chess board, Scrabble, monopoly. The area was lovely and only a 20 minute drive from Lake Windermere, would recommend for sure!

We absolutely loved our Christmas at Seaglass Cottage. The hosts were great, answered any questions, gave us detailed instructions for check-in and even put up a Christmas tree and decorations for us. We were very lucky with the weather, enjoying walks along the beach right outside, we even found some seaglass (we felt like children!). The property was very clean, the bedding smelled so fresh, the kitchen had everything you might need, very clean bathroom and handy downstairs loo. Every evening we would sit in the cosy conservatory enjoying a glass of wine, watching the sun go down, people walking along the beachpath with their dogs and then into the lounge for a real log fire. It was perfect and we can't wait to return!
