We had a wonderful weekend in Nantucket! The hosts were very responsive to questions, and the location couldn't be beat! We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay! Nice decorations, nice location, and very clean when we first walked through the doors. The one negative (minor) was that we couldn't find a blow dryer anywhere, but not a huge deal at all. Would definitely stay here again, and would recommend this location to anyone visiting Cape Cod!

We had a lovely time and even though we arrived late at night, we had no problem finding the place. The apartment ist the ideal place to go on smaller day trips and adventures to places like P-Town or Boston. Sadly, we did not find too many public beaches nearby. There were many restaurants, fast food-chains and stores just a few minutes by car. Everything was super clean, including the kitchen and bathroom. The only thing we did not dare to use was the washing machine due to some dark spots on the inside. The interior design is beautiful and inspiring! We would definitely stay here again!

A gorgeous home to relax and unwind in, easy walk to the private beach and are shops near by. We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful place. The house is really well equipped and has an excellent manual explaining local spots as well as where to find everything in the house. My children enjoyed going for runs around the beautiful estate.

Great place and location. Enough space for 4 adults and a small child in the bunk area. Short walk to the marketplace and great spot to cook in and a grill out back.

Walkable to all local shops. Unit was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with all items needed to prepare and enjoy a meal.

Great location - walkable to downtown Falmouth, many nice trails, and the farmer's market. Long walk or short drive to Woods Hole (for Pie In The Sky and WHOI). Also very close to Windfall Market for some quick and easy food. Great host - Brian was very responsive and clear with instructions. There was a kitchen item missing, and Brian brought a new replacement in a day. The space is slightly cramped - the kitchen and couch and dining table are all in 1 room, so there isn't a much space to hang out as a group.

Marshall is a great host and made our stay in Nantucket a wonderful time. He was very helpful in recommending local companies to rent baby supplies from (e.g., stroller, pack n play), which made traveling much easier and less stressful! The condo is in a great location on Orange Street, about a 10 minute walk to Main Street and downtown Nantucket. The bedrooms were both downstairs and the living room and kitchen were upstairs - this is great for traveling with kids because we weren’t constantly worried about waking up our daughter. Overall, a great stay and we will definitely try to rent this place again for our next Nantucket trip.

This cute little townhouse was exactly what we were looking for for our girls getaway weekend! It was decorated very nice with seasonal accents. The check in and out process was seamless. Communication was great! I would highly recommend!

Amazing stay. Didn’t have to get an Uber once, everything was walkable. Brian communicated consistently.

We were in town to visit family and really appreciate the great location. Quite and peaceful but nearby amenities (the Market almost next door is amazing! Breakfast, lunch, dinner, groceries, goodies, they have it all.) and close to town. We had our 2 year old and 5 month old. Clean and nice space. Upstairs loft is roomy, and they have a baby gate. Nice bedroom downstairs. Ample off street parking. Two full bathrooms is a bonus! Excellent location, hope to re-visit this summer. Highly recommend!

Great spot, very convenient and well kept!

Very pleasant stay! Nice value, size and layout for our family of 5 (3 young kids). 2nd floor unit, accessible via stairs. Area is quiet and secluded, but very close to everything you would want to do in and around Falmouth (drive times: ~8 mins to downtown area, 7-15 mins to nice beaches, 7-10 mins to parking/shuttle for Martha’s Vineyard ferries, ~20 mins to Woods Hole). Kitchen is well appointed—we cooked half of our week’s meals. Community pool was well maintained, has deep end down to ~8ft and shallow at 3ft, and has ample tables/umbrellas/loungers. Very friendly neighbors and very responsive/gracious hosts. Would stay again!

We drove from Maryland up to the Cape, through lots of traffic. The host was great and responsive, suggesting great places for dinner. Our week was just amazing, wish we could have stayed longer. The pool was a perfect way to start and end the days and the bikes were a great way to explore the neighborhood. We really hope to return, just so much more we wanted to do.

this is a great unit with lots of space for the family. so much to do on the cape and near by. but you can just park the car and just stay put with a beach and pool! everything went perfect

Great unit! Had everything we needed for a weekend stay, close to Vineyard Haven and the ferry. Unit was clean and Matthew was very easy to communicate with! Would stay again!

I loved our stay . The place inside was bigger than I was expecting. They have so many dishes, glasses, towels, blankets, chairs, etc to use. The place was great, just wish our weather was better. Thank you for being so helpful before and during our stay . Hope to return next year .
