I moved my family to Cape Cod in September and stayed here while shopping for a permanent home. I’ve never done a long term (4+ month) Airbnb rental before and it’s a little different from the normal experience. But Jessica and family were very nice and this was the right place for us to make that transition. Conveniently located to Falmouth and Mashpee Commons and a very reasonable price for the area. There were a couple of situations that required Jessica to be very flexible with us and she was very accommodating. We would stay here again.

What a wonderful week we had on Long Pond! The home was beautiful and had everything we needed from the 4 bedrooms to the well equipped kitchen. The highlight of this home is most certainly the private lakefront beach across from the house. A place you don’t want to leave! The bike path behind the house is also a quick walk for pizza or ice cream, an added bonus! Raj was very accommodating.

A great place for my friends and family to stay when we were in town for a wedding! The loft upstairs is a little tight for tall folks, but we spent most of the time downstairs and outside on their beautiful deck/patio. Great, walkable location - thank you!

We had a wonderful ti.e staying here. The house is beautiful and accommodated everyone. There is plenty to do in the area and was a nice central aarea to take in everything the island has to offer. We would love to sstay here again. Thank you so much for hhosting us!

The house was even better than the photos! The kids enjoyed the home As much as the adults (especially the toys) and Amy was great to communicate with.

This Airbnb was large and peaceful, with easy parking, a nice pond in walking distance, close to Hyanis, and a lot of amenities like TV, bedding, towels, etc. The building is old with a bit of water damage and old appliances, but it was very clean, everything that we needed worked, and had ACs in every room. We really enjoyed our stay!

Lisa is an incredible host! She was very responsive and easy to reach. The house was very clean and neat and well equipped to make your stay easy and enjoyable. You can really tell that she cares about the home and the comfort of her guests. The home is located in a very quiet lowkey neighborhood with easy access to town and everything you need either by bike or car. I would definitely stay there again.

The Edgartown house is absolutely lovely. The owner has definitely invested alot of time and effort into the house - not only is it very very clean, they went really out of their way to have "al the little things" that you don't see in many AirBnbs - coffee supplies and both a drip and Keurig machine, a bowl of packaged snacks, hotel style towels folded on the beds, qtips and bath essentials; even mints in the bedrooms. The table was even set for a party of four with dishes, folded napkins and the works. You don't normally see this level of detail and effort in places - it's clear that Genianna knows exactly how to setup a home for a luxury stay. Of course I'm always on island in the off-season, so I didn't spend much time outside. But the deck, furniture, fire pit and hot tub do look like a great place to spend a summer evening. I almost feel like AirBnB should have Genianna teach a class to other owners how to setup a home for rental. Everything was perfect.

We had a short but pleasant stay at Gail’s and the in-law apartment was perfect! Check in was easy and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with great snacks! This is a great location for exploring Falmouth and the rest of the Cape and Gail is super friendly and responsive. We hope to stay longer next time!

My stay in the middle of winter was wonderful. Everything I needed was in the apartment. Had lovely walks on the beach. One day it snowed and the views were spectacular. Carolyn was very easy to reach and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Great price! We stayed for the weekend and had plenty of room for the 5 of us. Comfy beds and loved the outdoor patio space and shower! Would come back!

great little spot! we went to a wedding in the area and needed something close to the venue. this provided everything we needed: comfort and cleanliness :)

We enjoyed our stay. It is a very modern suite. The living room has a large TV and built-in glass fireplace. The kitchen is HGTV with a gas stove and large modern sink. The bathroom is Euro-styled behind the sliding wooden door, great water pressure. The bedroom has a great sleeping bed which always makes my stay. The place has a demure outside but once inside, you will say “Wow!”. Maria is a great, congenial host putting us on some great restaurants and places to visit. We would definitely rent again.

We had a a great time and really loved the location and communication with the host! The pond is practically the back yard and easy access to bring our kayaks in. Close to the bike trail and all of the awesome Dennis beaches. One of our best cape vacation homes we stayed at!

We really enjoyed our stay the studio was exactly as described in the photos it was very comfortable lots of space for the two of us and our dog and a great location. Andrea and Tracy included a lot of extras to help make us feel right at home. We would highly recommend this rental. Thank you.

We loved our stay at Angela’s Nantucket home. Everything was squeaky clean and she was super responsive with our questions. Location was wonderful we walked to dinner and coffee and to town to shop. We would love to come back soon!!

Lloyd is a great host and offers a wonderful place to stay. The house is exactly like the photos but better. The house is extremely clean and a great place for larger groups.

The house was absolutely gorgeous and looked better in real life than in the photos (how many times can you say that!?). Kevin was a very responsive and kind host, answering all of my questions. The location was perfect - so serene and peaceful. The outdoor space was gorgeous, the kitchen was amazing and fully stocked, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were so cozy and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this rental and would go back in a heartbeat.

We spent a relaxing week at Gabrielle’s beautiful home - mainly on the deck playing cards surrounded by beautiful vegetation. Great location with many walking paths through the woods - all of which seem to lead to the marketplace area and/or beach. The house is very nicely decorated and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Andy’s home. Clean, comfortable and attention to all the details. We all felt like everything was taken care of and we could just relax and enjoy our stay. Everything was clearly described and any directions were easy to follow. Andy was very responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. The kitchen was great to cook in. Loved the pool and hot tub. We spent hours playing all the games in the comfortable finished basement. Highly recommended; would definitely stay again!

This was our first visit to Nantucket, and Robert‘s property was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. It was my husband and I and our three adult children, and we had plenty of room and everything that we needed, and more! We rented bikes and biked everywhere. It was also an easy walk into town as well. Thank you Robert for sharing your beautiful home with us. We will be back!

The house is extremely big, comfortable and cute. bedrooms are big, but the 1st floor bedroom definitely needs a new mattress. love the open concept of the kitchen, one thing I wish they had was a blender. Tom provided us with gallons of water which I am really thankful for it. The home was clean, beautiful backyard, quite neighborhood. Overall my family were comfortable, enjoyed our stay, and will definitely stay again.

Very stylish interior, super clean, well equipped, we immediately felt extremely comfortable. The pool had the perfect temperature even for longer stays in the water. We would book again in a heartbeat! Thanks a lot!
