First and foremost, the view of the ocean from the unit is absolutely gorgeous! Both the master bedroom and the living room have floor to ceiling windows with clear and close up views of the oceans. The unit itself is extremely cozy and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home. The building itself is a bit on the older side and there isn't much around the surrounding areas, but this didn't matter as there was a very nice heated pool and the beach was just on the other side of the pool with private access to the building. Robert was responsive and periodically checked in on us. All in all an amazing experience and would love to visit again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Lauren’s place. Comfy bed, great water pressure in the shower, and was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is just lovely with the cascading trees and amenities and beach very close by!

We were very happy with our stay...unbeatable location and value for us. Catherine was willing to let us check in a couple of hours early. We had a bit of a hiccup getting in the front gate but Catherine was readily available to help us and the rest of our stay was great. I'm hopeful we can schedule another stay next year.

Would definitely book again! I love the location it’s on the main strip with the beach right behind it.

If you’re traveling to Daytona Beach this is the place to stay! Airy was a wonderful host and the room was spotless. The ocean view from the balcony of the room was unforgettable! The tiki bar right downstairs was such a bonus. We couldn’t get enough of those Pina coladas. We’re both so sad to leave such an amazing place.

Katie's unit in Pirates Cove is just like the pictures and description. Pirates Cove got hit pretty hard by Hirricane Milton and is still going through some repairs so the building itself looks like it is in disrepair but it's just in the middle of getting it's face-lift. The location is great if you want to walk to some of the local restaurants or want a quick drive over one of the main bridges to get you into the beautiful town area with local shops and eateries. The until itself was a good size for the two of us and the communication with Katie's property managers was superb,very quick to respond and offered some great suggestions. My hubby loved the shower, we took advantage of the double balconies to do our morning time with Lord separately and the dual a/c units made it great for us to climate control the areas we were in. The balcony closest to the beach made people and wave watching easy. We enjoyed our stay and the condo has a great home feel.

My friends and I enjoyed staying at Andrea’s condo. Very clean, looked just like the pictures, and amazing views! I would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends/family

Mark was a wonderful, responsive host. The kitchen was fully equipped with anything you could possibly need. There is also plenty of great beach equipment and toys. The condo complex also had a great variety of activities and the unit was conveniently located in close proximity to it ALL! We had a great time!

We loved our time here. It’s spotless, incredibly comfortable and the best views. Absolutely perfect location and set up.

We had a wonderful time at Jeff’s place! The house was very clean. The layout and the look of the house was great! There wasn’t any soap or extra toilet paper than what was on the holder, so make sure to bring your own. Which isn’t a problem if you know ahead of time. We pack that stuff anyways just in case. The resort itself was great! They have pools, tennis courts, and a little nature hiking trail. The beach is very easy to get to. Doesn’t take long to walk there. My family and I really enjoyed our time here and we look forward to spending more vacations here again in the future!

My family & I couldn’t be happier with our experience here! We came to New Smyrna for a family wedding, and all 7 of us loved everything about this property. It was clean, convenient & comfortable and had every detail and amenity we could want including awesome instructions about everything from parking to using the TV and beyond. Our hosts were super friendly and responsive, and the area is great. If we ever come back to New Smyrna, there’s no other place we would rather stay - It was perfect!

Laurie's place was great! The walk away from an uncrowned beach, great amenities and a responsive host made for an amazing trip! The condo is stocked with everything you could need for a perfect beach vacation:) we would definitely stay here again!

A slice of paradise! We spent 4 weeks here. Secure building, great location, good free parking, nice pool, sauna and exercise room. The pool was wonderful, and the beach is stunning. Grocery and wine stores under a 5 minute drive. 20 minute drives to 4 public golf courses. Apartment clean, and very comfortable. Great bed, shower and kitchen, highly recommend!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect—just a short, easy walk to a beautiful beach. The property itself was lovely, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire visit. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. Home exceeded our expectations. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Close to beach, restaurants and stores.

Four of us came down for Daytona Bike Week and stayed in this beautiful home. Walked into a freshly cleaned and smelling just as good large living room. The kitchen and second living room is very spacious. Loved playing pool on the back screened in porch. The bedrooms are all a good size to each have a comfortable king bed in them. The garage easily fit 3 Harleys. The yard easily fit two trucks and two enclosed trailers. We had no complaints, the home was great and so were the hosts. We would definitely stay here again!

We have family in Deltona and have stayed at multiple homes in the area with Airbnb and Will’s place is the best. Very convenient to the local Walmart community market and to I-4. The home itself was updated and modern. The house was clean and it was clear that they take good care to make sure the guests have a good time. We very much enjoyed the space and will seek it out again in the future.

Beautiful, peaceful and serene. Perfect location in a private & quiet country setting, just minutes away from restaurants, grocery, shopping, etc. Although in Sanford, it only took ~50 minutes to get to Disney via 417. Luxurious & inspiring interior with professional design. Every bed was oh-so-comfy, including the twin beds. Fabulous & comfortable screened porch. We didn't want to leave & look forward to hopefully staying again...Wonderful! The host is excellent at communications.

The home is equipped with just about anything you could possibly need. We had 2 adults, 3 boys (high school and college ages) and 2 dogs. The boys loved having access to a keyboard and guitar while they were away from home. The dogs loved the large fully fenced in yard and pool (the back yard is larger than it appears). Our Golden Retriever especially was in haven here. Not only did he have access to a pool, but Dory had tons of dog toys inside and tons of balls outside waiting for him. She even has the perfect set up to keep the wet dogs in the laundry room while they dry off. Our 2nd dog with us has dementia and doesn't know what he's doing most of the time. That little guy didn't realize there was a pool and fell in a few times. Dory was prepared (because she has thought of everything) and already had 2 dog life vests in the home. We got to meet Dory, and she is an absolute pleasure. So much so that I wish we lived closer so that we could be friends.

My father and I were in Florida for Daytona 500 and needed an affordable place to stay that was relatively close to Daytona. This home fit the bill. Clean, pristine, not cluttered, and was exactly as advertised. Excellent place!

William was an excellent host. Always responsive and willing to work with me and my friends on our specific requests. The place was very cozy and homey in a great way. It met our needs perfectly.
