A group of four girls stayed for Daytona Galentine's day weekend. Louises place was accurately as described and exceeded our expectations. She had plenty of cooking equipment, linens and the condo was clean. The porch area was very spacious and overlooks a new community patio area with four charcoal grills. There is also a new gate with stairs to go down to the beach straight out front. At the time of staying, one pool was open and the other was closed down for repairs. Louise was very responsive and property manager was helpful in checking us in and showing us some of the amenities on the property. Two of us ate at the restaurant on the premises, Adams Egg, they enjoyed breakfast. Within walking distance there is a gas station and souvenir store. We will stay again in the future if the opportunity presents itself. Thanks, Louise.

China’s place is as described! Felt very comfortable. Check in was easy and China communicated very well. Would stay there again!

We stayed for a wedding that was close to the location. The location was very convenient. It was set up cute on the inside too!

This place was awesome! We had a comfy place to rest our heads after our concert!! I can’t even tell you how super close to UCF this place is!!!! It was perfect in every aspect, great for restaurants and things to see and do!! Thank you for a great place to rest my head!

Do not hesitate!! David was an amazing host! The condo was exactly as described and a perfect location for our trip. Everything from start to finish, allowed us to have a relaxing and fun time. The condo is clean with all the necessary amenities and the BED is huge and Very Comfortable. Plenty of free parking. The view is amazing, waking up in the morning and watching the sunrise and the waves hitting the beach through the huge window was great. The view is unmatched. This condo is within walking distance to Landshark, Crabby's and The Ocean Deck. So while your time at the beach and pool are quiet, you can enjoy good food, live music and beach bars. Do not forget Adam's Egg, located on the property, great little breakfast spot. Thank you David, we hope to come again!

We enjoyed our stay at Ashley’s place. Our group was comfortable and felt right at home. The beds were very comfortable. We were right off of the main highway, but didn’t feel it, with the trees surrounding us. The access to the beach was key. Thank you Ashley, we will definitely consider your place when visiting Florida again.

It was really nice and convenient to the beach and the tiki bar and pool was super nice with plenty of seating at the pool close to restaurants some within walking distance The room had very nice views to the beach and pool will definitely stay here again

We loved staying here! It was amazing to enjoy our morning coffee on the balcony, overlooking the ocean. We loved time on the beach and our kids were thankful for the skim boards and other beach toys that were provided. What an amazing weekend away for us!

We so loved this place!! Everything you might need was there. The street was amazingly quiet and the house was spotless. Laura has thought of everything! We will definitely stay there every time we visit Ormond beach.

This is the finest Airbnb I've had the pleasure of staying in. Everything was immaculately maintained, from the linen to the appliances, towels, and washcloths. The owner has thoughtfully provided every essential amenity one would find at home. Given the opportunity, I would unequivocally choose to stay at this property again and highly recommend it to others.

Thank you so much for letting us rent this little studio apartment. It was nice and pleasantly furnished. We appreciated the bottled water and the snacks. The kitchen is stocked with basics and the keurig has a variety of k-cups which was nice to have. The bed was comfy and so was the couch. The train woke us up on the first night, but after that it didn't bother us at all. It definitely wasn't an issue. The check-in was straight forward and easy. When you get inside there's a complete guide to everything you need to know about the studio and the area. Everything is well thought out and organized. We would stay here again and recommend it to others visiting the area. Thank you again!

Absolutely loved staying here. The house so nice and cozy. I loved the kitchen so much! The area was great. About 20 minutes from universal and there were stores and restaurants close by! I would definitely stay again!

Awesome place, very convenient and a great getaway!

The location was great; we had everything we needed. It was close to the springs and about 30 minutes from the major parks. It is in a quiet, quaint neighborhood and very cozy. I would highly recommend it! The host made sure to provide all the recommended local spots and springs on the information sheet, for which we were grateful. Apopka is a nice little place; hopefully, we will return in the future.

Amy’s place was very welcoming and cozy. It was exactly as she described it and the pictures don’t do it justice. View of the ocean, the beach is right there, place was immaculate, grounds were beautifully kept and the pool was always clean. Lots to do and see around the area. Many great restaurants, recommend Northwood Treehouse, so delicious. Lots of lounge chairs and shuffleboard available as well. Amy was amazing, responded quickly to messages, answered all our questions and had a nice welcome surprise for us. She provided everything, including chairs for the beach and beach towels. I would absolutely recommend Amy’s place to everyone and we will definitely be back. Thank you Amy for an amazing vacation, felt like home away from home. Mark and Shirley

What an adorable little unit! Everything we needed in a compact Space. We had a great stay. The Beach was steps away, tiki bar, continental breakfast, beach chairs, etc, just perfect for the two of us. We loved this place, we hope to be back again soon.

I could write a novel about how amazing Melanie’s condo is! We felt like this was a home away from home! The view is out of this world and the beds were amazingly comfortable and everything was spotless. If you can think of it Melanie had it. Everything from beach towels to spices for cooking steak to detergent to sunscreen. It was quiet and felt very safe. My kids loved waking up to the views of the sunrise every morning and they are already asking when we can go back! All of the residents in the building were incredibly friendly to us and we felt very welcome :)

Enrico was extremely nice and helpful from the beginning to the end. He was very responsive and answered any questions quickly. Lisa helped us get into the place and was right there to meet us. Easy and quick plus directions and instructions and made sure we did not have any questions. This place is in a beautiful area with the most beautiful views you could ever imagine. The place was very clean (spotless)and made you feel very much at home. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! 😍 Only wish we could have stayed there longer to enjoy ourselves. 😎 The restaurant at the top is also a must to enjoy the sunset and delicious food. This was our 2nd time staying at The Fountain. We love the area and feel very safe here. The beach access is amazing and all of the amenities offered. This place was spacious and very well maintained which we appreciate when staying a long stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

A slice of paradise! We spent 4 weeks here. Secure building, great location, good free parking, nice pool, sauna and exercise room. The pool was wonderful, and the beach is stunning. Grocery and wine stores under a 5 minute drive. 20 minute drives to 4 public golf courses. Apartment clean, and very comfortable. Great bed, shower and kitchen, highly recommend!

Very nice! The lanai helped make the living area look and feel much larger than it is. Very quiet and nice complex. Great view of the Indian river. The location is only minutes away from beach, parks, restaurants and stores.
