Christine's place was very pleasant and we felt very safe there (very important for we girls who stayed there). We came and left the townhouse at all hours due to a very hectic schedule and always felt secure. I would love to stay in this comfortable townhouse again.

We enjoyed our stay at Melody‘s place. It’s very close to the beach and the beds were comfortable, plus, it was nice to have our dog with us. It was clean and overall enjoyable, especially for the price.

We enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was very comfortable and well furnished. The flight of stairs to the first floor and the flight of stairs to the bedrooms were challenging to our knees. Having a garage for our boat and beach stuff was very much appreciated. It was in a lovely location. I recommend getting the annual pass for the dog beach online before going. It is $20. The entrance fee to the beach without a pass is $11. The front and rear porches and front door were inaccessible due to construction and will be for a few more weeks at least.

This location can't be beat. It was perfect for early beach visits and afternoon pool time. There is easy beach access right out the front door and close to a shower so you can rinse off when you leave the beach. The community is very clean and quiet. The space is equipped with all you need for a relaxing beach vacation. WiFi worked great throughout the home. The space seems a bit dated, however that is part of the charm. I felt at home and very comfortable, especially with my small children. I can't recommend this place enough.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days over Christmas while visiting family in the area and it worked out lovely!!! We had our dog with us, so this was the perfect apartment for us. Nice fenced in yard and felt very private but yet still walking distance to Daytona Beach and restaurants! We had booked this very last minute and Aurelia communicated promptly and clearly with check in instructions. Very clean and tidy with everything you would need in the kitchen to make some meals if you are staying awhile. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Definitely check out Pat’s Riverfront cafe just around the block for some great basic breakfast or lunch with a nice view! Would definitely stay here again- what a gem!

Perfect location for our needs. The home is more spacious than expected and loved the style of the furnishings and decorations. The host is super helpful and very responsive. Great touches throughout and felt very welcomed.

Nice little spot that was very clean. The host is very responsive and accommodating. This has nothing to do with the host but pay attention to the tide charts! The house is right across the street from the beach but when it is high tide there is not really any beach there.

This was the perfect spot for me to stay for a weekend trip to visit central FL. The house was spotless and had everything I needed. I cooked the first night and wasn’t missing anything. The 2nd night I wanted to try some local spots and Erik was able to give me some good suggestions just a short 5-10 min drive to downtown Sanford which is super cute. The beds were comfy and the amenities were updated and modern. I also am a single woman and felt very safe in this location. I also loved there was a private gym on the property so I could get a sweat out in the AM. Erik was great to communicate with helped me with check in, check out, and suggestions on places to eat at and visit during my stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this host and Airbnb for your next stay. Location: 30 min from theme parks, 10 min from down town Sanford, 45 min from beach. Overall cannot complain

Absolutely beautiful place!! The house was in the perfect location and a great location for the beach!! The backyard was amazing we loved the fire pit!! Kerrie was a wonderful host and so helpful and very knowledgeable with all my questions!! Would recommend this beautiful place to anyone!!

Perfect place for our mother-daughter getaway. Only a short walk to the beach and pool area. Kolleen was an excellent host. She went above and beyond to purchase a beach umbrella for my daughter and she provided local recommendations of things to do and places to eat. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was great! The condo was so clean and tidy. They had everything there we could have needed and more. Lucasz was very responsive and informational in correspondence we had with them. We would definitely stay here again!

This is right off of the main drag. It was awesome to be able to see the ocean from the place. Lots of restaurants to try and great location to stay. We all would definitely stay here again!!!

Wonderful host. Accommodating to myself and my service dog. Proximity to downtown NSB and beach is par to none. Proactive communication regarding property work that was being done down the street. Christina’s place was perfect for our family trip to the beach. The house was very clean and inviting, the location was great for spending lots of time on the beach and walking to dinner, and it was well stocked with amenities for food prep and beach time. We’d definitely stay again.

Fue una experiencia excelente en todos los aspectos. Desde el principio, la comunicación fue impecable, con una disposición total para ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitamos. Nos permitió extender nuestra renta sin ningún inconveniente, lo que hizo que nuestra estadía fuera aún más cómoda. El lugar estaba tal cual se describe en la publicación, e incluso mejor. Contaba con todo lo necesario para hacernos sentir como en casa, con un ambiente muy acogedor y bien equipado. We had a great stay- the house was super convenient to everything. One surprise was that it was very quiet! You couldn’t hear between the floors which was rare and nice! There were lots of things left in the house, soap, shampoo, cooking items, etc. Close list was reasonable, sign in easy and host responsive. Thanks for a great stay!
