Nice, well appointed condo. Teen girls loved their studio apartment while my husband and I enjoyed the one bedroom apartment. We felt safe w the security of the building. Parking very convenient on same level of condo. Beautiful beach, nice pools, restaurants walking distance. Publix 10 min drive.

First and foremost, the view of the ocean from the unit is absolutely gorgeous! Both the master bedroom and the living room have floor to ceiling windows with clear and close up views of the oceans. The unit itself is extremely cozy and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home. The building itself is a bit on the older side and there isn't much around the surrounding areas, but this didn't matter as there was a very nice heated pool and the beach was just on the other side of the pool with private access to the building. Robert was responsive and periodically checked in on us. All in all an amazing experience and would love to visit again!

Nejma’s place was perfect for my 3 night stay. Her place is clean, comfortable and convenient. The beach and all the fun on Flagler Ave is easily walkable. I never drove once during my stay. The courtyard and breezeway on the grounds is a peaceful oasis that is decorated beautifully. Highly recommend grabbing a coffee at Cool Beans and taking it all in. Nejma is friendly and very personable. I’d stay again!

Scott and Selma were amazing. They communicated efficiently and answered very quickly. I definitely will be back to this spot as the place was beautiful and the location was perfect. My first time at an Airbnb and they exceeded my expectations!!! 10/10.

This place is better than as described. Clean. Spacious. Safe. conveniently located. Near conveniences like restaurants, the beach, drug stores, grocery stores, gas stations, whatever you could need or want. It’s in a nice building in a decent neighborhood. Hosts promptly responded to our requests regarding check-in time. Nothing ever went wrong while we were there that would have required to contact. But I’m quite sure they would act as promptly as they did before we arrived.

What a fantastic place to stay. Steps from the ocean, a short walk from great restaurants, and the feel of old Florida but with air conditioning. The host was a great communicator, very accommodating, and the rental was exactly as described in the listing. We love beach vacations and often it is the small things that make a huge difference. Having enough towels is one of those things. Not here. There were plenty of towels and a large capacity washer and dryer as well. Plenty of beach size towels for our daily beach time right across the street. The unit was well stocked, very clean and met all of our needs and expectations. An evening stroll to any of the fantastic restaurants just down the street was a pleasure. We didn't have a bad meal at any of them and the prices were very reasonable. This was a great place to stay. If our travels take us back to Flagler Beach we will certainly be renting this unit again.

We loved staying here! It was amazing to enjoy our morning coffee on the balcony, overlooking the ocean. We loved time on the beach and our kids were thankful for the skim boards and other beach toys that were provided. What an amazing weekend away for us!

Really great time! We brought our dogs for the spring break weekend. Super close to the strip of restaurants on the beach. Was a little pricey? But it’s spring break so I understand. Would definitely stay again in the future. There were guests upstairs, you can hear them walk around so that was the only complaint. They had a party one of the nights so it was pretty loud , but again, it’s spring break in Florida. Totally understandable. We spent most of our time out and about, so we didn’t mind too much. Love the New Smyrna area ✌🏼

Thankyou for a wonderful trip. You were a host that we will remember for a long timw. Your place was perfect for our trip. More spacious than it looks. But most of all, you were the kindest, most proactive host we've ever had. And check-in was a breeze and so well explained. And for ONCE the check out instructions were WONDERFUL. So simple and didn't seem like so many rules and things to do lol. Sounds silly, but it was so nice. The quick walk across to the beach was just wonderful! I feel like we should know you! You were just that friendly! ❤️❤️

This was the perfect place for us to use has home base while doing a series of day trips. Restaurants and grocery stores were just minutes away. Loved how quiet the neighborhood was, and especially enjoyed waking over to a nearby park with a great playground and open spaces for frisbee and running around. Beds were so comfortable, and there was a variety of pillows to choose from.

We looked for a home in a quiet location right on the beach that allows pets. This beachfront home was perfect for our week long stay. We got up every morning for the absolutely beautiful sunrise, visited with our daughter in Daytona during the day and then returned to be on the beach to look at the stars and even saw 2 rocket launches. The private ramp to the beach is only about 20 steps and your feet are in the sand. The neighbors on the road are friendly too. We easily walked to get coffee, breakfast and pick up a pizza and groceries. The pictures listed are spot on, so what you see is what is there. The home has everything including paper products, spices, and cleaning products. I could tell there was a light smokey smell as another renter mentioned, but nothing that would make us not rent again. Miss the view of the sunrise already!

We rented this Airbnb while we were in the area to visit family. It was perfect for us! My sister and I could each have our own bedroom and bathroom, and the common area was big enough to have our local family over for an evening, serve coffee and dessert, play games, etc. The house was very clean, which we appreciated. The neighborhood is not posh but we felt safe, and it’s quiet. (The house is a duplex so there is a neighbor, but even when that person was home, it was quiet.) The host was very responsive both before and during our stay. We will definitely try to book this house next time we’re back in Altamonte Springs!

HAD A WONDERFUL STAY AND KIM WAS ONE OF THE BEST HOST I'VE HAD!!!

The house was very clean and open. Our dogs loved the fenced in backyard to run around. Everything was new. We also like the garage being big to pull in our vehicle in. It's not far at all from Downtown Sanford with great local shops and food.

The house was perfect! It was very clean, near the beach, with everything needed for time spent at the beach, like surfs, balls, trolley, simply everything! There was also a washing machine and dryer, which was very cool. The beds were very comfy, peaceful neighborhood around, sleeping there was like in the fairytale. Kitchen has the basic spices for cooking, containing fridge, fully equipped. We recommend this accomodation, communication with owner was very easy and quick, instructions clear. Definitely we would like to go back again some day.

The condo was awesome! Perfect for multiple families. It is right on the ocean with plenty of views. It is very peaceful. We will be going back!

We loved our time here. It’s spotless, incredibly comfortable and the best views. Absolutely perfect location and set up.

everything was spot on except I'm 70 and had a problem with the TVs. also, the internet, Spectrum, kept going down.

The condo was perfect! Daniel had amenities stocked like toilet paper, paper towels, etc. The beds were comfortable. There were chairs, flotations, tents, and things to use to play on the beach. The pool was clean and comfortable to spend the day lounging engrossed in a good book. The location close to Daytona, yet in a quieter areal, was ideal!

A slice of paradise! We spent 4 weeks here. Secure building, great location, good free parking, nice pool, sauna and exercise room. The pool was wonderful, and the beach is stunning. Grocery and wine stores under a 5 minute drive. 20 minute drives to 4 public golf courses. Apartment clean, and very comfortable. Great bed, shower and kitchen, highly recommend!

I would just like to start off with the place. The surroundings are beautiful if you are on the porch you can see the river and the ocean you get an amazing view of the sunset. There are so many things to do in Daytona Beach and this was the second time I have stayed here at Carries Condo. Definitely will be staying again! The condo is always clean and the kitchen is stocked with any utensils you need for your Vacation/Stay. I absolutely love staying in this condo. Thank you Carrie for letting my family of 4 stay at your condo!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect—just a short, easy walk to a beautiful beach. The property itself was lovely, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire visit. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable vacation.
