The house was very roomy and well laid out. We loved all the windows that looked out on a beautiful yard in a quiet neighborhood. The shelves were well stocked, and the host provided useful kitchen and bathroom items, as well as books and games. The children made good use of the game room upstairs. The pool was clean, and we enjoyed relaxing on the deck. It was a wonderful place for our large family to stay.

We had the best vacation with wonderful memories. The most important part of our vacation was having a place to enjoy with our older dog who loves to swim. This may be our last summer with him and coming to Higbys was the best decision. They directed us immediately to the swimming area for him and it was perfect. Everyone was so friendly and went out of their way. Thank you for one of the best vacations. The memories will last a lifetime!

Patti as a host was amazing. Was very responsive and allowed my group an early check in since we made a better time for our arrival. The house was everything as described. Linens were all spotless and the beds were really comfortable. The house was super clean and had anything you would need during your stay. The location is perfect. Tucked just far enough back that you can enjoy privacy.

Perfect for what we were looking for. Very convenient ski in/out right off the slopes. Very responsive host and very clean.

Place was perfect for our weekend. We had tickets to see Gary Allen Saturday night at Warner Theater, was only a 10 min ride from here. Faith was great with communication and helpful with anything we needed. We relaxed in the hot tub, had breakfast at a restaurant that was writhing walking distance. Overall we had a great experience and I’d definitely stay again if we are in the area.

We took our kids up skiing for their second time. The place was convenient, clean and spacious. Check in and check out instructions are very detail and helpful. We loved it! We definitely want to go again. If this place is available BOOK IT

The home was actually better than the photos! It was extremely clean, first class, and well appointed. The attention to detail was amzing. She even left little snack baskets out for us. We had 3 kids aged 5 to 14 with us and there were tons of games and activities in the house for them to use. The dining table was large enough to hold all of us comfortably (we had 7 people). The kitchen had everything we could have wanted. There was firewood already cut up and ready to use in the fireplace. We also like how the house was laid out. The kids pretty much had the lower level, the main level was parents and main living areas, and the grandparents had the nice upper loft level. We had several questions during our stay and Denise was expremely responsive in helping us out. We hope to be able to return for another vacation.

This was our first Airbnb experience and we couldn’t have asked for better hosts! Jonie and Ryan were very helpful and the home suited our needs perfectly. We enjoyed the ample space and beautiful river view!

We had a quick weekend trip scheduled for our anniversary that was over shadowed with a death in the family. Kathryn offered us to reschedule and we graciously accepted. The home is beautiful! with everything you could need. It was nice to relax for the weekend. Westfield is a great little town for antique shops and wineries. The restaurants are so good! Brazill's and the Parkview were our favorite's. Buttercream Babe had delicious cupcakes too! can't wait to come back.

I spent a few days at Sharon's place with my husband and kids. We had a fabulous time! The coloring books and board games made my littlest feel right at home, the kids *loved* the sleep machines in the bedrooms. the beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was stocked nicely so I saved so much on takeout! oh and there were lots of towels and even extra blankets! i would definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful stay at this charming farmhouse! The space was peaceful, private, and perfect for relaxing. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we especially loved the thoughtful breakfast treat that perfectly matched the theme—it was such a special touch! One of the coolest parts of the stay was getting to experience the free-range chickens, peacocks, ducks, and guinea fowl roaming the property—it added such a unique and fun touch to the whole atmosphere. The home itself is spacious making it an ideal spot for a larger group. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

The house was very spacious and had 3 really nice bathrooms. Common areas had a lot of space and we never felt like we were tripping over each other. Perfect place for quality family time and enjoying the beauty of the lake!

What a beautiful home, very clean, well laid out and plenty of room for all of us to stay and relax for a long weekend to attend our daughters wedding. Host was VERY responsive and very friendly. Could not have asked for a better place to stay during this wonderful event. Loved seeing the rabbits playing in the yard at night and the chipmunks playing on the patio every morning.

This property was perfect for our large group of 30. It is essentially 2 different houses, each with all the comforts of home. The beds were super comfy and there were plenty of bathrooms, several equipped with large jacuzzi tubs. The host was responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. We stayed here during a snowstorm, but we cant wait to rent it again in the spring or summer when we can go to the beach. I highly reccommend booking this property if youre travelling with a large group.

Sherri's place was perfect for our girl's getaway. We stayed for 3 nights and felt right at home. The kitchen was well equipped and made it easy to prepare our meals. We didn't have any issues but Sherri was quick to respond to any questions. We chatted, cooked, walked around the property and watched a few movies. We truly enjoyed our stay. We would like to return again to see any new projects.

This house was amazing! Beautiful, comfortable and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood quiet for peaceful nights sleep. It was a great place to gather and make memories. Loved the large couches on both levels. The kitchen being open to the living room area was so nice to have everyone still all together and chatting while also preparing meals. It was very close to town with nice variety of restaurants to choose from. It was also great having three full bathrooms. The house was very clean and provided all we needed for weekend getaway. Three retired old guys stayed here for a week's long steelhead fishing trip. The house was roomy and comfortable. Amenities were all good for our purposes. Patty, the host answered her phone each of the four times I called her with questions and provided the answers making our stay go uneventful.
