We could not have asked for a better place to stay during our stay in Edinburgh. Di was friendly and helpful, and we felt very comfortable. The neighbourhood was amazing, and we had fun shopping and trying different restaurants. Easy access to the Royal Mile, and it was lovely to have a quiet spot to return to at the end of the day. Everything was perfect, and we are grateful we had the opportunity to stay at such a lovely location.

I stayed at this wonderful property for a few days right after getting married, kicking off my honeymoon while also showing my new in-laws some of the best parts of the UK. The entire family had a great time here—it’s clean, very spacious, and truly felt like home. We did run into a minor issue with a bathroom leak (a bit of bad luck on my part, I suppose), but the host was incredibly responsive and did everything they could to resolve it quickly. I really appreciate how it was handled and am grateful for the prompt attention. Overall, I highly recommend this lovely property. If I’m ever in Edinburgh again with family or friends, I’d definitely check if this place is available before considering other options in the Old Town area. A big thank you to the superhosts for your kindness, patience, and excellent communication in making sure everything went smoothly during our stay. 🙏🙏♥️

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Daniela. L’endroit est magnifique, en pleine nature, sur le golf et la demeure, rénovée par Daniela et son mari, est magnifique. Nous avons été charmés par la maison, le site, l’accueil de Daniela et les dimensions de la maison (nous étions 8, c’était vraiment parfait!). Daniela s est montrée extrêmement attentionnée, réactive et à l’écoute. De plus, le logement est à 15 minutes de l’aéroport: le confort de la proximité pour éviter des transports sans aucune nuisance sonore. Enfin, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité de la literie et du linge de maison. C’était PAR-FAIT 👌🤩🥰

Great location for easy (& cheap) tram access to the city. The house was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. Nearby bars and shops if you want to stay local. Laura’s extensive information prior to check-in was superb and communication fantastic. Would highly recommend her as a host and hope to go back again in the future. Thank you so much Laura.

A wonderful great stay. Would highly recommend. Coming from the states I didn’t miss any of the modern luxuries of housing. Fully functional kitchen, and warm spaces with lots of natural light. A truly home away from home feeling. Thank you and hope to meet again in the future.

Excellent place to stay. Clean, comfortable, warm, quiet, well equipped and easy to get into town by bus. Would recommend and would stay again.

Jamie is an absolutely lovely host and the flat is beautiful and spotless. The bus stop right outside is very handy, also the Co Op just around the corner. Not the most salubrious area but nice and quiet. Would definitely stay there again, an ideal base for exploring Edinburgh.

Lovely flat with balcony and views across to Arthurs Seat. Had everything we needed and Slawomir provided coffee, toilet rolls and toiletries. Parking onsite and lift access to apartment. Slawomir was a great host, responsive and met us on arrival. Perfect space for the 4 of us.

The flat was warm, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We didn’t cook but the kitchen was very well equipped. It is in a great location, only a couple of minutes walk to vibrant Stockbridge, but not noisy. The hosts were easy to contact and very helpful. We would definitely choose to stay there again.

Over the years, I've stayed in places around the world that I've booked through Airbnb. This listing is one of the best I've experienced. The location is fabulous: many places I could walk to, and bus stops were convenient when I wanted to ride public transportation. The flat is comfortable, the kitchen very useable, and the laundry machine a treat to have onsite. I also loved having Kay's Bar, a truly neighborhood pub, a short stroll away.

Spot on location. No issues with off street parking and within 5 minutes walking distance of the tram, straight into Princess Street. Nice, clean flat with everything that I needed for our long weekend during rugby 6 nations. Have marked up as an Airbnb ‘favourite’ .

We loved our stay in Stockbridge and this Airbnb was perfect for our small family. Can had great instructions getting in and was very flexible. The home had everything you could need from hooks, umbrellas, a drying rack and sugar and milk packets. There is a lovely park near by, we loved the Raeburn and would highly recommend the Pastry Section which sells out of baked goods daily. We will be back to Edinburgh and would love to stay again.

We loved our stay at Donna's flat in West End! The flat is gorgeous, peaceful, and an easy distance from everything the city has to offer. We walked everywhere and, for those moments we needed a break, the tram was a great fallback. Donna was a fabulous host. She answered all our questions, made check-in and check-out a breeze, and handled any issues quickly. We would definitely stay here again and highly, highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet base from which they can explore the city. Thanks for an unforgettable stay, Donna! Food Recommendations: Palmerston (for a delicious food adventure with local fare), The Grosvenor (for great pub food and fried haggis), Sainsbury's Local (for grocery needs), Colonnades Afternoon Tea at the Signet Library (unbelievable high tea experience; 10/10), and the Whiski Rooms (more pub food and excellent whisky options). The first 3 are right around the corner, and the last 2, I'd recommend taking the tram.

V apartmánu jsme strávili týden s dvouletým dítětem a měli jsme zde k dispozici vše, co jsme potřebovali. Apartmán se nachází na skvělém místě - v bezprostřední vzdálenosti od autobusových zastávek (autobusem 20 minut na letiště či opačným směrem do centra), 5 minut pěšky menší supermarket, 15 minut pěšky velký supermarket, 5 minut pěšky dětské hřiště. Parkování auta v nedaleké ulici zdarma. Velmi si vážíme také možnosti ubytovat se o půl hodiny dříve a naopak odjezdu v brzkých ranních hodinách (ve 4:15) díky bezkontaktnímu check-outu. Majitelé reagovali na všechny zprávy téměř okamžitě. Stavba sousedů nás vůbec neomezovala ani nerušila. Nevyhovovala nám pouze úzká a příliš měkká postel a hůř ovladatelná sprcha. I přesto ubytování všem doporučujeme.

This property was exactly what we needed for our short stay in Edinburgh. It was close enough to the city centre that we were able to easily access attractions yet it was far enough away that the area was quiet, safe and easy to find with space for parking which was a big bonus for us. The property had everything we needed for our family, plenty of space for our kids, the kitchen was well sized and the loungeroom/dining area suited us well and it was wonderful to have access to two well sized bathrooms. The hosts were very approachable and communicative throughout our stay, helping us with any issue we had, even helping us with a lost Apple Watch that they were able to find and send back to us. We will definitely be recommending this place to friends.

Fantastic dwelling, great location and excellent hosts. We will definitely look to return to Edinburgh in the future and seek this residence as well as highly recommending it to our friends and family. Our hosts Mark and Dayna were wonderful especially with their wonderful gesture of allowing us to stay an extra night, free of charge, due to The Hogmanay Festival being cancelled. Thank you again. Nevertheless a wonderful visit to Edinburgh underpinned by an excellent apartment and generous hosts.

I recently stayed at an amazing Airbnb, and it truly exceeded my expectations! The space was beautifully designed, clean, and incredibly well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. From the cozy bed to the fully stocked kitchen, every detail was thoughtfully arranged. What made this Airbnb stand out, aside from the great accommodations, was the seamless communication. The host provided clear instructions and helpful tips for the area, making the check-in process effortless. Even though I never met the host in person, their attention to detail and responsiveness made me feel taken care of. Overall, I highly recommend this

Comfortable stay in Haymarket Edinburgh. Easy accessible to the city center and. Clear instructions given for check in and check out. Met the host during the check in and the host is very kind and helpful. The stay is at 4th floor. Quiet and clean stay. Love it !

For us (myself, wife + 9-year old child) the apartment at the Old Distillery was the perfect accommodation for a long weekend near Edinburgh. We focused on going to the city (just a 35 min train ride away), but there is also the beautiful Fife coastline to explore, so its really the best of both worlds. The apartment is within a beautiful house where you have the upper floor of that to yourself and it felt very private and secluded. The decoration is very tasteful and arty, but cosy at the same time, so we felt home immediately. The house is located within a residential area and we found the apartment very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely consider coming back for another stay.

Nos ha encantado alojarnos en el apartamento de Jana. La ubicación es perfecta, está en el centro histórico de Edimburgo, al lado del Museo, la Royal Mille, el Castillo, el Palacio Real y en nuestro caso, también pudimos disfrutar del mercado Navideño. Alrededor hay restaurantes y supermercados. Pero al mismo tiempo, se encuentra en una calle, apartada de todo el ruido y bullicio de la Ciudad. El descanso y la tranquilidad en la zona es genial. Dentro del apartamento, Jana cuida al máximo todos los detalles, café, azúcar, te. Todo tipo de menaje en la cocina, no echamos en falta nada. Muchas gracias Jana, nuestra experiencia en Edimburgo ha sido un regalo.

First of all, Ryan let me drop my bags at the flat around 11A, which was SO nice, and opened up my options for day #1 sightseeing. The flat is in a great location: away from the hubbub of Princes Street (where I spent the first two nights due to a change in plans, and don’t get me wrong, Princes Street is great, but it’s hopping), but 11 stops (22 min) on the 10 bus from Princes Street, if that’s where you’re headed. Two highlights: 1) The laundry game here is STRONG, including a descending drying rack in the laundry room which I’m 100% going to copy as soon as I get home. 2) GREAT shower. I used the tub mat, because if I fall in the shower, it’s going to be bad. 3) Convenience store across the street, Lidl (grocery) within a mile walk. Take your bag to both, as a reminder (I had to run back across the street). Thanks, Ryan. I hope to be back next year for the Edinburgh curling tournament. John
