Edinburgh Old Town, Édimbourg : locations de vacances avec terrasse

We had a lovely stay to celebrate Mum's 80th birthday. The directions were clear and easy to follow. The apartment is beautiful and suited us perfectly. We had everything that we needed and all within easy reach of Edinburgh's shops, restaurants and attractions.

This was my second time at Ted’s place. A lovely quiet space with all amenities needed and more. I love the fireplace! I am certainly coming back.

Fabulous flat and neighbourhood. Lovely cute private garden. Nice furnishings. Great amenities. Very warm always and log fire made it super cosy. Everything clean and clutterless. Very communicative host who made it all easy. Highly recommend staying here if it’s within your budget. It’s possibly on the slightly expensive side for a 2-person accommodation but if you’re going to be mainly home-based for your stay it’s probably worth it house and garden wise.

The space was clean, well-designed, and comfortable. The location was very central, conveniently close to shops like Tesco and Sainsbury and well connected to public transportation. Great host, quick response and friendly. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Alison's place. It was our last stop on a two week tour of Scotland and this was the perfect end. It was easy to communicate, cozy and very walkable to some last sights we wanted to see.

Martin and Jane’s place is a true jewel 💎 Located in a fantastic neighborhood, in the city and yet very calm and quiet, with lots of cute authentic stores, pubs and restaurants. A breakfast place is conveniently located at the end of the street (2 minutes walk) right in front of a big supermarket. Bus stops in either direction bring you everywhere in 10 to 20 minutes. The house is very cozy and super clean. We particularly enjoyed the little garden on a sunny morning and the fireplace at night. Martin and Jane were very kind and helpful, explaining everything in details. Well’ surely come back and I totally recommend it! Thank you!

It really felt like home from home, with all facilities you could want. Lovely quiet cul de sac and a great location for walking into the city, exercising the dogs and plenty of interesting running routes.

We stayed for three night and rode the 9 minute train ride to Edinburgh. The walk to the station was easy and safe. The apartment was well maintained and stocked with all the kitchen utensils you’d need. Phil was very friendly and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this apartment for your stay in Edinburgh.

I stayed at this wonderful property for a few days right after getting married, kicking off my honeymoon while also showing my new in-laws some of the best parts of the UK. The entire family had a great time here—it’s clean, very spacious, and truly felt like home. We did run into a minor issue with a bathroom leak (a bit of bad luck on my part, I suppose), but the host was incredibly responsive and did everything they could to resolve it quickly. I really appreciate how it was handled and am grateful for the prompt attention. Overall, I highly recommend this lovely property. If I’m ever in Edinburgh again with family or friends, I’d definitely check if this place is available before considering other options in the Old Town area. Great place, within walking distance of grocery stores and coffee shops. (Try HATA coffee shop, amazing coffee and porridge). Julie’s place is cozy and has good amenities, (it has a Nespresso coffee maker but no coffee pods, so it was useless). The living room has to large couches but a bit dirty and worn cushions. Other than that, great place and you are within 10 minutes by uber ($20) from all major attractions in Edinburgh.

A wonderful great stay. Would highly recommend. Coming from the states I didn’t miss any of the modern luxuries of housing. Fully functional kitchen, and warm spaces with lots of natural light. A truly home away from home feeling. Thank you and hope to meet again in the future.

Although very short time there ( our doing ) dropped bags and headed to rugby then left at 4pm next morning as had early flight the place was great handy parking and very nice accommodation. Would happily stay again

Justyna’s place is a beautiful, warm and welcoming home. It’s actually the family’s residence and she’d given it on Airbnb while they may be traveling. We went there around Christmas so we got the house all decked up with a beautiful lit Christmas tree, something which came as a pleasant surprise and goes on to show how thoughtful the host is! What’s great about the place: - Squeaky clean (you get the house in such spic & span condition that you are always too careful to keep it that way!) - Has everything one needs - Equipments all working; kitchen was very organised - Supplies were generous (both in kitchen, bathroom etc) - Peaceful and safe neighborhood - Justyna is very responsive and friendly; she was very accommodating for a late checkout - Gorgeous backyard What one can be mindful of when booking: May be it was the public holidays but cabs from the neighborhood to city centre have a longish wait time (15-20 mins) so one has to plan accordingly. Will definitely stay again!

We had a lovely Christmas break in Jessica and Pumulo's amazing home. The house is very beautiful and had everything we needed for a perfect Christmas day. The kitchen is very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Everything is beautifully decorated and we appreciated the festive decorations and Christmas tree. The area is very peaceful but there's lots of very good restaurants and places to eat nearby. The park at the end of the road was perfect for our dog and it was a beautiful walk along the river into Edinburgh. We didn't want to leave. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how immaculate and well-kept everything was. The cleanliness was top-notch, making the space feel fresh and inviting. The coziness of this place was truly exceptional. The decor was charming and thoughtfully curated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. My boyfriend and I had an amazing time in Edinburgh and loved Tania's place! She was so responsive and the place was gorgeous. Great for a Valentine's Day weekend getaway. :)

We had a fantastic stay in Edinburgh. This place is close to everything you need for a great weekend away, restaurants, pubs and attractions. It is in a quiet road and is spotless. Natalie is super helpful too. We will definitely be back.

Host could not have been more lovely or responsive! We were stuck for a day because of the Heathrow fire and staying at her gorgeous flat made us wish we had further delays! Everything has been thought of – plugs near beds, smart TVs, comfy beds and linens… Also great neighborhood! Thank you so much. I hope we’ll be back someday!

I recently stayed at an amazing Airbnb, and it truly exceeded my expectations! The space was beautifully designed, clean, and incredibly well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. From the cozy bed to the fully stocked kitchen, every detail was thoughtfully arranged. What made this Airbnb stand out, aside from the great accommodations, was the seamless communication. The host provided clear instructions and helpful tips for the area, making the check-in process effortless. Even though I never met the host in person, their attention to detail and responsiveness made me feel taken care of. Overall, I highly recommend this

there are no words for how beautiful! the location is absolutely perfect. the building itself was beautiful, it was so hard to say goodbye! the host was wonderful and i’d recommend anyone who’s visiting to stay there!
