Ben was very helpful from the beginning. Very accommodating. Coming from the United States, he made it very easy for two weary travelers. The flat was located in a quiet neighborhood, located near shops and restaurants. The flat is beautiful and clean. Beautiful kitchen, bathroom, living room and two bedrooms. Really pleased about our stay here. I came to Edinburgh with husband for his birthday celebration and this place was perfect for that. It was a really nice cosy place, warm, clean and homey at the same time. I did not have to worry about parking and throughout it was a comfortable stay. It was also within walking distance to city centre and attractions, nothing to complaint about that. The only thing is perhaps due to the very quiet nature of the neighbourhood or the building type, you can hear neighbours walking upstairs but that itself is also not an issue. Thank you!!

Jay is an amazing host with an excellent response time. His clear instructions and friendly, helpful manner made our stay effortless. The property was exceptionally clean, spacious, and truly luxurious, with comfortable beds and easy access to all the amenities. Highly recommend!

This apartment is well placed within walking distance to many attractions. The apartment was spotless and the kitchen was well appointed. Giovanna and Angelo were very responsive. We would happily stay at the apartment again.

Fantastic apartment right in the heart of Edinburgh - in easy reach of all the city has to offer. Spacious & beautifully furnished - I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit - we had a party of 6 and still found it had plenty of room to accommodate. I would certainly come back when we visit again.

Everything thing in the place is perfect, the only downside was the noise from the neighbour

Great stay in a perfect location for us visiting family Lovely cafe and florist across the road and nearby Italian restaurant. It’s close to a direct bus into the town centre. We used JustPark, recommended by our host, to find a nearby parking space for the weekend.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay during our stay in Edinburgh. Di was friendly and helpful, and we felt very comfortable. The neighbourhood was amazing, and we had fun shopping and trying different restaurants. Easy access to the Royal Mile, and it was lovely to have a quiet spot to return to at the end of the day. Everything was perfect, and we are grateful we had the opportunity to stay at such a lovely location.

I stayed at this wonderful property for a few days right after getting married, kicking off my honeymoon while also showing my new in-laws some of the best parts of the UK. The entire family had a great time here—it’s clean, very spacious, and truly felt like home. We did run into a minor issue with a bathroom leak (a bit of bad luck on my part, I suppose), but the host was incredibly responsive and did everything they could to resolve it quickly. I really appreciate how it was handled and am grateful for the prompt attention. Overall, I highly recommend this lovely property. If I’m ever in Edinburgh again with family or friends, I’d definitely check if this place is available before considering other options in the Old Town area. A big thank you to the superhosts for your kindness, patience, and excellent communication in making sure everything went smoothly during our stay. 🙏🙏♥️

A wonderful great stay. Would highly recommend. Coming from the states I didn’t miss any of the modern luxuries of housing. Fully functional kitchen, and warm spaces with lots of natural light. A truly home away from home feeling. Thank you and hope to meet again in the future.

Jamie is an absolutely lovely host and the flat is beautiful and spotless. The bus stop right outside is very handy, also the Co Op just around the corner. Not the most salubrious area but nice and quiet. Would definitely stay there again, an ideal base for exploring Edinburgh.

Our family had an amazing stay at the coal house,kid friendly with toys they can play with, very clean and had all the stuff we needed Carla and Alan were great host and fast to answer any questions we had. Would recommend for anyone that has kids Thank you again

The apartment was easy to find, it is not in the city centre but there are bus stops nearby. We needed to take a bus very early in the morning to the airport and it was easy. The apartment is comfortable and large enough for four people. It is well furnished to have meals in the house. We enjoyed the welcome pack in the fridge. The conservatory and the rear garden are lovely. Enjoy your stay there!

Loved staying here and Marie was the best host. The house was just outside of the main part of the city which made for peaceful evenings and the bus stop was less than a minute walk away and so easy to buy tickets. We did the whole week trip using public transportation and walked to the grocery store around the corner. Marie gave us all the information we needed on how to navigate the city what was nearby and even offered to call us our taxis on departure day. Marie was such a sweet and thoughtful host and the house was so cozy and comfortable for our party of 7 (2 adults 2 seniors and 3 kids 10 and under) if we ever have the chance to make it back to Edinburgh we won’t stay anywhere else!

Had an amazing stay at Allan’s place. Super cosy and clean. Easy to find and near enough in the centre of Edinburgh so everything is in walking distance. Plenty of room to park in the garage. Our bottle of wine and sweet treats was a nice touch to start off our trip. Would 100% return

Perfect location on the Royal Mile in Old Town. Close to so many shops, restaurants, train station, the castle, etc. Lively area and just a lot of fun. 3 bedrooms made it perfect for our privacy and space. Spiral stairs were okay for us but would challenge someone with real mobility issues. Great stay!

Fantastic dwelling, great location and excellent hosts. We will definitely look to return to Edinburgh in the future and seek this residence as well as highly recommending it to our friends and family. Our hosts Mark and Dayna were wonderful especially with their wonderful gesture of allowing us to stay an extra night, free of charge, due to The Hogmanay Festival being cancelled. Thank you again. Nevertheless a wonderful visit to Edinburgh underpinned by an excellent apartment and generous hosts.

A comfortable apartment in a quiet, modern neighbourhood. The Palace of Holyroodhouse is a 20-minute walk away; a Sainsbury’s supermarket is close by; Easter Road, the home ground of Hibernian FC, is across the car park (but buy tickets ahead if you want to go to a match). An excellent bathroom and a very comfortable bed; first-rate Wi-Fi; a serviceable kitchen (but we couldn’t find a teapot or a coffee-maker); the “dedicated work space” is, in fact, the -- large -- dining table. The balcony overlooks charming Lochend Park. Plenty of parking. The area is well served by Ubers. Anya was very helpful when we checked in. Unfortunately, the lift was not very reliable (it stalled several times), which was inconvenient, given our rather cumbersome luggage.

Amazing location - very close to everything you’d want to visit in Edinburgh. Super clean and loved that there was an iron. Will definitely stay again if we’re ever back in Edinburgh.

It was so convenient right off the Royal Mile in a quiet close. Very walkable. It was clean and beds extra comfy. Shower fantastic and Fiona had supplied every bathroom and personal item you could need. Fiona made lots of recommendations for restaurants and things to do. She communicated prior to arrival and departure to make sure everything was going smoothly. Fantastic host and wonderful flat. Would definitely Betsy there again

Great location and spacious

Ella and robin’s place was fantastic! The location was wonderful, close to Waverly train station, walkable to restaurants, pubs, shopping, etc but on a beautiful quiet street. The beds were very comfortable, shower and tub were lovely, and the kitchen was very well stocked with essentials. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Ella and Robin!
